Early signs that you might have a moisture problem in your building. Now I'm here at our fourplex. This actually did flood. We're curious if there's any residual water or how long water's been here. If you pull up your flooring and there are tree roots growing across the floor under your floating floors, there may be moisture. Not a whole lot of sunlight, but definitely some water. If you're looking for early signs that you may have a problem incoming, yeah, this is, this is pretty late in the game.
