Greetings, greetings, greetings, my V family all over the world. This is your chief, guys. All right, welcome to my Wednesday message. It's week 45. It's been crazy. We've been having days of meetings with the one and only Japadas Bismarck, one and only Dato Sri Vijay Eshwaran. Planning what's going to be happening in 2022. Now, since the pandemic started until today, the world has changed. I was just telling Dato' Sivijay how much I miss you guys, all right, how much we miss you guys, that we had no opportunity to see you physically at V-Cons, at events. But I'm so proud of the corporate guys of the V, the corporate warriors of the V, that made it possible for us to reach you using technology. Alright, the VCon Connect, Zone Connect, ISB Connect coming in a few days, and we're reaching closer to the end of the year. And I don't know why I'm feeling nostalgic, romantic, emotional in a good way, in a positive way. But bottom line, I miss you guys. So wherever you are in the world, alright, remember that I am with you. Every step of the way. And if you guys are having a tough week, a tough month, alright, if you're getting more rejections than usual, you know, your checks are not hitting your TAT, I just want you to know it's okay, alright, because no matter where you are right now, the only way is up, and you just got to believe it. You got to believe that that we, all right, Japa, Dato' Sri Vijay, myself, the V Partners, the AVPs, the V Councils, the corporate warriors of the VQNET QLifestyle, we are with you every step of the way. And you are not only part of our company, you're not only our downlines, but more importantly, your family. And I want you to know this, that 2022 is going to be an unbelievable year. We're going to change the world one person at a time. We're going to go to new countries. And today I was just thinking, after 23 years of a dream of Japa and Dato becoming a reality, today I was talking to the Coin Service, the Alliance again, and I realized we're just starting, guys. This is a new beginning, that I look forward to a new year not because of the New Year celebration, all that stuff. I look forward to it because it's a new beginning. You start by making new, powerful, unbelievable decisions, and you just go out there and you do whatever it takes. All right, and I want you to know that 2022, we are going to change the world, guys. I know it in my heart. It is our time to shine, that no matter how many companies there are in this industry of network marketing, a beautiful industry, there is no company like ours. That QNET, the we, we are unique, we are magical, we are powerful because we are built on the basis of truth, service above self, and most importantly, love. And remember that. And if you have joined us on this journey, I want you to know that we are with you every step of the way. So stay strong. Never, never, never give up. And remember that the foundation of rhythm, that you are here to raise yourself, to help mankind, that buy your Ferraris, buy your Rolexes, and then build a hospital, give back to your communities. Never forget the people that got you here, no matter how small their contribution. Never forget where you came from. Never forget your mom, your dad, your brothers, your sisters, the people who stood by you when you had nothing. The people who put that DNA, the foundation of who you are today. So after this Wednesday message, pick up the phone, call mom, call dad, tell them how much you love them. They might be surprised, they think you're crazy, but it's okay. Call your brothers, call your sisters, call your uplines, call your downlines, and just express your love, your gratitude to these people. Because I have realized today that who I am today is the accumulation of the love people have shown me. Your efforts, your love, alright? The guidance and love from Japa, Dato Sri Vijay, the love from my mom. That we never become who we are without standing on other people's shoulders. So remember the shoulders that you stood on to climb and climb to reach the point where you are today and to reach the future point. Whether it's a maxed-out King or Queen, it doesn't matter. And today I was talking to the Coin Service and the Alliance, and we were talking about ISV Connect, Zone Connect, two of the most powerful events happening just in a couple of weeks. Alright, broadcasted to 300 lucky, unbelievable, deserving people. And I was— I made a statement, and I want you to listen very carefully to me today. Alright, and I've learned this from Dato Sri. I learned so many things from Dato Sri, but today I don't know why this came to my mind, came to my heart when I was speaking to my brothers and sisters of the Coin Alliance, that you can only give what you have. And I want you to listen very carefully. Now, throughout your journey of life, to the point you sign up, right, you accumulate things, you learn things, your experiences implant a certain belief system in your mind, in your heart, that people who are brought up with hatred will have hatred in their heart. And if you have hatred in your heart, you can only give hatred, right? If you have arrogance, You will give arrogance. All right. And I realized that when you start this journey with us, the true dream of our founders, Japa and Dato Sri Vijay, is not only that you achieve financial freedom and make a difference in people's lives, that you grow. That I always tell people that if you come into this family, the V, and you follow the system, attend VCon, attend the trainings, Watch Dato Sri on YouTube, watch the Wednesday message, Instagram Live, right? Our goal is not only to make you wealthy financially. Our goal is for you to grow because I believe in this mantra that Dato Sri instilled in me, that your growth is directly related to everything you want to achieve. If your dream is here, but you are here, the only way your dream will become a reality if you grow to meet that level of your dream. Now, the mistake people make is when they come into network marketing, they think it's only about activities, only about the system, it's only understanding the comp plan, the products, the business, the industry, but they fail to understand that all of that doesn't matter if you don't choose to grow. That you got to make the choice because today you may have 1 downline, 2 downlines, 5, 10, 15 downlines, but one day, trust