Cómo escalar un tienda de ropa deportiva para mujeres - De 5 a 25mil al mes - Tarmon Shop

Pau Escrig interviews Claudia, founder of Tarmon, a women's sportswear store that grew from €3,000 to nearly €25,000 monthly revenue. They break down the consulting strategies that worked: better ads, email marketing, and customer acquisition tactics.
In this video, I'm going to show you how my consulting client Tarman, which is a women's sportswear store, has scaled up in the last month, making €22,000, almost €25,000. And so far this month, they've made €10,000, which if you do the real A3, is very tasty. When before working with me, they were stuck at €8,000, €5,000. And to do that, I'm going to tell you about the problems Claudia, who is the founder of Tarman, had and what we did to fix her online store, how to scale it, and then we'll interview her so she can tell you firsthand what situation she was in before and what she did to, through me, turn her situation around and make a lot more money with her store. Because she's probably very similar to you who are watching the video. In case you don't know me, my name is Power Scratch and I'm dedicated to helping online store founders earn much more money without depending on an agency, without depending on freelancers or anything, just the founder and knowledge. And I remind you that in the first link in the description, you have my Drive folder, where you have all the resources you need to earn much more money with your online store, where you have a conversion funnel calculator for your online store to see if it's good or not. What flows do you have to do to have automatic sales, know what numbers you have to meet to be profitable with ads, and much more. And with that said, let's get down to business. What problems did Claudia have when I met her? Well, she told me, she says in the interview that you're going to see later, that she was stuck at 3,500. But most importantly, she only sold when she launched the new collection of her women's sportswear brand. Then she could leave. I did it in the interview, because I'm reporting this later, that she could go herself, that she already knew that she wasn't going to sell anymore, and that frustrates an online store founder a lot. On top of that, she didn't do any ads, she didn't do any email marketing, and she depended mainly on collaborating influencers who she saw that years ago, when you paid an influencer €500, they would bring you at least some profitability, but after you paid them, they brought you zero. And that's a reality today, that it's very difficult to find performance influencers in online stores. What did we do to reverse this situation? The first thing we did was prepare before the ads and before the ads is the store, as we're going to see. We're going to go to reports and statistics and if we look at for example Julio, we can see that he has this abach order value, he has this conversion rate and we work on the website to improve it. And that each person, each person who enters that is out of X, people who enter out of 100 people instead of one buys too. That alone is much better for the ads. There are many people who tell me, and I talk to many founders of online stores every week and every day and they tell me, ah, my ads don't sell. Ah, my ads don't sell. Quote, maybe you have to prepare before the ads. From 1.64 in July we went up to 2.29. That's like half a point more. It's from each person who bought from you before now one and a half buy from you. That has a long term impact and with many sessions, a lot of money for Claudia. And on top of that you are more profitable in the ads. The emails work better for you. You can scale great. So what did we do? Building the email marketing spider web. This is his peg, Tarman's peg. And as you can see, well in the last 30 days it's already at 30,000, 1,027% is attributed to email marketing and as you can see, 50% is attributed to those flows that are automatically sold to him. As you can see. This is what I say in dozens of my free content videos where I explain that you have to build that email marketing spider web so that when someone buys from you. Sorry, when someone leaves your email, sooner or later they buy from you. Better sooner than later. And as you can see, they are also built so that for each person we get €2. For each person we get €2 1.41. This is the most important metric that very few people look at in their email marketing. If you go to your flows and see the money that each recipient, each person gives you, you will see that it is much lower. And that is because they are very killer flows. I'm going to show you for example, the abandoned cart one and their killers. Killers. And that's what I do with my clients, these killer flows. I as the administrator of their popup, copy and paste it. And they just have to change the emails. So as you can see, apart from the flows, we built a popup that has a conversion rate of 6.5. If you look at your popup's conversion rate, I can tell you it's not going to be 6.5. You can pause the video and go watch it. And then the campaigns. This is a point of improvement. I'm going to tell Claudia off. She's only been with me for four or three months, so she's learning and sends very few campaigns. For my taste. For my taste. But she's in the process of learning all the knowledge she needs to have to scale her online store. But even so, look at the impact that each email she sends has. And this is going to be exponential because the more people she brings in, the more she'll sell, simply by following these metrics. And then the panacea, which is the ads. In fact, I just noticed that her advertising account is called Tarman Poo because I helped her create it. I mean, it hasn't changed. No, not even the name has changed. As you can see, in March, In March she wasn't investing anything. Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing. But in July she already invested €2,000 with a ROAS of almost 6.5 and making €14,000 in sales. And these are the campaigns from the previous month. Now I'll show you the ones from August. And as you can see, as you can see, these are her campaigns. Her day to day campaigns where she tries to accumulate as many customers as possible in acquisition, day by day. Which was her problem when she only sold when she launched the collection. But now, if you look so far this month, she just made the collection. She already has €10,000. She has €10,000 in sales. She has 10,000. Wait, she has €10,000 in sales,. But let's even put the sales here. Yesterday is yesterday half this big. August 6th, August 5th, she sold 7,000. But the previous days she hasn't stopped selling. Days of 360, 192. Here you would have some returns. But she doesn't stop selling. And today she already has 1000. So what did we do with the ads? We acquired clients profitably and she is still starting. She hasn't yet acquired super clear concepts of how to scale the ads, of how to make more complex structures. She is learning. She has only been with me for three months. But what happens that later, the campaigns, the ads for her collection launch work much better for her. As you can see, she has Ross 5, Ross 1574 with 110 sales. It's outrageous. It's crazy, but that's what we did. We boosted those campaigns even more to make a profit, those launches. Why? Because in addition to placing ads on those days, the days, all the, I don't know, 25 remaining days of the month we acquire customers who will also want to buy on the day of the collection. And that what causes is that not only do I have many more sales on a day to day basis, but also as in the collection, as if you see month to date, in these six days, two out of three people, two out of three people had already bought from them. That is to say, he doesn't pay acquisition cost per customer. And let's give hypothetical numbers, what did we achieve? I keep mentioning this in my free content, that to scale an online store you have to fulfill two actions or two requirements. One, get customers profitably and two, make a profit once a month. Why? Because if you look at the average order value, it's 63. Now we're increasing it. Let's put a round number 65. And Claudia. Claudia has a gross margin of around 70 to 80. So something she sells for 65. Her women's clothing set. Well, it will cost her. I don't know, let's put it. I don't know, 20. Just to put it something. Then she has an acquisition cost cost per purchase of 2011. 