Hey guys, we're on an inspection here at Mineral Wells. This is the 72-unit we just went under contract for. This is Mineral Wells, Texas. This is subsidized housing. We are picking this up for like $3 million. 72 units. This is one heck of a campus. I'm so excited for this deal. This will be the largest deal that I've ever done, but really expanding Texas.
