You bought a 10-plex in Pennsylvania. Tell us a little bit about that deal. And how did you find it? And what were the pieces of the deal? It actually ties in perfectly to our, the lesson that you gave earlier today. I've literally called one broker, picked up first time, we chatted back and forth. He sort of connected me with the deal and ended up becoming a really good personal friend. Like just one of the few brokers that I think it's just like are on it. They're worth their weight in gold. If you've been in the business a while, a lot of terrible agents out there, agents, brokers, it gets difficult. I've dealt with enough brokers and agents from the single-family side. And when the diamond in the rough comes along, you kind of grab ahold of it. Was the property listed or was it someone you built a relationship with? It was listed. It was listed super high. And actually, I'm going through that now with the same sellers on an additional 21 units that they have that aren't listed yet. So it's sort of hopefully going to make this happen off market. Like you teach, it's built the trust. I'm the most likely buyer because I've positioned myself like, hey, I've done a transaction before. I know their properties and their product. And I've been able to show them like, hey, look, I can close. But yeah, definitely having a good broker definitely helped.