4. Lets put 20 to make the numbers a little more realistic. And then, I don't know, between packaging, shipping, everything. Well, five euros. So this is €25 to 20. She earns €20 for each person who buys from her for the first time. But what happens is that in her launches in which we build, she doesn't pay that acquisition cost. This €20 acquisition cost is not paid. It is not paid. So what happens that now two out of every hell, two out of every three people who buy from her at those launches leave her €40 double. And that's all money for her. All for her bank account. All for her bank account. So this is what we achieved, that 25,000 in the last month, each collection sells 50% more. Why? Because we've been applying it for several months and two. So let's see, in July she sold 20,000, 22,000. In June it already went up, she already made 17,000 1,000 and she sells 50% more. And so far this month she's already 10,000, which if you do the rule of three, it comes out crazy. So we manage to get customers profitably. Every month we sell more with each collection and we know that we are going to have 30% profit, because two out of three people, which is what the repeat customer rate tells us, 67% nailed. Two out of three people, we do not pay acquisition costs. It is all profit for Claudia, minus the cost of the Product and packaging. So she sells every day of the month and does not depend on those collaborators. Because something I have not mentioned is that we teach those collaborators how to create content because they show the product very good. But we teach them to see if Tarman shop. Tarman's shop is this. This store. It is this store and we remodel it. So you see, this is the popup that converts like crazy. And for example, here in organic, it does not do it. But in ads, it touches angles. So to call your ideal client, it is great that you think the clothes are pretty, but on top of that, it touches angles. Let's see if I can find it here. Oh, well, now I'm showing you this month's ads, and they're the same. You steal 13, cost per purchase of four, cost per purchase of seven, you steal eight. It's crazy. But for example, if we look at, I don't know, the first campaign we launched, she already did it. Let's see if I can find it. Hey, look, for example, this small chest. I don't know if you're going to hear it. Uh, I think you will.
If you don't have small chests, take a break. It's been a pleasure meeting you. Now that it's just us, I'm going to show you Darman's new sets, which are. So.
One angle we found is that people asked her that her clothes were awesome, but that her client needed. Well, for small chests. Well, girls with small chests. So what did we do? It was great that this girl who is a collaborator of hers, this is not Claudia from Claudia. You'll meet her later who does great. But we taught her how to play angles selling those clothes so they no longer just made this content. That was great. That showed the product, the super top product, but it was a bit empty. But if you start to touch on sales angles, and Claudia taught that to her collaborators, we started to blow it up. We started to blow it up, and that's how Claudia sells more and more. And with that said, I remind you that in the first link in the description, you can download all the resources that you see here to earn more money with your online store. Basically. And if you want to work with me and you have the desire to earn the same or more money than Claudia, have the same results, as you can see, she will tell you about the point I was making in the interview. Just schedule a meeting with me so I can see your online store and see if you are similar to Claudia and can have the same results and be a Success story and in the future be interviewed like I am going to do now. Claudia. Okay, let's go with the interview. We are already recording. We're here with Claudia, founder of Tarman, and she's going to tell us about her growth in my consulting business, what her early days were like to start her online store and how it evolved until it reached the success that we can reasonably say it has had today. How are you, Claudia? Very good. Well, I'm really happy with everything, honestly.
If you want to introduce yourself, you too, to see yourself hired. Because I think that's what has made the difference, honestly. I mean, before talking about that, I want you to introduce yourself a little bit for whoever is watching this video.
Okay. Well, I've only been with Tarman for a year now. Well, I have a bakery and another business that honestly takes up a lot of my time. It's like my biggest problem, but I continue with it day by day. Buttarman is really a dream. I mean, before I had the bakery and everything else, I already had an online clothing store, which I had to put aside because I had to get fully involved in the bakery and everything. I couldn't at that time. I had to choose. But I knew this was going to happen because I had it in mind. And as soon as I found myself with both the financial situation and the ability to distance myself a bit from a race span, I went straight into Tarman and I was really clear about what I wanted to do. I mean, what I wanted to do was, well, grow in a short time so that it would start to pay off. Because here, in the end, well, it's all about investing. But in the end, everyone wants to make money, right? We come here for something else. Right. Well, then. Well, we created the brand a year ago and I was clear that I wanted to get involved with Ambassadors and, well, look for someone to help me with all this advertising stuff and so on, which I had absolutely no idea about. I started off well. I've always started out selling from the beginning, but obviously very little. We're talking about billings of €3,000 or so. Okay, then. With the ambassadors I hired, it was great. It's true that the investment was bigger, but they've also paid off for me. But the problem was that since I put out one collection a month, I only sold on that day. On the other days, I didn't sell anymore. I could go wherever I wanted and I wouldn't sell anymore, which obviously doesn't happen now. Days I have an average of 15, 20 orders, which I Didn't before. And to set the scene at the beginning of the video. And then we'll focus on all the areas. You said that when you started on your own, before the ambassadors or during the ambassadors, you were at 3,000. And what happened this last month, which is August 5th? What happened this July? What happened in general? I mean, let's see, apart from everything I've learned from you in terms of ads, it's been almost. How much? €25,000. Euro.
25,000. From €3,000 to €25,000. And how long have we been working together? Three months? Five months?
Three months. From the middle of May, May, June, July, nothing. Two and a half months.
So that before this interview I will have taught. Well, we did this to set the scene for everyone who watches the video, but it's always good to say it from the founder's mouth. And now we're going to explain your journey to the people watching the video, because I find it very interesting, as a woman who also explains, if you want to say, your situation is quite peculiar.
I'm very pregnant.
You're very pregnant.
Not eight and a half months already.
You can only see up to here. But the hype is bursting.
I'm bursting. Exactly.
Bursting. And you've done all this growth with that personal situation, so that later they say no. How? It's because I have three children or I'm pregnant. I. I can't. Yes, it can be done. If you want, you can.
Look, I knew it was going to be complicated.
