What's your favorite part about the mentorship and like helping other people? My favorite part about the mentorship and helping other people has always been the piece where they close that first deal. It is just so exciting because you get to see the nervousness, like, oh my gosh, I own it, now what? There's just a lot of emotion that go into the first time you buy a property. It is fun to be there as part of it.
