In this early‑morning Wednesday broadcast, Hattaiwat Pusanti (the "Chief") rallies his global QNET downline for Week 47 – the Rank Advancement Week. He opens by recounting his recent participation in the exclusive three‑day "Zone" training, a invite‑only event led by QNET founders Dato Sri Vijay Easwaran and Japa, praising the founders’ vision and the corporate support team. Pusanti then stresses a single guiding principle: keep the business simple. He argues that network marketing is the simplest form of entrepreneurship, warns against over‑complicating the product pitch, and outlines the basic logical flow – buy a product, enjoy its benefits, and optionally turn that purchase into an entrepreneurial opportunity. He describes QNET’s extensive product portfolio (HomePure water filters, BioDisc pendants, watches, travel packages, nutrition, jewelry, etc.) as both personal‑use items and entry points for business. Pusanti maps a step‑by‑step entrepreneurial roadmap: define a personal dream, commit fully, follow senior mentors, get just‑enough training, build a prospect list, present the opportunity, handle rejection, duplicate the process, and stay consistent. He acknowledges external challenges – market misconceptions, regulatory push‑back, negative media, and occasional rogue distributors – and urges leaders to remain resilient, especially in pioneering markets where QNET is expanding. Throughout, he invokes the founders’ legacy, the company’s 23‑year history, its $300 billion industry size, and the vision of becoming the "Amazon of network marketing." The message concludes with a motivational call to make Week 47 a record‑breaking, simple‑focused push, emphasizing warrior mindset, integrity, love, and the long‑term goal of building a lasting entrepreneurial legacy for families and future generations.

Greetings, greetings, greetings, my V family all over the world. This is your chief, guys. Welcome to week 47, rank advancement week. I just got back home. It's 3:30 in the freaking morning on the 24th of November. After spending 3 days on this amazing platform of training called Zone. Now, the Zone is the most exclusive, highest-ranking training platform in QI, the VQNet. It's, it's the PhD, beyond PhD level, facilitated by none other than Dato Sri Vijay Easwaran himself, guys. So I was lucky enough to be in service to Dato Sri and Japa and watch our two great founders do what they do best, to change people's lives, to raise the bar higher, to create unbelievable paradigms that take somebody from this level to that level, guys. All right, it was simply unbelievable. I can't share the details with you because Zone is a qualify-only event. That means you have to qualify, meet the criteria. We rejected hundreds of people and only allowed 300 people to be the lucky ones to spend 3 days with Dato Sri Vijay. And I was there in service by Dato Sri Vijay's side. Beautiful setup by the Vee, okay. A big shout out to all the Vee corporate guys. Adrian, Ruby, who was there supporting us, Ridwan, Agnes, thank you for being unbelievably supportive, all right, to make this event unbelievably magical. And Dato Sri was speaking to everyone on Zoom because this is the future. If we can't come to you, we can still connect with you heart to heart, anytime, anywhere. Technology has brought the world this small. All right, and Dato' Sui was engaging with them, answering questions, talking about his message, his secret of success, and all of that. So come to the Zone if you want to know the secret of true success. All right, and it was unbelievable. And then I realized that this is Week 47, it's Rank Advancement Week. So I was so excited because we are sending back your leaders with a new level of clarity. So if your uplines, you're going to talk to them in a few hours, They're gonna rock your world, guys, okay? They're gonna bring the Dato Sri Vijay Eshwaran mojo to the organization. And I hope this week, week 47, all of you guys, brand new, been around for a long time, alright, max out, kings and queens. This week, week 47, raise the bar higher to the highest level possible. I wanna break records this week, guys. I wanna show the world that there's no greater network marketing organization than the V. There is no more beautiful company than QNET. All right, and this week, week 47, on my Wednesday message, I don't know why, but I have this strong desire to keep it simple. All right, I speak a lot, guys, Instagram Live, Wednesday message, and today I just want to speak to you, my downlines. All over the world representing the great ones, Japa and Dato Sri Vijay, from my dining room, all right, at 3:30 in the morning, all right, from Chief's heart to your hearts. Okay guys, and I want to keep it simple. So if you're brand new, empty your cup and listen. If you are just building, empty your cup and listen. If you've been around for a long time, empty your cup and listen. If you're maxed out king and queen, Empty your cup and listen, guys. Alright, now this concept, this business called QNET