Uh, I'm also telling you because Eris also needs me more in the summer, because it's a time when bakeries drop a lot and I need more time for my medication. I also knew I was going to move. I knew I wasn't going to have a calm moment to do that, but I wanted to do it before the air was born. That was clear to me mainly because later I wanted to dedicate myself a little more to knowing what I'm doing and executing it right. Obviously, you always learn. Because you always learn. But obviously, in the first meeting I had with you, I was like, what are you talking about? I mean, I didn't understand a thing.
All the clients who come to me for consulting, tell me, what Chinese are you talking about? Except for the people who come in who need a little time. Exactly. And Claudia, why the hell having a successful bakery in Valencia, did you decide to set up an online store?
Well, let's see. First of all, because I think I can cover many more things. First of all, I like it. Okay. I mean, I love fashion, I love sportswear, and I think Carmen tells a story. I don't know. It's just that you go to the profile, it tells you a story, and I like that. I mean, I don't just like selling, but also what's behind it. The same thing happens to me with eras. I mean, eras is what it is. But a race band has been around since 1945. It's a family business. But now, considering the story we're telling, what's wrong with me? Well, in the end, I was a bit ambitious. But it's true that I had that dream pending that I had to put it aside. And it was like it was in my head all the time. So I had to do it. And my goal, obviously, is to expand. Right now I'm in Europe, but I want. I mean, the growth that I want from here to the end. We'll talk about it in five years.
But I'll do a later interview. Right, sure.
Obviously what I want. I think that for the first year, we're doing well now. I want to go faster, obviously, than the first year.
Sure. I mean, you had a family business that ultimately gives you money.
Exactly. Besides, you saved it. But you had your dream. Right. That's why Tarman's passion was born, to say, no, I'm comfortable with my family business. It gives me my money and I can get by. But you decided to bet on your dream and create and scale Tarman. And how did the beginnings go? How did you know that you had to use intuition? Did you see something on YouTube? How did those beginnings go?
Well, as I was saying, I think I had the acid test when I had my first online clothing store. I had it for very little because it didn't even last a year.
When was that?
That was When I was 17, 18 years old, I had my first online clothing store. So what happened? I think that's when I was. It's true that influencers were really good, really cool. I mean, you would take something out and sell it, like, wow. I shouldn't say it now because there's a big difference, but I made a few mistakes, like losing money because I paid an influencer maybe €500 and didn't sell anything. I mean, it's a lie. I think I trained myself to do that kind of thing. It's true that I ended up very disappointed and it hurt me. I had to decide to close because I couldn't afford everything. Okay. And in the end, it didn't leave me any money. So I had to prioritize a bit. But I think that's where I learned a bit about where to start. Starting there. I said to Tarman, okay, from the beginning, I have to find two or three ambassadors, because I can't be the only one there. I knew that. You've always told me that it's obviously better for the founder to be there full time and such, but it's true that I've had Gemma with me from the beginning. Gemma, uh, it's like she understands a lot about what I want. And I can also dedicate myself to my bakery. But Gemma manages my social media a bit, but obviously that's something that she and I always work together. Okay, so did I really learn from the store I had, and what did I do? Well, man, if you see that it works for you the first month without knowing you, Even if it's €2,000 or €3,000, you know that maybe, I mean, you've already started. Well, because it's not zero. And even so, from zero, what if I made money with my other store from zero, Even if you bill zero? Well, I think it's a bit like knowing the times we're living in today. Without advertising, without ambassadors and so on.
There'S nothing a business to invest money in. Advertising, of course, because something that has been very particular to you is that ambassadors work for you. I don't recommend most online store founders to get involved in ambassadorships because there are very few stores, and we quickly discover that they work great. So I'm in favor of doing more of what works. And then what made you decide to work with me? Because you were making some money. But, okay, this guy appears. And why work with me?
Well, the truth is, from the beginning, uh, I mean, I've gotten videos from a lot of consultancies because I've always been interested in the subject, and I've always looked. It's true that from the beginning, I never said anything or looked at anything because it was something like, well, I had planned to do it. When did I plan to do it? Well, look, when I took on ambassadorships, I knew they would work for me because I knew through certain contacts that those people would be viable. Okay, When I know this, I put it into practice. I invest with that money, and it makes money, I say, so to speak. I'll see what happens. What happens? We're in a peak sales season. December, January, everything's fine. Then suddenly I have a drop, and I say, let's see. I mean, I can't have 10% revenue some months. And three or five other months because I already had some expenses, fixed expenses with marketing and ambassadors. I had to get there without taking money from them because I couldn't support myself with that. Okay, so what did I say? Now it's time to seek out a consultancy and get serious. I mean, to get your bearings and say you're not going to move forward without this. You have to accept it. I mean, in the end you have to accept that one month you can do very well, but the next day can be the worst because you have nothing to really want. Constantly making money, you release a collection that works worse. Or people don't like that color, they don't buy from you, period. Why? Because I have this audience. If I don't reach more people, the people who see me don't like that color, they don't buy from me. So in the end, you know, you have to. I was very clear about the advertising issue. I wanted to advertise. And right away I contacted you, I contacted more people. That is to say, I chose you because I think you were more transparent, a bit more straightforward. That's how it is. You're going to pay for this and you come here and you're going to learn this. I'm not going to give you anything on a plate, but I'm here to ask you what you want and to learn about meetings. That's what you told me. You normally go to a consulting firm and they ask you, do you have five hours a day to dedicate? No, I don't have five hours a day to be in meetings, or I don't have five hours a day to talk to someone who isn't even you. Right. So the truth is that I was mainly dealing with time issues. In my case, I don't have that much time. And then there are days when I invest many more hours in it to have it prepared. But if you have to set a specific schedule for me every day, I have two companies and I can't. So I started there. Then I realized obviously that I was right, because there are also people out there asking for 10, 15,000 bucks.
Yeah, of course. And on top of that, I think you recovered your investment the first month.
Sure, of course. First month in total. What's more, I went to you first and told you to do it with Eris, and then I told you to do it with Tarman, because.
Sure, of course. And how were those first days of applying the advertising methodology? It was hard for you. Ah. You told me that at first you understood Chinese.
You understood Chinese. But it was a solution at first.
