If you're not putting yourself in uncomfortable situations every single day, then you're not growing. So I was like, screw it, I'm going to go all in. I'm going to put together a course strictly on Section 8. And then once I got going, it was like, okay, how to finance deals, how to structure deals. Like, I just kept going and put everything I've ever learned into it. And I had a lot of fun doing it. At first, it was very uncomfortable, like recording myself, but, you know, and then I did it like, you know what, I'll do it. And, you know, if it works, it works. If it doesn't, it doesn't. But I'm going to have fun doing it, enjoy it. So it's like, it's cool helping people about something that you're so passionate about, I guess.
