All right, we're finishing up renovations in here. Able to save the floors, painted everything black. Fridge is on its way in, so ignore that. Countertops painted white, has this kind of concrete feel to it, which is going to be pretty epic. And super excited we were able to save the tile. Those things up there, $100 a fan, and they look fantastic. Very happy with those. And the bathroom just came out fantastically in these two. Check this out. Not half bad. That is a functional flip. We got this thing cleaned up, turned around, all the doorknobs, doors replaced, uh, paint, saved the floors, inexpensive but nice looking appliances. This is now ready for affordable living.
