Christian Osgood tours a bathroom he jokes is haunted and tells the story of a burglar who locked themselves inside, then broke through the kitchen wall to escape into a nicer unit next door. The space just needs paint and some TLC.

I've got a potential renovation project. We're walking the property right now and I'm looking at the bathroom. I don't believe in ghosts, but that is definitely haunted. I'm not going in that thing. Uh, someone actually broke in this a long time ago and they locked themselves in. Guess how they got out? Through the kitchen wall into a much nicer unit. Uh, so we're gonna go follow that same escape path. Just needs a little bit of TLC. We're gonna slap some paint on this here and we should be good to go.
