In this video, I'm going to show you how an online store has to go from zero sales, the first €1,000 per month, the first €2,000, to figures that are already significant for the founder, such as €5,000, €6,000, 8,000 per month in sales. And to do this, I'm going to give you the case of these clients who as of August 31st had made almost €6,000. If I tell you how they were before meeting me, they sold four orders in February 2025, one order, five orders, and we started in May, Four orders, seven orders in July, you can already see that there were 2,000. And this August there are already 6,000. What we're going to do is tell you what I do with these types of clients who want to go from zero to making a living from their online store. I'm going to show you from the inside, without giving away their name, how you can do it yourself. In case you don't know me, my name is Power Scratch and I help online store founders earn more money without relying on an agency or freelancers. In my consulting business, I have two types of clients. But before that, I want to tell you that you can use my free content. In the first link in the description, you'll find a drive folder with all the resources you need to scale your store. CHGPT ads, the best ad structure for scaling the flows you need to have in your store, which you'll see now make a sell 30%. You can find all that in the first link in the description. And going back to the theory a bit, to put it in context, I have two types of clients. In this case, they're people who want to start making money with their online store. They're in the first few thousand, they're at zero. Like in the case of these girls, they had never sold to anyone. They weren't their friends or families. So to me it means they haven't sold anything to anyone yet. I help them save time and money, a lot of money, trying it out for themselves, paying agencies, all that. I teach them how it's done. They invest in me without having any profits or income from their store. But they say, okay, I'll invest in paw. So POW teaches me from minute zero. And instead of spending two or three years banging my head against the wall, paying agencies, trying to make ads, watch this YouTube video and see if it works for me. I'll pay POW and save myself all that. And then there's the second type of client, which is people who have been running their store. For a while, but haven't been doing it all that well. That is to say, they are already billing maybe 10,000, 20,000, 6,000, but that's because they've been around for a while and because they're doing things halfway well, but they're very outdated. So when I tell them, okay, you already have a recognized brand, but start doing marketing like it's done today and you'll rock it. So I have those two types of clients, but today we're going to focus on type of client number one, which is the one who's starting from scratch and wants to make a living from my online store, a private label. So what do I find with this type of client who doesn't have a clue about anything? They don't know how to make decisions about ads. They don't do email marketing, the typical stuff. They do Instagram, by the way, to put it in context, it's a jewelry store, right? They're not jewelry from this, but they are. I don't want to show the name, but this is their Instagram. They've managed from scratch to have Natoshi War run it. Walls run it. And these girls, I don't know run it. This girl is the one who rings the bells. It's crazy. Crazy. But if you're a jewelry store, stick around because you'll like the video a lot more. So I tell them, look, you don't have any systems, you don't have a clue how to do anything. Let's focus on the three or four things you need to master and that's it. Because what I see in these types of founders who don't have a guide and who are starting to scale their online store is that they get very scattered. Hey, I'm going to do co. I'm going to do a pop up in Zaragoza. If you know me, I'm going to do a giveaway. Dumb stuff that doesn't even cross their minds. Because I understand it too. I mean, if no one has explained to you how to do it, then you do what you see. Like, oh, this competing brand did a giveaway, I'm going to do another one. Oh, that these guys are doing a pop up. Well, you'll have to make pop ups, so that's normal, but it's not done. So what we do, what I do with these types of clients is one, I tell them exactly how to do it before the ads. They don't have to think, they'll understand it with time. But what I want, when someone pays me for my consulting, my support is for them to recover their investment as quickly as possible. So I know that you have six months to learn how to do everything. But I tell them, look, make the website like this and do this email marketing, because as a spoiler, we'll sell 30% through email marketing. And I've shown how to do it in many other videos. You can search for power script marketing and you'll find dozens of videos on how to achieve this. Okay, not to ramble on. We make a good website, we do good email marketing, and from there we move on to ads. And this is a matter of a week. Many founders of online stores ramble a lot. They don't ramble, they just take it very slowly. I'm not going to do market research. I'm going to look at my competition's ads. No, another good thing about the person paying me is that they paid me and they're interested. So I tell them, this isn't a course. This isn't about watching four videos and learning. No, this is action. