Most of our portfolio is Moses Lake and Grant County, Washington. So very middle of the state, that's where almost all of it is. They've just tripled their power grid. They're having a huge housing shortage. There's battery manufacturers who are coming in for the electric car batteries, adding another several thousand jobs. Microsoft, Boeing, Amazon does all their warehouses and their data centers. But cheapest power in the U.S. is Grant County, Washington.
