Christian Osgood scaled his business from $25k to $1 million using a "90-day burn" strategy: working 12-20 hour days, seven days a week with no breaks for three months straight. Show of hands, how many people here have seen the 90-day burn videos? I post them every once in a while, but essentially we're working 12 to 16-hour days, sometimes 20-hour days, but you're doing this 7 days a week for 90 straight days. No breaks, no vacations. You're optimizing every second of your life for high productivity. Who thinks that's sexier than their day job? I'm not seeing a lot of hands here. It's really hard. If you want to eliminate stress, a day job's fine. Go earn your money, go do your thing. We're all going to die anyway. It's all cool. However, if you want the adventure and you want to build something, it's going to be really hard up front, and the The reward will come later, but this is a delayed gratification game. You want to win at real estate, got to put in the hours.
