Christian Osgood reviews a property's maintenance status. Floors, walls, and bathroom are in good shape after cleaning. A cracked toilet needs replacing and an outdated smoke detector must be removed to meet code.

A little bit of touch-up. We have to do some fixing, a lot of deep cleaning. Floors look fantastic, walls look fantastic, bathroom overall. We have a cracked toilet, so we're going to go ahead and get that replaced, but we're talking fairly easy projects. One other thing they want us to do down here, they want us to completely remove the old smoke detector. We've already installed the new ones, but apparently even having this old one is not up to code, and that's going to be a whole unit turn. Overall, not bad.