I did what you said I had to do without understanding it. Obviously, I do it. I go to the finish line, I make the grid. How such with everything it says, its things such. I don't understand Chinese. Okay. But I know more or less that the first second I have to do this Jack Knight re. That is 1, 2 and 3. It was a bit like what you told me in scaling. Well, to try different creatives in the end, to find the one that worked and such. I started by putting in very little money. I started paying for quite a few ads, but I quickly found the key. I mean, it's true that it was fast.
Yes.
I didn't lose any money, you know, I mean, it was fast. It was fast because. Well, you tell us to always connect first thing in the morning. I even connect two or three times a day to see how the ad works.
Um, so if you're on the lookout for, well, when you have to remove it, remove it when you have to. Which is what you said. There was one that I forgot. It's true that you told me, Claudia, she's been spending a hundred and something euros and she's not selling and such. Okay, that ad got burned. But I think that's happened to me once. And it was complicated, right? At first, yes. The first week was chaos. But then it's true that in three meetings I went to, everyone talked about the same thing. In the meeting.
Exactly. We just talked. We just talked. And four, a moment.
When you're in the meeting, you don't even raise your hand because they're answering the questions that you had. I mean, in the end, I want to tell you, I've often led the meeting and raised my hand and then removed it. Because I said, okay, she's already told me.
I mean, no, of course I don't need to talk because I had a question and it was resolved. So who knows? And many, many online store founders don't want to work with me because they think it's not personalized that they need 401 on ones and that they need one one on one a week and that group sessions aren't personalized. What would you say to that? Obviously, at first I was more annoying. Like pow. Even on the weekends. Pow, pow, pow. But because in the end you're not sure what you're doing when you're not.
Sure that I've just put in an ad, I've increased it, I don't know, €25 a day for this ad, but I'm not Quite understanding it. Well, obviously you're needed more, but then when you see how you're needed less, maybe now, if I have to get involved in something specific. Well, I'll tell you how. Listen to this. This. What the hell is it okay, because. No, but I know how to do my daily work, which is what you told me. If I were more focused, I would earn more money. Obviously I'm going through a difficult time, but I know I'll do it. I mean, I'll do it next year too. And if not, the next one. I mean, I'm clear in the end about what I want and what I'm going to do. Yes, it's true that. I don't think that's true about the personalized thing, because every time I've asked you, you've answered me. And yes, it's true that there are many things that I could have asked you in the meeting, but due to lack of time, I asked them privately. You recorded a loom for me and you solved it for me.
My famous looms are my famous looms. So you would say that you do feel very supported in the.
I feel very supported. What's more, right now you're telling me Claudia is such and such. Okay, because I'm in such a moment. But I always. I mean, you've answered me, even outside of working hours, that I say I'll write it to him and when he reads it, he'll answer me. You're accompanied. What happens is that later you need less of yourself.
Of course, no, at first. I know this a lot. At first, when a new client comes in, it's like, do this, apply this. But then as the weeks go by, the methodology is very clear. The methodology is super expensive. It's a textbook case. So in the end I have. Why can't I have it all by myself? Because you know that I'm alone. I don't have a team you only work with. But I think that's the good thing, you know? Of course.
I mean, I don't know. In a certain amount of time you'll need a team, I say, because in the end we all grow here. But I think that the good thing, and what I like the most, is that I can be in direct contact with you.
Of course. And the thing is, when you have.
A team, you're going to have to tailor it completely to your needs. Because if not, it doesn't make sense, you know?
No, no, I'm not finding the one that I need in the short term, because I see that what Happens is. I mean, at the beginning, when you, a client, need a lot of my attention. But then there's you, who I talk to once a month. So how many clients like you can I have? Well, a lot, because that's true with all the prior work of the methodology at the beginning.
Let's see, what am I saying? I don't need you more either. Because I also know how far I can go. And If I have 400 entrepreneurial units and they run out due to the ads, it means that no matter how much I ask you, I. I can't grow anymore. Because right now I can't invest more than that. 20,000 Euros in clothing. Do you understand? Very bad. Let's go. Let's invest more in stock. Sure, Exactly. But I also go with what I can, because in the end I prefer to get rid of all the expenses that I paid with another company and be able to pay people, the girls, the ambassadors, you, everyone with Tarman. And that the scale is a little smaller. Like I'm talking about €5,000 less. Mmm. But of course, right now we might not be billing €50,000. If you have enough to sell €50,000. I don't think so right now. But hey, I'm not saying that in three months you won't know I'm in that situation. But in the end, you also go a bit with your store like this. I mean, if suddenly this goes bust and you don't have money to invest so much, well, you're going to buy the same units in the end. My problem is more that I would be selling more. I probably have the ads turned off for 10 days. Look, I would be selling more.
Problems of selling a lot, inventory problems.
What do I do little by little, Claudia.
And apart from at the level of E commerce ads, email marketing, which I think has clearly helped you a lot. Also at the level, you know that I work a lot on the mentality of working on the person in that area. How has it helped you? Or do you feel that it has helped you? Well, very good. Because look, when there is something that doesn't go well for me, or when I don't take it personally or anything, as you know, I mean, it's like, let's see, pow. I'm actually happy because I've had very few failures so far. I mean, with this, that I've applied and it's worked well for me, you.
No, but it's true that one day you told me to slow down because when you fall, it's going to hurt, you know? It's like, well, today something might work for you, but it's true that I haven't taken it badly yet. It's like, I don't get super happy when something works for me because I already trust that it's going to work for me. And when it doesn't work, I don't get so down, you know, Because I think that in the end, too.
Put this into context for anyone watching the video. I've seen the same pattern a lot with my consulting clients who say that when things are going really well, wow, the best day of my life, I did this. And that means two things. One, if you're very emotional when things are going well, you're going to be very emotional when things are going down. So that can really get you down, because in the end, we're going to have bad times, better and worse. The thing is, how do we deal with that? And then if you get really happy when things are going really well, you think that it's not for you, that it's like winning the lottery. So if you don't feel normal, then you can't achieve more. Because you say, if they don't believe this, how am I going to achieve it? If I don't believe 25,000, how am I going to believe 50,000? Quote? So chill. We accept that this is our normal. We don't celebrate it. You have a glass of lemon water with your partner, you celebrate, but you keep going, keep going, keep going.
