I try to only take on one major renovation project at a time. We do a whole lot of turnkey, but we just picked up the Bell Apartments. Comes with all this retail over here. Check it out, historic Bell Apartments. We got them, they're ours. Did I make a huge mistake? You tell me. Look at this stuff. That is some dirty, dirty retail. We're gonna get this all fixed up, replacing the old A+ bail bonds with some honest-to-God retail on an otherwise really cool street. We're in here in downtown Ephrata, Washington, small town USA. We're right in the core of the downtown. This is a building that needed to be fixed for a long time. Welcome to retail space number 1. This is an old bail bonds room. So we're fixing the ceiling. The leaks have been addressed. The ceiling has not been addressed, so that's nasty. The rest of this, super, super simple space. We'll see if we can't salvage the wood floors, which I believe we can. They're dirty but in great condition. But this should be a pretty simple retail space. We'll figure out what the exact right use is. Any ideas, please post below. Yeah, the room just kind of keeps going. There's office in back. There's like a a random jail cell here. We'd probably just keep that because it's cool. And yeah, we'll turn this into something awesome.
