In this brief YouTube monologue, Christian Osgood vents his frustration while visiting a property he is about to purchase. He points out a broken playground and a tattered, dirty American flag on a campus that houses roughly 100‑150 children, calling the condition unacceptable—especially in Texas. Osgood promises to have the playground repaired and to replace the flag himself once the sale closes, which he says will happen within the next week.

Pissed off, man. I'm at a property I'm just about to buy. Not only do you have a busted playground, tattered, gross, beat-up American flag. That is not allowed, especially in Texas. That is horrendous. We're getting that fixed. Check this out. On otherwise beautiful campus, that is your playground for the 100 or so kids. I think about 150 kids who live here. This is not acceptable. So we're going to get the main things done. When you get into the campus, it's actually quite beautiful. We have awesome properties. It looks amazing. But we're closing on this in just a few weeks, week 1, actually second one, when we sign, the day I get recording numbers, we're driving out here. I'm replacing the flag myself.
