I don't even know if I'm allowed to talk about this online, but we got this comment on our last video. You guys are only successful because you're white. I think that's ridiculous and discredits the people we bought from. We bought from people primarily— they're non-white guys. They moved to the country with absolutely no money, absolutely no English, and they taught us how to play the game. Money in real estate doesn't care what color you are. Anyone can play this game. We learn from people who don't look like us.
