What are your thoughts on CREXi? I have never used paid data. CREXi, I get decent reviews on their data. I get consistent poor feedback about their skip tracing. I have not seen an argument personally that any of them are worth it because they all basically pull from the same 3 data sources. This is my working theory. When doing the skip tracing and the data sources, pretty much every site does pull from the same 3 places. The problem that I have with it isn't even that the data is not usually very good, which is true. It's Everyone has the same data. So if you're using that data, you're attacking the market the exact same way everyone else is, which is, I found, a really hard way. It's not that it doesn't work, but you're going to do a lot more volume to get the same results. I think their data is pretty good though. We do use CREXi, by the way, for— that is my favorite place to find listings and brokers to call. The bonus is it's free.