You know what happens when we hire you? I think it happens to all of us. It's like you always have that part of you that says it will work out. I mean, it's like you understand this well, so you can apply it and make it work. At first you're kind of happy, but I think it's because you say, wow, it works. You know, sometimes you see ambassadors who mess with you, who don't sell anything, and in the end you don't believe anything anymore. Not even that the advertising works. We come from minds like this, a little fed up with nothing working, and we don't believe anything either. So what happens that the moment it works, you say, wow, you're glad.
Yes, yes, yes, exactly.
Because I think it happened to me once in the first week that an ad went well. An ad went well. I think I sold five, Five, five sales. You know, it's like, okay, I was really happy, you know, but that doesn't happen to me now. But because, well, I already know that it's real, that it's like that, that it's a matter of post work and applying things well. There's nothing more. And when it doesn't go well, you turn it off. That's it. It's a bit like. You make it easy. Yes, but at first it's inevitable not to get excited because you don't believe in anything. You get excited, you.
Yes, yes. I know them all and I know them firsthand. You don't see anything anymore. That's why I try to help first with my free content. I'm sure that before paying me, you watched at least one of my videos. Yes, I receive a lot of emails, such and such. I'm also still subscribed. I receive a lot of emails and there are things that are still useful to me, you know? Sure. So, Claudia, so that it is recorded here in a video for Prosperity on my YouTube. What is the goal for 2026? The end of 2025. Where will Tarman end up?
Well, look, right now I want to be realistic. I don't know because of what I'm telling you about the stock, but I would like to have a turnover of €50,000amonth before the end of the year.
That's said here.
At least I'll settle for that because, well, just a short time ago I was billing 5,000. I can't tell you 100,000 because that's not really realistic for me. What I'm telling you is that you also have to make the investment. Okay? You don't sell €100,000 for nothing. But I think I'm going to Bill 30 for 50,000 this campaign. And I hope that between now and December I'll have 50,000 in a month. I'll tell you later. I think 50.
And what's our goal for 2026?
Well, we were already going for 100,000. Right. Because if not by the end of the year, we'll be talking about 50,000. It's nothing. Let's see. Exactly. Claudia and I have talked about trying to get close to at least a million a year next year. A million a year. So, Claudia, last question. And to end the video, what would you say to a founder, in this case, who is talking to me and is considering whether or not to join my consultancy? What would you say to them if they were in front of you? Well, if you've seen the video that says if you can provide metrics and all that stuff, I honestly think that if they want to, I mean, it's scary to invest that little bit of money. Because I say little, because it really is little, because you earn it right away, you get it back. I wouldn't be where I am if I hadn't joined. So I would say that I would bet on joining. Obviously, you're not going to do everything. The person who hires has to be clear that they have to make a change. But come on, that's essential for growth. But if they don't hire you, they won't know how to do anything. And the thing is. Well, I mean, I'm not talking to you about now, about the future, about all this that's changing and going on. It's just that I think that in truth, this is constantly being updated and you have to be constantly updating. But obviously, I mean, the best thing I've done is to do it. In fact, my husband already told me, because my husband wasn't sure and he said, the best thing you've ever done, the best money invested. It really is, because if I just looked at myself three months ago, now we're talking about €20,000 more per month in two and a half months.
Yes, yes. Ah, what would I say? It's not me who's saying it. The table I have here says it. I mean, yes, do it, do it, but you also have to dedicate time to it. Sure, if you're sure about it. If not, then of course, of course.
If you don't, people won't be happy. How? Because you have to invest the time.
You, yourself, I mean, obviously, I mean, not me.
What you're going to do here is give us the tools.
Exactly. I always say when a client comes in that they're going to get 200% from me. But if the client, the one who's hiring me, doesn't give 200%, it doesn't work.
Neat. Pao, I personally do the best I've ever done in the year that I've had my store. There's.
No better way to close. So if you want the same results as Claudia, and you're sure that you want to work with me, you can use the link in the description to schedule a meeting with me. So, Claudia, thank you very much for the interview. I'm really looking forward to doing the interview next year and for us to tell you how we've scaled up. And that's it. Last chance to comment.
Well, I'm delighted and I hope to continue with you for a long time and grow and grow and grow. And that's it. Well, hopefully we'll be celebrating the millionth very soon.
Great. See you in the next videos. And a big kiss. Bye.
Thanks M. And the ability to distance myself a bit from a race fan. I went straight into Tarman and I was really clear about what I wanted to do. I mean, what I wanted to do was, well, grow in a short time so that it would start to pay off. I knew they would work for me because I knew through certain contacts that those people would be viable. Okay, when I. Because here, in the end, well, it's all about investing. But in the end, everyone wants to make money, right? We come know this, I put it into practice, I invest with that money and it makes money. I say, so to speak. I'll see what happens. What happens? We're in a peak sales season. December, January, everything's fine. Then suddenly I have a drop and I say, let's see. I mean, I can't have 10% revenue some months and three or five other months, because I'm here for something else. Right. Well then. Well, we created the brand a year ago and I was clear that I wanted to get involved with ambassadors and well, look for someone to help me with all this advertising stuff and so on, which I had absolutely already had some expenses, fixed expenses with marketing and ambassadors. I had to get there without no idea about. I started off well. I've always started out selling from the beginning, but obviously very little. We're talking about billings of €3,000 or so. Okay, then with the ambassadors, I taking money from them because I couldn't support myself with that. Okay, so what did I say? Now it's time to seek out a consultancy and get serious. I mean, to get your bearings and say you're not going to move forward without this. You have to accept it. I mean, in the end you have to accept that one month you can do very well, but the next, I hired it was great. It's true that the investment was bigger, but they've also paid off for me. But the problem was that since I put out stick can be the worst, because you have nothing to really want. Constantly making money. You release a collection that works worse, or people don't like that. One collection a month I only sold on that day. On the other days I didn't sell anymore. I could go wherever I wanted and I wouldn't sell anymore. Which obviously doesn't happen now. Days I have an average of 15, 20 orders, which I didn't before. And to set the scene at the beginning of the video. And then we'll focus on all the areas. You said that when you. That color, they don't buy from you, period. Why? Because I have this audience, if I don't reach more people, the people who see me don't like that color. They don't buy from me. I'm not going to start it on your own before the ambassadors or during the ambassadors. You are at 3,000. And what happened this last month, which is August 5th? What happened this July? What happened in general? I mean, let's see, apart from everything I've learned from you in terms of ads, it's been almost. How much? €25,000. Euro.