network marketing, is the simplest form of entrepreneurship on the freaking planet. And the challenge I have is observing everyone around the world. I don't know why, but people tend to complicate it for two reasons. They just love to complicate things. Second reason, I think they believe it's too simple, that people will not believe that this business can get somebody to earn $500 a week, you know, $2,000 a week, okay, maybe $5,000, $10,000 a week, or max out. They just can't believe it. It's that simple? And I can be financially free in 3 to 5 years? No, I don't trust it. So what uplines and leaders do, which I hate, is they basically complicate it and take something as simple as a butter cake, alright, you know the cake we used to have as kids, this just plain butter cake, and make it into a fruit nut red velvet chiffon super duper cream whatever cake and then put dolphins and monkeys on it. No, we just want to have a cake, guys. So don't take a simple homemade, you know, the cake our mothers used to bake for us, and complicated. Network marketing, QNET, is a simple business. Now, I'm not saying it's easy. You got to pay the price. You got to build to last. You got to be committed. You got to make sacrifices. You got to be consistent. You got to embrace challenges and be a warrior no matter what happens. But it's simple. Okay, it's simple to understand, it's simple to teach, it's simple to duplicate, and it's beautiful, guys. So don't take something beautiful and screw it up, right? And today I want to explain this to you. Now, network marketing is pure mathematical beautiful logic, right? It's economic commercial beauty. At the highest level. It's the human potential, all right, that can be unleashed to create tremendously powerful results in the person's growth and in the person's bank account. Okay, does it require hard work? Yes. Does it require you to be a genius? No, I'm not a genius. I'm a guy who knows how to shut up, listen, and do. I'm a guy who knows how to empty my cup and surrender to my upline, Dattu Shiviji, who has walked the path that I'm just starting in 1998, 1999. And I looked at him and I said, I respect this man. He knows what he's talking about. I'm a moron with a dream. So this man is going to help this moron get enough information, not too much, to be able to achieve his or her dream. And you need to understand this. So the first rule is keep it simple. Even when you are presenting the business, don't make it sound and look like rocket science because then it becomes too intimidating to the prospect. And the prospect comes from a confused, complicated life. Whatever come back home, kissing up to the boss, surviving, paying bills, struggling, blah blah blah. And now you come and throw this complicated business into their lives, they're going to reject it. You want to keep it simple. It's logical. It's the future of entrepreneurship that I believe in the next 10 to 20 years, every single adult on this freaking planet will be directly or indirectly involved in this industry called network marketing. It's inevitable. It's going to happen. Mark my words.. And we are at the, at the, at that curve, you understand? All right. With the pandemic, we are just at the curve where this industry is going to grow to the next level. We are already a $300 billion industry, all right, creating more independently wealthy entrepreneurs than any other industry on the planet. It's sustainable, not like the get-rich-quick share market. Cryptocurrency, all that stuff. No, that's a different game for morons. Some people win, a lot of people lose. Now, network marketing, nobody can lose. Let me explain why. Firstly, to participate in a network marketing company, you buy a product. Now, every network marketing company like QNET, especially QNET, sells some of the most unbelievable products on the planet. So you get a product, alright, you go home, you use it, your family benefits from HomePure, you wear a watch, you buy a BioDisc cheap pendant, you buy a holiday package that you can use for the next 15, 30 years, you get the best discounts when you book hotels, alright, and you get to learn on our e-learning platform, okay, you get nutrition products, you get everything, guys, you can buy jewelry if you want, okay, and now we have Banago, our partner in UAE, where you can buy from iPhones to toys for kids, okay? And that's, that's, that's the industry, okay? It's unbelievable. Now you buy a product, you go back home, right? And then you suddenly feel that I don't want to be part of this entrepreneurship program. No problem. You keep your product, you enjoy it. You buy a new water filter once in a while. We upgrade the water filter, you buy a new water filter. And you just become one of these people who bought a great product from a network marketing company like QNET. And then there's us, the people who saw an opportunity the day we saw the presentation. Okay, great product, thank you very much. But how do I make this into my livelihood? How do I become a professional