In a brief dialogue, Speaker B criticizes the societal norm of urging 18‑year‑olds to take on massive student loans for a college education, arguing that they should instead be taught how to secure mortgages for rental properties. Speaker A counters by claiming that a college degree is unnecessary for success in real estate, stating that they have earned more than peers without a degree and consider college a waste of time.

I think one of the stupidest things that we have in our society is that if you're 18, your teacher's going to try to talk you into borrowing $100,000 to give you an education in college instead of telling you how to go get a mortgage on a rental property.
You don't need to go to college to be successful in real estate. I did. Waste of time. I didn't. Still make more money than anybody my age.
