Pick one that you can fund appropriately. And when I say fund, I don't always mean money. You must be able to fund it either appropriately with your dollars or with your time, but it will cost you one or both of those. Let's say you say, I want to do direct mail, but you don't have the money to fund it appropriately. Don't just say, I'm going to spend $200 and send 50 postcards and see if direct mail works. It won't. You can just give Christian Osgood or me that $200 because you're just throwing it down the drain. And that strategy that you pick needs to fit your personality. And the reason I say that is because let's say I'm like, everybody said door knocking works. I'm going to go knock on 50 doors a day until I get a deal. I'm going to force myself because because that's what good powerful people would do. It's not in me. Like, that's not my thing. Like, if I knock on a few doors and get yelled at, I'm not gonna want to do it anymore. Like, I won't do it in enough volume for it to work. I know myself enough.
