If you haven't done this yet, cash flow planning is everything. Late last night, Cody and I got together. I'm on day 17 of the 90-day burn. We sat down and went over cash flow planning on every single property in our portfolio. How much money do we need to finish stabilization phase? Turns out $150,000 is it. When we get that money in and move that through our portfolio, every unit will be turned rentable, and we're going to try to get it all leased up by Q1 of next year. Stabilization phase on our portfolio will be completed. As part of that, Cody and I are going to be traveling out tomorrow to Moses Lake. There's a little delay with contractors, so Cody and I are going to go actually turn 5 of the units in our hotel ourselves. They're the ones that need the lightest maintenance and they need cleaning, so we're bringing the supplies, the tools, and getting it done.
