What is the thing that you're the best in the world at? It's going to be structuring the deals up front. Again, anatomy of the deals, I feel like I've spent a lot of time on it. Where we've achieved the highest dollar an hour is going to be through assignments of stuff, right? There's no logistical drag on it. If we know that we can get a thing for 0% down seller finance and we know it's going to make a million bucks, how much could we assign that opportunity for, right? Being incredibly transparent on deals to a point where no one's going to ever doubt that any of the numbers are wrong. And if there is something off, then we immediately rectify it and we adjust accordingly. And also putting in due intelligence is like beyond what anybody would normally ask for.