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. And in a matter of a week, we're selling from zero to zero. We're already selling ads and pivoting in the market. Yes, yes, yes. That's what works. So we focus on the three things that make the needle move. It's not 15, it's not 20, it's three, which are ads. Content on social media to create that medium long term, that relationship, that connection with your audience. And then once a month, campaigns to make a profit, to make a profit once a month. Anyway, that's it. What's happening at this point in this phase of the online store? That's at zero. I'm going to show you a bit about metrics. I prefer volume to having the highest margin. Why? Because obviously my ultimate goal as a consultant for online store founders is for my clients to make their bank account explode. My ultimate goal, The thing is that at the beginning, we don't know which products work best. We don't know which angle works best. We don't know my clients either. I mean, maybe if these are their first ads, they won't be as good as their 2000th ads. So I prefer that they add volume rather than perfection. And above all that they add margin. So at this stage, what I recommend to my clients is that we maybe offer free shipping. Then the goal is that we offer free shipping for orders over €150. And if they don't pay €6. And at the end of the month, my clients don't pay anything for shipping in Other words, literally everything has been paid for by their clients. But at the beginning, if you're not selling anything, what you have to do is reduce the friction of the purchase as much as possible. Why? Because what I want is for people to visit my website and buy from me. Why? Because I want to see which ad made them buy, which product they buy and. And what their average order is. Why? Because I want to go. Because that information is what will allow me to earn 20,000, 30,000, 40,000, much faster. So, for example, of these, 6,000, 2,600 have been spent on ads in the last 30 days with a ROAS of 133. Then here in the campaign, they have done a lit campaign and everything. They have a lot of margin because it is something manual and their product cost is almost nothing. But since it involves manual work, the perceived value is very high. But I would like them to have a better roas. But what happens? What happens? Now we have realized which ads work best, the type of hook. So by pivoting with that, what we're going to do is make it much easier to be profitable. And that's why I've never accepted a client who isn't working or who doesn't have a source of income other than their online store. I mean, I tell them, look, you're starting from scratch. And I'll explain exactly what it means to have two clients. Two, two types of clients. There's the person who's doing really badly, and if I tell them three or four things, they'll start to fail right away. They'll multiply their business by two or three. But if you're the type of person who starts from scratch, things go more slowly. I'm not God. I'm very, very obsessive with E commerce, but I'm not God. So no, I'm not going to promise you that you'll be billing €10,000 per month in zero to 90 days. I'm simply going to teach you how to do it. Excellently. Excellent. That's why it allows us the least margin, less margin. Why? Because later on I'm going to have a lot of margin. So, for example, free shipping, maybe roes bordering on break even. I mean, these girls already have a very low Ross Breakeven because their cost of production is nothing. It's nothing. But I know that we can reach ROEs 2 3, 34 with this product by investing that. Now he's investing €100 per day. They obviously started with zero. And we can easily reach investing 500 or 600. With that roas, I'm sure they just need more work. These are a bit of what we've done. We've made ads preferring volume before that. That's how I do it with all my clients who are starting from scratch, who want sales, that is volume before margin. Sorry, I'm getting really carried away. Then we introduced, before we introduced email marketing, which gives it a 30% increase and we fix the website and that's how we've achieved €6,000 in sales. But a bonus that I'm going to leave you with in this video is how we're going to reach that €20,000. We're going to look for more profitability, how we're going to increase the minimum free order, the minimum order for free shipping. Obviously these girls have to improve a lot. Improve a lot in ads are complicated. In the end, they continue with a basic structure of a campaign, a set of ads, and that's how things have gone well for them. But by spending more time with me, they'll learn to structure scaled testing much better. I mean, in the end, they haven't been with me for long. But they need to have more creative rotation. This is also a criticism and improvement for my clients. They need more creative rotation. They need to structure the account better. Why? Because that way they'll be able to scale much better and have less risk. Because if they depend on one ad, if that ad runs out, then the sale is over. And then they'll have to break through the fear ceilings, which I call it, which