Christian Osgood and Caleb inspect a 26-unit building in Stephenville and find cockroaches in one unit. Osgood warns that fleas can cover you in seconds and bed bugs can follow you home, so always check for pests before entering any rental property.

Yeah, you got cockroaches. Here in Stephenville with my buddy Caleb. He's buying 26 multifamily units. We're doing the walkthrough. The first thing you do when you come through the door, you want to look for bugs. You do not want to walk out with bed bugs on you because those things are nasty. We've walked into apartments where we got covered in fleas in the first 5 seconds of walking in. So you want to make sure there's no bugs. This one has a few cockroaches, but it looks like overall pretty clean. It's a unit that's going to need a lot of touch-up. When you walk in, watch for those bugs.
