Yes.
It's so stressful. No one ever talks about like the, the transition into being a like a boss to like, I'm going to build an empire and have a bunch of people underneath me. It's like such a different skill set.
Learning to hire is hard. I had the gift of getting to do it in a call center where I got to hire 10 people at a time. I had to fire almost all of them, hire people back, and then they shut down the call center. So I had to let everyone go. So hiring is very difficult and having to make those decisions very, very very quickly and rely on other people. Biggest takeaway I've had from that is you have to be okay with— you're the business owner, other people are going to make mistakes that you wouldn't, and you just have to realize that, like, hey, but it is really hard to give up that control.
So yeah, no, I'm a control freak, but it's literally— it's the exact same thing without estate investing though, because yeah, you might paint a property better, but it's not scalable. But if you do want to create a scalable business, you have to outsource things.