is awesome because I'm investing €100 a day. I mean, I spend the whole month on €100. Well, now you're investing €100 a day to grow your business. So €100 a day is probably sleeping soundly, but maybe €500 isn't. €500 a day is day. So we have to break through those fear ceilings. Then we are going to invest more in ads, focusing on what works for us. And then something we forgot to teach before is campaigns to make a profit. They do it very well. Now they are in a launch, pre sale, I don't know what. And then they provide a lot of value. And then when they ask for a sale, since they don't have many people, because in the end they have been doing it well for two months. So. But they're numbers too. Good opening rate, uh, good click rate. Good opening rate. Well, this click rate can be improved. But look at this now. Improvable opening rate, uh, spectacular click rate, you see. I mean, little by little, they are also going to improve. They are going to improve. But anyway, that's a little bit like going from zero to 8,000amonth, which is like, okay, ah, I bill €100,000 a year. Those are like my phases from 0 to 8,000, from 8,000 to 30,000, 40,000 and then 40,000 and up. So you're looking for a million a year. So I'll leave it here. I think it's been a spectacular lesson on how to go from zero to the first few thousand, especially if you're a jewelry store. Apply this, basically. So either come work with me, one of two things. One of two things. That's how email marketing is done. I've taught it many times in many places. Apply it to make ads. I've also taught it a thousand times. It's just that I don't think I've even been sharing on YouTube for two years. But I feel like I'm repeating myself like a parrot. But then I still find people who don't apply it. And it's simply the only thing I do with all my clients. And it works for them, and it works for them. So apply all this. That's how you scale. Yes, Unless this is when people come from zero. If you have a personal brand, an audience, and if you've already been doing it, I spend time with your store. It's totally different. I mean, there are, I repeat, clients who start from scratch. Literally, there are people who have come to me for 500amonth, 1,000amonth. I consider them from scratch. But this case was very clear because they came from 0, 0. Just selling to their friends. They start from scratch and they want to save time and money by paying me. I mean, they invest money to save time and money. It's the smartest thing to do. I mean, they're the most intelligent. Because also now I'm going to tell you, paying me, I don't know. Not this paying me. And then the others are the ones who have been doing things wrong for a long time. What have I found here? 20,000 leads. That is 20,000 potential clients in email marketing. And they haven't sold. I mean, they haven't sent an email in their life. I find more than the agency does it, and they're probably paying them €600 per month and they don't even know when they're profitable. Uh, paying agencies, uh, not knowing how to make ads, not having made one, not making offers that aren't discounts, not discounts once a month. I mean, people who have been around for A while. Who started an E commerce business maybe 10 years ago, eight years ago, five years ago, and who haven't updated. So what's happened that they're slowly falling behind? They always tell me. What they tell me is that before we sold a lot. Because of course for them a lot is the most they've ever made. We sold a lot. And since XXX and here they usually tell me, since the pandemic, since two years ago, since whatever, things have gone downhill and I don't know what to do anymore. I mean, normally people come to me. I mean, I think few clients tell me how I've gone from zero to 8,000 and now I want to pay you to get to 50,000. Very few are the ones I've come across. You always come when you're in trouble and I have to save you. So what's happening? These guys have a serious problem. I mean, this is just about being ballsy, trust me, being ballsy. But these guys, what's happening, they haven't made much money for a long time. So it's okay because you can't go back to the past. The best time to change is now. But it's true that these guys, this is the con, the pro, that with three or four little things that I change, they start making a lot of money much faster. This type of client is slower, but they're never going to leave money on the table. But these guys are the ones who kill it. I mean, I tell them, go ahead, do this email marketing, do the ads like this and let's do this. And they blow it up, multiply it by two by three. But they've been maybe three years eating their boogers or not earning double or triple, which is what they're going to do now. But anyway, I'm rambling on like a blind. That's how you scale a store from scratch. From scratch, from scratch. I remember that in the first link in the description, you have a complete drive folder with everything you need to scale your store. Really, I mean, I can't add more things and I'll keep adding them. And then if you're sure that you want to work with me, that you want me to see your store and review it, you also have a link to be able to see the results that these clients have had and many more that you see interviews on my YouTube. So see you in the next videos. A big kiss.