25,000. From €3,000 to €25,000. And how long have we been working together? Three months.
To give you anything on a plate. But I'm here to ask you what you want and to learn about meetings.
Five months, three months.
From the middle of May, May, June, July, nothing. Two and a half months time. And then there are days when I invest many more hours in it to have it prepared. But if you have to set a specific schedule. For me, every day I have two companies and I can't. So I started there. Then I realized obviously that I was right.
Because before this interview, I will have taught. Well, we did this to set the scene for everyone who watches the video.
Cause there are also people out there asking for 10, 15,000 bucks.
Yeah, of course. And on top of that, I think you recovered your. But it's always good to say it from the founder's mouth. And now we're going to investment. The first month.
Sure, of course. First month in total. What's more, I went to you first and told you to do it with Eris.
Explain your journey to the people watching the video, because I find it very interesting as a woman who also explains.
And then I told you to do it with Tarman, because Sure, of course.
And how were those first days of applying the advertising methodology? It was hard for you. Ah. You told me that at first you understood Chinese.
You understood Chinese. But it was a solution.
At first I did what you said I had to do without understanding it. Obviously I do it.
If you want to say, your situation is quite peculiar.
I'm very pregnant.
You're very pregnant.
Not eight and a half months already.
You can only see up to here. But the hype is bursting.
I'm bursting. Exactly.
Bursting. And you've done all this growth with that personal situation, so that later they say, no, Pao, it's because I have three children or I'm pregnant, I can't.
Yes, you go to the finish line. I make the grid. Pow. Such with everything it says, it's things such. I don't understand Chinese. Okay, But I know more or less that the first second I have to do this Jack Knight RI. That is 1, 2 and 3. It was a bit like what you told me in scaling. Well, to try different creatives in the end, to find the one that worked and such. I started by putting in very little money. I started paying for quite a few ads. But I quickly found the key.
It can be done if you want. You can.
Look, I knew it was going to be complicated. Uh.
I'm also telling you because ERIS also needs me more in the summer, because it's a time when bakeries drop a lot and I need more time for my medication.
I mean, it's true that it was fast.
Yes.
I didn't lose any money, you know, I mean, it was. I also knew I was going to move. I knew I wasn't going to have a calm moment to do that. But I wanted to do it fast. It was fast because. Well, you tell us to always connect first thing in the morning. I even connect two or three times a day to see how the ad works.
Mmm. So if you're on the lookout for.
Well, quit before the heir was born. That was clear to me mainly because later I wanted to dedicate myself a little more to when you have to.
Remove it, remove it when you have to. Which is what you said. There was one that I forgot. It's true that you told me Claudia, she's been spending a hundred and something euros and she's not selling inside. Okay, that ad got burned, but I think that's happened to me once. And it was complicated, right? At first, yes. The first week was chaos. But then it's true that in three meetings I went to, everyone talked about.
Knowing What I'm doing and executing it. Right. Obviously you always learn. Because you always learn.
But obviously the same thing in the meeting.
Exactly. We just talked. We just talked. And four, a moment.
When you're in the meeting, you don't even raise your hand because they're answering the questions that you had. I mean, in the end, I want to tell you, I've often led the meeting and raised my hand and then removed it because I said, okay.
In the first meeting I had with you, I was like, what are you talking about? I mean, I didn't understand a thing.
All the clients who come to me for consulting, tell me what Chinese are you talking about? Except for the people who come in who need a little time. Exactly. And Claudia, why the hell having a successful bi.
She's already told me.
I mean, no, of course I don't need to talk because I had a question and it was resolved. So who knows? And many, many online store founders don't want to work with me because they think it's not personalized that they need 401 on ones and that they need one one on one a week and that group sessions aren't personalized. What would you say to that? Obviously. Bakery in Valencia. Did you decide to set up an online store?
Well, let's see.
At first I was more annoying. Like pow. Even on the weekends, powder. Pow. Pow. But because in the end, you're not sure what you're doing when you're not.
Sure that I've just put in an ad, I've increased it. I don't know, 25. First of all, because I think I can cover many more things. First of all, I like it. Okay? I mean, I love fashion, I love sportswear, and I think Carmen tells a story. I don't know, it's just that you go €5 a day for this ad, but I'm not quite understanding it. Well, obviously you're needed more. But then when you see how you're needed less, maybe now if I have to get involved in something specific, well, I'll tell you. Pow. Listen to this. This the profile, it tells you a story. And I like that. I mean, I don't just like selling, but also what's behind it? The same thing. What the hell is it? Okay, because. Yes, it's true that I don't think that string happens to me with eras. I mean, ERA is what it is. But a race ban has been around since 1945. It's a family business. About the personalized thing. Because every time I've asked you, you've answered me. And yes, it's true that there are many things that I. But now, considering the story we're telling, what's wrong with me? Well, in the end I was. I could have asked you in the meeting, but due to lack of time, I asked them privately. You recorded a loom for me and you solved it for me.
My famous looms are my famous looms. So you would say that you do feel very supported in the.
I feel very supported. What's more, right now you're telling me Claudia is such. And okay, because I'm in such a moment. But I always a bit ambitious. But it's true that I had that dream pending that I had to put it aside and it was like it was in my face. I mean, you've answered me even outside of working hours. But I say I'll write it to him and when he reads it, he'll answer me. Your head all the time. So I had to do it. And my goal, obviously is to expand. Right now I'm in your accompanied. What happens is that later you need less of yourself.
Of course, no, at first, I know this a lot. At first, when a new client comes in, it's like, do this, apply this. But then, as the weeks go by, the methodology is very clear. The methodology is super expensive. It's a.
But I want. I mean, the growth that I want from here to the end. We'll talk about it in five years.
But I'll do a later interview, right?
Sure. Obviously, what I want. I think that for the first year.
We'Re doing well, the textbook case. So in the end I have. Why can I have it all by myself? Because you know that I'm alone. I don't have a team you only work with. But I think that's the good thing, you know? Of course.
I mean, now I want to go faster, obviously, than the first year.
Sure.
I don't know, in a certain amount of time you'll need a team. I say, because in the end we all grow here. But I think that the good thing and what I like the most is that I can be in direct contact with you.
Of Course. And the thing is, when you have.
