Christian Osgood visits Caleb Hommel on his 21st birthday to tour a newly acquired 26-unit apartment building. The deal brings Hommel's total portfolio to 79 units, all acquired without using any of his own cash.

Caleb's done it! We're here at a walkthrough of his new 26-unit, and it's Caleb's birthday, so happy birthday, Caleb! How old are you now today? I am now 21 years old. Okay, he can finally get a drink. We're at a 26-plex. How many units will this put you at total? I am now at 79 units after I close this one. 79 units at 21, and how much of your own money have you spent? A whopping zero. That is in budget, and there's no money in here.
