Yeah, our solution to, to management was to start a property management company so we don't have to self-manage. But then when you manage your property management company, it's like, well, I mean, we basically self-manage now.
Internalizing property management, a little bit different.
Yeah, you get to add some more systems and you build out your team, which you just have to do once you hit— at least for me, it was once we were over 50 units, that's where I really had to start building a team because it was, it was really sucking a lot of time managing 50+ units. Then you get to 100 and you add a resort and you just end up getting more and more employees, more and more systems. Systems, and it starts to get a little easier as you scale.
