I don't often do this, but when I do an Airbnb, this is what it turns out like. Look at that. We bought this house seller financed. It's a $900,000 waterfront purchase. There's 2 units downstairs as well, but this thing was like pink and green walls. It was just a super wacky layout. We came in, renovated it, furnished it. This thing's super simple, but I absolutely, absolutely love this place. It's crazy to get to go here and be like, oh wait, I own this. These chairs I loved so much, I actually ended up putting in my house. How well you can see the color of those over there, just like the coolest green, black accent wall. When it's sunny out, you can see right over the Hood Canal, saltwater canal, right out the window. There's almost always deer running around the backyard. If you're going to do Airbnb, which I recommend against, do it right.
