School districts in the US be crazy. My goal in going into real estate was to retire my wife from teaching. I had this as a 5 to 10 year goal. This was the dream. However, school districts got really weird, really fast a couple of years ago. Not going to be more specific than that. My timeline moved from 5 to 10 years.
