Like, I, I have to play with hard money or creative finance. And in the last, we'll say, 18 months, winning on terms, I think, was the number one way to play the game. Too many people still wanted the higher price or just had shock over like, oh my gosh, yeah, I've been— my balance sheet said I'm worth this and I'm, I'm just not, because they were getting that price 2 years ago. Exactly. I think it's set in now and people have been more realistic on price. So it's like, okay, now we're gonna start winning the game on price more often, but it's still creative finance. That's the same exact question. How do I buy it? How do I never lose it? I need to be able to answer both sides of that. And so acquisition is just what are the pieces and how do we move them? This hotel, they wanted to move. They need to be cashed out. Awesome. Okay, well, we're not seller financing. Yeah.
How can we do it?
Yeah. It's like, okay, do you take check? Let's get the money and get it done.
Yeah, because it's, it's all problem solving, especially now. A lot of people just kind of have one way of buying properties.