networker one day? I start as an amateur, like Dr. Stevie J says. And one day you become professional like the AVPs, V-Partners, V-Counsels, V-Elite Leaders. Alright, these are men and women who have made this their vocation. Alright, that this is my business, I'm the CEO, I'm running it. Now this business is summarized in the most simplest concept. You just gotta talk to people about the opportunity, about the products. Some will buy the products, go home and sing Kumbaya and be happy with their buy the product. Some will buy the products and want to embark on the journey of entrepreneurship with a fast-growing, respectable industry called network marketing, all right, which is 100 over years old, okay. And people like us, when we were presented, we got excited because we said, I can make this much money. And today I heard Mahendra Kumar say his first goal was to earn as much as his salary in his job consistently so he could to go fire his boss and become a full-time entrepreneur, that's a fantastic goal to have. But this industry, all right, works. It's been around for 100 over years. Are you living in la-la land? Okay, now there's two types of companies in this industry, okay guys? And the companies that play it safe, that means they only operate in 10 countries, 20 countries, 25 countries. And they're happy. Now, Dato Sri Vijay and Japa, when they founded this company in 1998, they didn't want to be in 20 countries. They wanted to be the Amazon of network marketing. They wanted to be the first globalized e-commerce network marketing company in the world, even before the concept of e-commerce got traction. Visionaries, Dato Sri Vijay and Japa. And then we went all over the world. So we became one of those companies who decided that we will break the mold. We will be the front runners. We will be the pioneers in the Middle East, in Africa, in Central Asia, all right, in parts of Asia, okay, where networking never even existed before. And we became the pioneers. And to be a pioneer pioneer, we paid a big price. We had to convince the government, we had to convince the traditional businessmen, we had to fight with the media who gave a wrong perception of us out to the public. We had to educate the public that this is a long-term, sustainable, built-to-last entrepreneurship business, and you have to attend training, you have to learn new things, apply it, attend ISB one day when you want to be a leader. To understand that you are responsible for the dreams of the people below you in your organization took a lot of work. And today, after 23 years, with ups and downs and challenges and being criticized and vilified and attacked by competitors, by governments who don't understand us, all right, by mother-in-laws who got upset that their kids are quitting their jobs to become a full-time MaxOut king or queen, 23 years. We are the most globalized, biggest e-commerce network marketing company in the world. All right, that's a fact. Manchester City, QI Tower, QI University. All right, offices in 40 locations around the world. We have a customer or a downline in every freaking country in the planet, right? And some of them are building big, some of them are building small. Some countries, everything is smooth sailing because they embrace network marketing. Some countries, there are challenges every single day, all right, for misconception, misunderstanding. Then there are some people who take QNET and use it to cheat people, and that gives QNET a bad name. We have to go there, clean it up, Smack some people around, terminate some morons, re-establish our reputation, re-convince the public and the government that we are good, we've been around for 23 years, and we want to help, help you solve your unemployment problem, help you solve your poverty problem, help you solve your awareness problem, help educate, train your people to become entrepreneurs and good people and leaders. We have the the DNA of the founders, Dato Sri Vijay and Japa, and practice rhythm and inshallah build hospitals, educate children, make a difference in the community. And this is what we do every single day, guys. But your job is to keep it simple. That you got to tell people that first you got to decide whether you just want to take the product and go home and sing kumbaya, enjoy your holidays, Enjoy your HomePure, enjoy your BioDisc, enjoy your watch, your jewelry, whatever, alright, your skincare, alright, your weight loss program with Be Light, or buy the product, enjoy it, and start your journey as an entrepreneur. Now if you choose to start your journey as an entrepreneur, first, please identify why you want to do this. What's your dream? Why are you here? Why do you want to do this? You want to get rid of your go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home life? You want to be financially free, or you just want to make a little bit of money to supplement your full-time income? You want to buy something nice for your family every Christmas, Diwali, upgrade your car, move to a