Hey, what's up guys? My name is Cody. I am a 20-year-old real estate agent out of Tacoma, Washington, and I'm creating this YouTube channel just to share a little bit about my story, how I've gone from just 2 years ago being in high school, 18 years old, graduating, then becoming a real estate agent 1 year later, age 19, and now at age 20 owning 24 apartment units in Washington State. At 18 years old, I ended up meeting my first mentor. I'm still working with him today, and he gave me an opportunity to join his real estate firm as a real estate agent. I got my license within 2 and a half weeks and started the ball rolling from there. Got licensed beginning of 2019, 19 years old, never had a full-time job, let alone being a real estate agent. That was full commission. So I knew absolutely nothing going into this, and my plan for the channel is just to share what I've learned about personal finance, business, real estate. And I'll be documenting everything that I've done from just getting out of high school 2 years ago, age 18, to then becoming licensed as a real estate agent at age 19, and now being a real estate investor at age 20.
