Procedure to How Mentorship Evaluates

What is the procedure to have you guys evaluate these? Do we need to go through a certain process first before we bring them to you?

Uh, good starting point, I'd like to see your analysis of, hey, this is how I'm looking at the deal, these are the inputs that I have. So if you send me the listing and your analysis, any specific questions you have, okay, that is the easiest way where I can actually give you a detailed answer. This goes to the common adage, the quality of your answers will be dictated by the quality of your questions. If you have specific questions, I will answer those specifically. If you have a generic like, hey, what do you think of this? I'll tell you what I think of it. Just, just let me know what it is that you want out of it. Always happy to do it.
