And granted, if you're getting started, that may sound like a lot of money, but when you're buying millions and millions of real estate, you could blow $3,000 a day, if not an hour. You could blow through that money so fast. You got to be really smart, but you can absolutely crush this game and you can absolutely buy real estate as a beginner with no money. I started with 12-plex. You don't have to start there, but you definitely can.
