Hello and welcome to Multifamily Strategy. I'm Christian Osgood, your host of the channel. Together, my business partner Cody Davis and I have picked up over 200 rental properties. We have a seller-financed resort mobile home park. I invest in Washington State and in Texas, Cody in Washington State and in Tennessee. And together on this channel, we have put together everything that we have done along our journey from zero units all the way to hundreds of units, the different strategies, methods and conversations that we had to get us to where we are today.