me, you're gonna have 1,000 downlines, 2,000 downlines, 20,000 downlines, like many of the leaders around the world today. And when you have that many people depending on you to change their lives, if you have that many people who have put their dreams in your hands, all right, and even if it's one person who is following you, you have to give them something. Something, right? You got to help them grow, and you cannot help other people grow if you stop growing. And one of the greatest lessons that I try my best to hold on really tight to is that, to see, Vijay always told me that no matter who you become, but no matter how successful you become, never stop growing, never stop learning. That the only way you can be a great a teacher is if you remain as a great student. And I believe in that 100%, and I practice that every single day with my teacher, Dato' Steve Vijay. I learn and I learn and I learn, because if I'm gonna give you, all right, advice, inspiration, motivation, and power and passion and love and, and the ability for you to build your business bigger and bigger and bigger, I must be able to give you those things. And if I don't have it in my heart, I cannot give it to you. So the reason why some uplines struggle to hold their downlines, how, why some uplines struggle to allow the organization to grow, is because they have nothing to give, right? Because they are not in that state of mind where they are receiving from their uplines, from the great ones, Japa and Dato Sri Vijay. And they are not in that mode of learning and growing, they become stagnant. And when you become stagnant, you got nothing to give. And then you get frustrated with your lack of success, which leads to some level of frustration, a mixture of anger that becomes toxic. And whatever you are, you give to the people around you. So if you have no faith, you will transfer that to your downlines, the attitude of lack of faith, if you have no love in your heart, you will transfer that to your downline. If you have hatred, anger, frustration, you're going to transfer that to your downlines. If you stop dreaming, your downlines stop dreaming. And you have to understand that, that monkey see, monkey do has a wide application in our journey in this amazing business called network marketing. And I realized today that I'm so grateful to Japa and Dattusri Vijay that they always kept giving me, alright, so much realization, so much clarity, so much power, so much passion, so much love, so much warriorship, so much rhythm that I am able to give it to you guys. So remember this great lesson I learned from Dattusri Vijay. You can only give what you have. And if you have nothing to give, your network won't grow. People will stop following you, right? And then you will reach a point where you're confused. Why did this happen? It's simply because the day you stop being a student, you stop being a teacher. The day you stop being a downline, you stop being an upline. Simple as that. That I am more proud, not that I am only your upline, but I'm Dr. Sri Vijay's downline. So if you want to build a sustainable network, if you want— and especially the new kids on the block watching me— if you want to build an organization that is going to grow and grow and grow and grow and survive every challenge and survive every hurdle that is put in front of them, then you gotta give them what you have. The question is, do you have the right stuff? Do you have enough love? Only then can you give love. Are you truly a warrior? Only then can you transfer warriors to your downlines. Are you truly in service? Only then can the DNA of in-service be transferred to to your downlines? Are you truly a dreamer? Only then can you create other dreamers. Remember this: you can only give what you have. So if you are frustrated, you will have an organization of frustrated downlines. But if you have clarity, right, you'll have an organization of clarity. If you walk the talk If you are a presentation machine, they become presentation machines. If you take your TAT like a life and death, you know, moment of your life, every Friday midnight is a defining moment, that will transfer to your downlines, right? And you can only give happiness if you are happy. If you are not happy, you cannot give happiness to others. Remember this, that I believe this is the strongest mantra that you should practice every single day. From the moment you walk out of your house, you should ask yourself, what do I have today that I can give my downlines, my family, my friends? Your mojo, your energy, your power, your passion is what you can give, but you must have it. And in order to have it, you got to empty your cup, open your heart, and receive it, alright, from the people you respect as your mentors, as your teachers, as your uplines, alright? And you need that, alright? It's like we are funneling everything to you. Whatever I get from Dato Sri, whatever I get from Japa, the great ones, I am here channeling it to you. And I have to support millions of people around the world. World, guys. So I need to load up on everything before I can give it to you. I need to load up on that power, that belief. And then I transfer belief. If you don't believe, your downlines don't. If you have fear, you transfer fear. If you have anger, you have angry downlines. If you have that moment of giving up, in that moment you speak to somebody, they will sense it, and it will transfer to them. Because remember, ultimately you can only give what you have. So this week, check what you have. Is there enough love in your heart, guys? Is there enough passion? Is there enough warriors? Is there enough power in you that you can transfer not to one, not to two, but 20,000 people down the road. So never stop receiving. Only then can you give. Open your heart, empty your cup, be a student. Never stop learning. This business changes and evolves every single day. Just when you think you understand it, there will be a new situation that will force you to learn something new. That this business journey. Making money is important, don't get me wrong, but it's about you growing. You see, if your organization is this small and you are like this, it's okay. But as your organization grows bigger, you must always be bigger than your organization. Only then can you give and give and give, and they keep growing with you. So this is so important.