A team, you're going to have to.
I mean, you had a family business that ultimately gives you money.
Exactly. Besides, you saved it. But you had your dream. Right? That's why Tarman's passion was born, to say, no, I have to tailor it.
Completely to your needs, because if not, it doesn't make sense, you know?
No, no, I'm not finding the one that I need in the short term, because I see that what happens is, I mean, at the beginning, when you, a client, need a lot of my attention, but then there's you, who I talk to once a month. So how many clients like you can I have? Well, a lot, because that's true with all the. I'm comfortable with my family business, it gives me my money and I can get by. But you decided to bet on your dream and create and scale Tarman. And how did the beginnings go? How did you know that? You had to use intuition. Did you see something on YouTube? How did those beginnings go?
Well, as I was saying, I think I had the acid test when I had my first online clothing store.
Prior work of the methodology at the beginning.
Let's see, what am I saying? I don't need you more either, because I also know how far I can go. And If I have 400 entrepreneurial units and they run out due to the ads, it means that no matter how much I ask you, I can't grow anymore. Because right now I can't invest more than that. €20,000 in clothing. Do you understand? Very bad. Let's go. Let's invest more in stock. Sure, Exactly. But I also go with what I can, because in the end, I prefer to get rid of all the expenses that I paid with another company and be able to pay people and the girls, the ambassadors, you, everyone.
With Tarman, I had it for very little, because it didn't even last a year.
When was that?
That was when I was 17. And that the scale is a little smaller. Like, I'm talking about €5,000 less. Mmm. But of course, right now, 18 years old, I had my first online clothing store. So what happened? I think that's when I was. We might not be billing €50,000 if you have enough to sell €50,000? I don't think so right now. But hey, I'm not saying that in three months you won't know I'm in that situation. But in the end, you also go a bit with your store like this. I mean, if suddenly this goes bust and you don't have Money to invest so much. Well, you're going to buy the same units in the end. My problem is more that I would be selling more. I probably have the ads turned off for 10 days. Look, I would be selling more.
Problems of selling a lot inventory.
It's true that influencers were really good, really cool. I mean, you would take something out and sell it. Like, wow, three problems. What do I do little by little, Claudia. And apart, I shouldn't say it now because there's a big difference, but I made a few mistakes, like losing money because I paid an influencer maybe €500 and didn't sell anything. I mean, it's a lie from at.
The level of E commerce ads, email marketing, which I think has clearly helped you a lot. Also at the level, you know that I work a lot on the mentality of working on the person in that area. How has it helped you? Or do you feel that it has helped you? Well, very good.
Because look, I think I trained myself to do that kind of thing. It's true that I ended up very disappointed and it hurt me when there.
Is something that doesn't go well for me or when I don't take it personally or anything. As you know, I mean, it's like, let's see how I'm actually happy because I've had very few failures so far. I mean, with this that I've applied and it's worked well for me. You.
No, but it's true that one day you told me to slow down because when you fall, it's going to hurt. You know, it's like, well, today something might work for you. But it's true that I haven't taken it badly yet. It's like I don't get super happy when something works for me because I already trust that it's going to work for me. And when it doesn't work, I don't get so down. You know, I had to decide to close because I couldn't afford everything. Okay. And in the end it didn't leave me any money because I think that in the end too.
Put this into context for anyone.
So I had to prioritize a bit. But I think that's where I learned a bit about where to start. Starting there. I said to okay, from the beginning I have to find two or three ambassadors because I can't be the only.
One watching the video. I've seen the same pattern a lot with my consulting clients who say that when things are going really well, wow, the best day of my life. I did this and that means two things. One, if you're very emotional when things are going well, you're going to be very emotional when things are there.
I knew that. You've always told me that it's obviously better for the founder to be there full time and such, but it's true that I've had Gemma with me from the beginning. Gemma, it's like she understands a lot about what I want. And I can also dedicate myself to my bakery. But Gemma manages my social media a bit.
But obviously you're going down, so that can really get you down. Because in the end, we're going to have bad times, better and worse. The thing is, how do we deal with that? And then if you get really happy when things are going really well, how did you know that you had to use intuition? Did you see something on YouTube? How did those beginnings go?
Well, as I was saying, I think I had the acid test when I had my first online clothing store.
You think that it's not for you, that it's like winning the lottery. So if you don't feel normal, then you can't achieve more. Because you say, if they don't believe this, how am I going to achieve it if I don't believe 25,000.
That's something that she and I always work together. Okay, so did I really learn from the store I had? And what did I do?
How am I going to believe 50,000? So chill. We accept that this is our normal.
Well, man, if you see that it works for you the first month, without knowing you, Even if it's €2,000 or €3,000, you know that maybe, I mean, you've already started. Well, because it's not zero. And even so, from zero, we don't celebrate it.
You have a glass of lemon water with your partner, you celebrate, but you keep going, keep going, keep going.
You know what happens when we hire you? I think it happens to all of us. It's like you always have that part of you that says it will work out. I mean, it's like, what if I made money with my other store from zero? Even if you bill zero. Well, I think it's a bit like knowing you understand this well, so you can apply it and make it work. At first you're kind of happy, but I think it's because you say, wow, it works. You know, sometimes you see ambassadors who mess with you, who don't sell anything, and in the end you don't believe anything anymore. Not even that the advertising works. We come from minds like this, a Little fed up with nothing working. And we don't believe anything either. So what happens that the moment it works, you say, wow, you're going the times we're living in today, without advertising, without ambassadors and so on, there's nothing.
A business to invest money in advertising, of course, because something that has been very particular to you is that ambassadors work for you. I don't rec.
Glad.
Yes, yes, yes, exactly.
Because I think it happened to me once in the first week that an.
Ad went well and most online store founders to get involved in ambassadorships because there are very few stores and we.
Quickly and had went well. I think I sold five, five, five sales. You know, it's like, okay, I was really happy, you know, but that doesn't happen to me now. But because, well, I already know that it's real, that it's like that, that it's a matter of post work and applying things well, there's nothing more. And when it doesn't go well, you turn it off. That's it. It's a bit like you make it easy. Yes. But at first it's inevitable not to get excited because you don't belong to.
Discover that they work great. So I'm in favor of doing more of what works, even anything.
You get excited. You.
