Cody started with $3,000 and now controls $18.5 million in property, including a recently purchased resort. He's built his real estate portfolio through rapid growth, and the resort came with an upgraded swing that's apparently worth a significant financing deal.

Hey Cody! Hey! That looks like a nicer swing than last time. I upgraded. Well, you know the drill. How much money did you have when you got started in real estate? $3,000. My goodness, and how much real estate do you own today?
$18.5 million.
That is more than the last time we filmed this a few weeks ago.
Yeah, I bought a resort.
So did it come with a nicer swing?
It did come with a nicer swing. Swing.
That sounds pretty good. How much do you sell financing the swing for?
$4.5 million. My goodness, it's an expensive swing. What?
