Welcome to my Wednesday message for week 2 to a brand new year born to July 2022. All right, I've been messaging, talking to people, trying to catch up with my New Year messages. So if you guys send me a New Year message and I haven't replied, I promise you I'll reply by this weekend. I just had too many, uh, New Year messages, and I appreciate it from every one of you. The love, the everything you send me has really energized me, guys, for 2022. And this is week 2, so this is my second Wednesday message, all right, of 2022. My message has been clear this year. I'm gonna remind you non-stop that you are born to fly. The words of Dato Sri Vijay at V-CON: why crawl when you are born to fly? Which simply means that your potential is limitless And every single day you don't push yourself to unleash that limitless potential, you are wasting one day of your life, guys. All right, and I, on my Instagram Live on Sunday, I basically pushed you guys because I feel that you guys have not woken up to the fact that this is week 2. That means your TAT is already started. If you didn't achieve your TAT on week 1, wake up and make sure you achieve it on week 2. And then you got 50 more weeks to achieve your financial goals for 2022. As I promised, 1 year delayed, all right, I've launched my YouTube channel called Patman Senatiraja, my official YouTube channel. 3 videos uploaded, and, and, and this week, these videos are for anyone, guys. Alright, just for me to share the great lessons I've learned from Dato Sri Vijay, Japa, my mother, my teachers, you guys, you know, everyone. I just want to share, share, share, you know, to the world. And guys, welcome to week number 2. Now this message that I'm conveying on this Wednesday message, I want you to listen very carefully. Now, always I try to make my messages apply to the brand new guy who just signed up. Welcome to the greatest adventure of your life with the number one e-commerce network marketing company in the world. You started your journey, guys. So I'm going to try to address all of you guys. And this year, whether you are brand new, whether you are building, whether you have a big team, small team, All right, whether you're earning $250 or $25,000 a week, it doesn't matter. Your focus this year, everyone all over the world, is focusing on your people earning. All right, because a lot of people think that by signing up somebody, you have done it. All right, I got the guy to sign up, I got the girl to sign up, I got another sign up, I got another sign up, I got another sign up. Now what happens is you work damn hard to get those signups, but you don't follow through with that signups, holding their hand and making sure they earn. Now I've told you this many times. I've told you this thousands of times, guys. All right. Any kind of motivation, any kind of inspiration, VCon, everything works. But nothing is as powerful as somebody achieving results on their own. Even me, when I first signed up, as you know my whole story, okay, when I first signed up and my first check was 2 steps on that first week, which qualifies me for $800, okay, because last time the plan was 5, 5, $400, okay. Now you guys have a fantastic plan, 3, 3, $250, okay, your goal. And when I earned that cheque, my first cheque, okay, which you only can see the record of what you earn by what you submit, but your cheque is sent by Hong Kong, all right. In the early days, I remember it's a Bank of America or Chase Manhattan physical cheque, unbelievable, with Dato Sri Vijay's signature on that cheque. I still have a cheque, I never banked it in. The feeling of of achieving your first check, your second check, all right, is unbelievable. It builds somebody's confidence to the highest level. And I'm telling you, the greatest challenge you and I face, all right, and I remember the words of Dato Sri Vijay in the early days, the greatest challenge is people quit every single day. This is the reality of our journey, our business, network marketing, or any form of entrepreneurship. People get gung-ho excited. They buy this whole concept that they need to be an entrepreneur, but somewhere along the line, many people quit. And you know this. You have downlines who have quit. You have people who are so committed in the beginning, and then suddenly one day walk away. And the reason is this: they did not see results. Now, if your messaging, if your commitment, if your training, all right, your walk, your talk is about results, all right, that means I sign somebody up, I'm gonna hold their hand, I'm gonna guide them every single step of the way, until they see their first check, second check, third check. Because when somebody starts earning their checks, I promise you, they will never quit. Now, there are exceptions to the rule. Those are called morons, all right, who quit even when they're earning because they think they can earn more somewhere. But they fail to understand it's impossible to earn somewhere else because the whole support system, the V, the V Partners, you know, the founders, Japa and Dato Sri Vijay, the great ones, Everything is ingredients required you to achieve that success. And this is where I believe that you guys are very focused on getting the sign-up, right? But you don't focus enough on getting that sign-up to see results because in your mind that's hard work now, right? Because you believe that getting sign-ups, direct referrals, or pushing everyone to do presentation All right, it's already now your comfort zone. Now you need to, in 2022, Born to Fly, help people fly. And it's not difficult. You just got to commit some time after they sign up. You got to talk to them. You got to find out why they're doing it. And you got to hold their hand, all right, when they start their