Back on our mixed-use building, looking through our final renovation of our largest unit in the downtown project. This is what we're looking at for the final bathroom renovation. I think this came out pretty awesome. I don't know if you can see this cool texture that we're able to keep on the walls, but we have this awesome— like, I don't even know what these panels are, but they're cool, they're metal. We kept them. The rest of this bathroom, we gutted it with new doors, new panels, new countertops, soft-close everything. You also have a really cool vanity here. So we're in the master bedroom, this bathroom's right off that bedroom. Got an in-bedroom vanity. We did floors, ceilings, light fixtures, cabinets. We did everything in here. About $20,000 renovation. This is the best I think a renovation has ever come out for me. This comes in furnished. Beautiful views. Look at this. You have these gorgeous classic windows. Appliances are in. Cabinets, they might be mildly crispy. Huge open spaces. Windows all overlook City Hall and downtown Ephrata, Washington. Kitchen gutted and redid. Again, everything's simple here. The only thing they missed— you guys know this is my pet peeve— we got stainless steel and we got white. That looks so stupid, frustrating. But other than that, this place just came out perfect. Love these renos. This is where you make money.
