You're about to tour a unit with Danny and I. This is our 44 unit. This is what the interiors look like. Here we go. So you enter there, you have a decent size living space. You have the simple glue down LVP floors, which are my personal favorite. You go into the kitchen area. While it's not the most spacious, you got well-painted cabinets, nice new appliances, just looks clean throughout. You come over here, washer and dryer hookups in every single unit. So you can have in-unit washer and dryer, though we do also have an on-site facility for washer and dryers should you choose to do that. This is one of our 1 beds. There's 2 and 3 beds in here as well. However, going through, they're nice and simple. Now, while this is not fancy living, this is nice living. These are great apartments. When we talk about Section 8, when you hear me online talking about Slumming it up. This is what we're talking about. Actually nice units for nice people. This is what it looks like.