first presentation, second presentation, third, 4th, 5th, whatever, be there for them, right? And your ultimate goal is to get them to see results, to see their commission, because you cannot assume that they're all going to hold hands and sing Kumbaya with you and say, "I love QNET," for the rest of their lives, right? You want them to see their own results so they have that confidence, they have that commission to show the negative morons who never supported them, or the family who's waiting for them to see results. There's so many factors that will fall in place the minute you help somebody to see results. And I remember in the early days, I don't know whether I was naive, but I believed in my heart that everyone I sign up, I will do whatever it takes to get them to see their first second, third, fourth, fifth, one cycle of checks, right? I would push them with trespass. I would focus on their tracking center, knowing that they have 2 on this side and 3 on this side, and they need one more, and they're too lazy, too distracted. I push them with whatever I have, all right? I follow them to presentation. I get them to invite prospects to the house, and I go there with my whiteboard, you know, those days, whiteboard, and I did my presentation. Because Dato Sri Vijay told me the minute somebody sees results, immediately the chances of them quitting reduces drastically. They won't quit, they will stay because they now, they know it works, they believe. And no matter how much you say, no matter how much you show, right, which is important, it can never replace the feeling of them seeing their own results, seeing that 250 or that 225 in their Quest account. Nothing can replace that, guys. So if you're doing a 3UV system or 3,000 BV system, make sure everyone finds 2, guys, and they hit their first check. You're doing a 7,000 BV system, all right, or 5,000, whatever, make sure they find 2, they earn a check. And if you're doing a 1,000 BV system Then you gotta push your first 2 people to find 2. You get the check, then they find 2, and everyone finds 2. And the goal is not only the presentation, not only to handle the objections. The goal here is for them to understand that it's possible. And I've seen people who even earn 1 step or 2 steps or 3 steps become the greatest ambassadors of QNET e-commerce entrepreneurship. They become crazy when it comes to promoting the QNET business. Their confidence, their belief is contagious, guys. So 2022, to all the uplines, to all the groups watching your chief representing the great ones, Japadas Bismak, and the one and only Dato Sri Vijay, My message to you is clear. This year is about getting people to see commission, getting people to see checks. That means if you are looking at your whole network right now, don't only look at the BVs coming in, don't only look at which countries you're building, but I want you to consciously, all right, count how many people earn a check this week, whether it's $250, $500, $750, $1,000. $2,000, $5,000, $10,000, max out, baby, it doesn't matter. And if you are brand new right now and you are watching me, let me tell you, if you want to know the secret of you become financially free one day, if you want to understand the true secret of network marketing, is make sure you earn your commission ASAP because it's like a shield All right, it's like an unbelievable confidence builder. And I'll be honest, when I got my first $800 check in my first week of business, I believe I can fly. That was how I felt. I said, this is unbelievable, guys, it works. And I took that check when I got it from Hong Kong after 2 weeks, I took it everywhere. I never banked it in. It had, you know, curry stains, whatever, fingerprints. I showed everyone. That this business works. The Japadas Bismarck, Dato Sri Vijay Eshwaran, they keep their promises. And I know you guys, all right, don't get just focused on presentation and BVs. That's important, don't get me wrong, but the more people in your organization who earn. And don't only talk about max out. I'm talking about the $250 check, the $500 check. That makes a huge difference in somebody's belief system, right? In somebody's confidence in building their business. So right now, if you're brand new, you don't sleep, you don't eat, you don't do anything except focus on getting your first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth step Commission. And those of y'all who have been building for a long time, the measure of success for 2022 is how many people are earning checks below you. How many people have found 2? How many people have qualified for their first step or second step or third step? How many people are earning consistent checks every week? This is my focus. This is the mission that Dato' Stevie J has given me as your chief, as your upline. That my mantra, Born to Fly, is for you to recognize the fact that anyone can sign somebody up, but it takes a serious builder, a serious leader, a committed networker to take that person and teach them how to fly, which means to guide them to earn their first step, second step, third step. So this week, look at your network, whether you got 1 downline or 2 downlines or 10,000 downlines, it doesn't matter. Look at your network and ask yourself, how many people are earning? How many people need your guidance at least to earn the first check? Because the minute they earn the first check, boom, it's like a booster, guys. They will fly, I promise you. But you just got to remember this: there is no greater motivator, there is no greater sustaining power of keeping or retaining somebody as your active building downline, there's nothing more powerful than them earning a commission and them earning the next step, the next step, the next step, baby.
