All right, we just fired a property manager. This is what they called a finished and ready-to-rent unit. Oh, by the way, we are getting in here, we're gonna completely gut this and renovate it. So, uh, no one call me a slumlord just yet. This is my first time actually walking into this building in my entire life. All right, so we have gross walls. I was thinking we'd see more bugs because the first thing I saw walking in was that happy little upside-down cockroach painted to the wall. However, all this needs to be ripped out and redone. Floor's done. Yeah, look, we got a mouse. Oh, there's another mouse in the corner and another one under there. We have a bunch of, uh, The mice haven't survived. That's not good. Uh, that's a poor indication of habitability, I would say. Uh, the bedrooms are trashed. The ceilings are trash. There's duct tape over that outlet over there. Sink is leaking. Vanity is messed up. That's falling out of the wall. Mold in the bathroom. Overall, very poor. F-minus.