Yes, yes, I know them all and I know them firsthand. You don't see anything anymore. That's why I try to help first with my free content. I'm sure that before paying me, you watched at least one of my videos. And then what made you decide to work with me because you were making some money. But okay, this guy appears and why work with me? Videos. Yes, I receive a lot of emails, such and such. I'm also still subscribed. I receive a lot of emails and there are things.
Well, the truth is from the beginning, I mean, I've gotten videos from a lot of consultancies because of all that.
Are still useful to me, you know? Sure. So, Claudia, so that it is recorded here in a video for Prosperity on my YouTube. What is the goal for 2026? The end of 2025, where will Tarman end up?
Well, look, right now I've always been interested in the subject and I've always looked. It's true that from the beginning I never said anything or looked at anything because it was something like, well, I had planned to do it. When did I plan to do it? Well, look, when I took on ambassadorships, I knew they would work for me because I knew through certain contacts that those people would be viable. Okay. When I'm to be realistic, I don't know because of what I'm telling you about the stock. But I would like to have a turnover of €50,000amonth before the end of the year.
That's said here.
At least. I'll settle for that because, well, just a short time ago I was billing 5,000. I can't tell you 100,000 because that's not really realistic for me. What I'm telling you is that you also have to make the investment, okay? You don't sell €100,000 for nothing. But I think I'm going to Bill 30 for 50,000. Know this. I put it into practice. I invest with that money and it makes money, I say. So to speak. I'll see what happens. What happens? We're in a peak sales season. December, January, everything's fine. Then suddenly I have a dress campaign. And I hope that between now and December I'll have 50,000 in a month. I'll tell you later. I think 50.
And what's our goal for 2026?
Well, we were already going for 100,000, right? Because if not by the end of the year, drop. And I say, let's see, I mean, I can't have 10% revenue some months and three or five other months, because I already had some expenses fixed expenses with marketing and ambassadors. I had to get there without. Here we'll be talking about 50,000. It's nothing. Let's see. Exactly. Claudia and I have talked about trying to get close to at least a million a year next year, a million. Taking money from them because I couldn't support myself with that. Okay, so what did I say? Now it's a year. So, Claudia, last question. And to end the video, what would you say to a founder in this case, who is talking to me and is considering whether or not to join my consultancy? What would you say to them if they were in front of you? Well, if you've seen the video that says it's time to seek out a consultancy and get serious. I mean, to get your bearings and say you're not going to move forward without. If you can provide metrics and all that stuff. I honestly think that if they want to, I mean, it's scary to invest that this. You have to accept it. I mean, in the end you have to accept that one month you can do very well, but the next day can be the worst because you have nothing to really want. Constantly making money, you release a collection that works worse, or people don't like that little bit of Money, because I say little, because it really is little. Because you earn it right away, you get it back. I wouldn't be where I am if I hadn't joined. So I would say that I would bet on joining. Obviously, you're not going to do at color. They don't buy from you, period. Why? Because I have this audience. If I don't reach more people, the people who see me don't like that color. They don't buy from me. So in the end, you know, you have to. I was very clear about the advertising issue. Everything. The person who hires has to be clear that they have to make a change. But come on, that's essential for growth. But if they don't hire you, they won't know how to do anything. And the thing is. Well, I mean, I'm not talking to you about now, about the future, about all this that's changing and going on. It's just that I think that, in truth, this is constantly being updated. I wanted to advertise and right away I contacted you, I contacted more people. That is to say, I chose you because I think you were more transparent, a bit more straightforward. That's how it is. You're going to pay for this and you come here and you're going to learn this. I'm not going. And you have to be constantly updating. But obviously, I mean, the best thing I've done is to do it. In fact, my husband already told me, because my husband wasn't sure, and he said, the best thing you've ever done, the best money invested. It really is, because if I just looked at myself going to give you anything on a plate, I. But I'm here to ask you what you want and to learn about meetings. That's what you told me. You normally go to a consulting firm and they ask you, do you have five hours a day to dedicate? No, I don't have. Three months ago. Now we're talking about €20,000 more per month in two and a half months.
Yes, yes. Ah, what would I say? It's not me who's saying it. The table I have here says it. I mean, yes, do it five hours.
A day to be in meetings, or I don't have five hours a day to talk to someone who isn't even you.
Right, do it. But you also have to dedicate time to it. Sure, if you're sure about it. If not, then of course.
Of course. So the truth is that I was mainly dealing with time issues. In my case, I don't have that Much time. If you don't, people won't be happy. How? Because you have to invest the time.
You yourself, I mean, obviously, I mean, not me.
What you're going to do here is give us the tools.
Exactly. I always say when a client comes in that they're going to get 200% from me. But if the client, the one who's hiring me, doesn't give 200%, it doesn't work me.
Pow. I personally do the best I've ever done in the time and then there are days when I invest many more hours in it to have it prepared. But if you have to set a specific schedule here that I've had my.
Store, there's no better way to close.
So if you want for me every day I have two companies and I can't. So I started there. Then I realized obviously that I was.
Right because the same results as Claudia. And you're sure that you want to work with me? You can use the link in the description to SC because there are also.
People out there asking for 10, 15,000 bucks.
Yeah, of course. And on top of that, I think you recovered your investment the first month.
Sure, of course. First month in total. What's more, I went to you first and told you to do it with Eris.
Schedule a meeting with me. So Claudia, thank you very much for the interview. I'm really looking forward to doing the interview next year and for us to tell you how we've scaled up. And that's it. Last chance to comment.
Well, I'm delighted and I hope to continue with you for a long time and grow and grow and grow. And that's it. Well, hopefully we'll be celebrating the millionth various. And then I told you to do it with Tarmon because.
Sure, of course. And how were those first days of applying the advertising methodology? It was hard for you. Ah, you told me that at first you understood Chinese.
You understood Chinese.
Great. See you in the next videos and a big kiss. Bye.
Thanks M. But it was a solution.
At first I did what you said I had to do without understanding it. Obviously I do it. I go to the finish line, I make the grid. Pow. Such with everything it says, it's things such. I don't understand Chinese. Okay. But I know more or less that the first second I have to do this jack night re. That is 1, 2 and 3. It was a bit like what you told me in scaling. Well, to try different creatives in the end to find the one that worked and scared.