bigger apartment, or buy a villa in Spain, 5+ cars, buy the most expensive watches and live like the king of Bangkok, king and queen? Doesn't matter, whatever you want. Decide that. Decide how big your dream is and then make the decision that you're going to take this business seriously. And then surrender to your seniors who have been doing this for a long time. Shut up, listen, and do. And get trained. Not too much, just get enough training to start your journey. And then go out there, put a name list together which is hot, warm, cold, alright? And start talking to people, doing the presentation, which your seniors will help assist you. You to do in the beginning, and then you become better and better. You're going to face a lot of rejections, but don't take it personally because they're not rejecting you, they're not rejecting QNET. They're just expressing their fear to do something new. It's a mental block that they're afraid to get out of their comfort zone and become an entrepreneur. But that's okay. Some will, some won't. So what? Someone's waiting somewhere, as Dato Sri Vijay always said. And then you start your journey. And then if you're in one of those countries where everything is smooth sailing. You gotta be consistent, you gotta be motivated, you gotta be, you know, committed. You got to build your people, you gotta duplicate yourself, provide enough support, and make a little bit money in the beginning, which is still respectful, all right, respectable. And then make more and more and build and build and build and build and build. Now, if you're one of those regions in the countries where they don't know anything about network marketing and you choose to be a pioneer, you're gonna have bigger challenges, all right. People are gonna talk bad about the company. Newspapers are going to write stories. Governments may not exactly welcome us or you doing this business, but you stay strong because we are with you. We're never going to abandon you. We're going to provide you all the support. We're going to change people's minds, get them to embrace network marketing, but you remain a pioneer. And that means you have the highest chance of being numero uno, the biggest leader in that market. You just got to stay strong. Remember your dream. Be a warrior. Pay the price, have no fear, and trust the we in QNET that we are there for you. Okay? And there's going to be bad days, good days, right? Some of your committed leaders may jump ship and go to supposedly greener pasture or grass, and then they will guaranteed come back because there's no greater company than QNET. And then you build and you build, and then you realize that you're no longer driven just by money, but you have a bigger purpose, all right, of practicing rhythm, changing people's lives. Then you join the inner circle of Datta Swami Vijay and you be part of his warriors who are going to make a difference in the world. And you train people, educate them, make them better human beings, teach them how to unleash their limitless potential. And then one day you will see yourself on stage holding a microphone telling the world your story, the good days, the bad days, the challenges, and go back home and build your tracking center with the best of your ability, with sincerity, with truth, with integrity, with love. And then one day, transfer it to your son or daughter, and hopefully they carry on the legacy of entrepreneurship. And everyone around you will benefit from your growth as an individual, from your wealth and income that you get to give your family what you promised them but you couldn't because you got to work, come back home and you struggle. That's the industry in a nutshell. That's why I'm still here, because I started the journey just like you. I paid the price, found a dream, you know. Had challenges, overcame those challenges. Had bad days, good days, but mostly good days. And I believed in my founders. And today I'm grateful that I'm part of Japa and Dato' Stevie J's inner circle. But now I'm driven by the bigger purpose. I want to change people's lives. I want people to have my life. Happiness, financial freedom, better person, growing up, being more mature. And making a positive impact in the lives around you, not only locally but all over the world. It's what I want to do, and that's what our industry is about. So I hope I kept it simple. Don't complicate this business, guys. It's beautiful. Just do it from your heart. Do it with the best of intentions. Never, never, never give up. And remember that we have Japa, and Dato Sri Vijay leading us, nothing can go wrong. We are 23 years old and it's already been unbelievable. I'm excited about the next 23 years because it's going to be even more unbelievable. The world will remember us for many, many generations to come, that the organization and the company that made the biggest difference in the network marketing industry and change the most lives positively. So guys, week 47, let's make it the best week. Keep it simple. I love you guys.
