Creativos para tiendas online que convierten 5 veces más (guía 2025)

Power Scratch walks through how to build ad creatives that convert 5 times better for online stores. He shares real examples from clients, breaks down what makes ads work, and explains how to test and scale them to grow revenue.
The number one problem I encounter with online store founders when they start scaling is that they can't find enough winning creatives to support that level of investment. And finding the formula to consistently get winning creatives week after week is the key to reaching the revenue that you who are watching the video want. So in today's video, I'm going to give you a masterclass on the problems and commonalities that I've seen in creatives who are winning and are not going to tell you anything. Super simple, something very simple to apply. In case you don't know me, my name is Power Scratch and I'm dedicated to helping private label online store founders make a lot more money without depending on agencies or growth partners or anything like that. And to do that, what I'm going to do is give you some theoretical tips and then I'm going to give you examples of creatives from my consulting clients and how they've helped them earn a lot more money. Because I'll summarize it for you. It's all about the creatives needed to scale your online store. So this is the number one problem that I start to encounter when I help founders from scratch from the first few thousand through my consulting to start generating those first 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, 25,000. It's that they have a hard time finding more creatives, more angles, how to do more, get more results, but without having to create millions of creatives to find a winning one. So the first thing I have to tell you is that before we go into the ads, let's look at what the ads are not. So the first thing we have to look at is the offer. I'm going to zoom in on this, your offer and your website, that is your online store where people are going to end up once they click on your ad. And for that I'm going to leave you this E Commerce funnel calculator where it shows you the standard average that you have to meet in order to scale both according to your order value. The conversion you have to have where here you will put your average order, I don't know, maybe it's 60. And then the conversion that you have to have in cart, checkout and money and together with this folder and this funnel calculator document, you can download it in the first link in the description completely free, along with all the resources you have to earn much more money with your online store. So the first thing we have to see is that this converts relatively well. And once we have set up the online store website, you have dozens of my videos on how to make a good product page, how to make a good offer, how to guide your customer by the hand so that they go exactly to the product you want them to buy. You have everything in other videos. I don't want to ramble on there. And then before the ads, there's also the spider web, which you can also download flows that sell for you while you're on the beach, while you're recording creatives, while you're doing whatever you want. They sell automatically. Why? Because it's more than proven and you can experience it firsthand that when you learn about a new brand, you're not going to buy it right away. So what we need are multiple impacts to educate ourselves to. To nurture ourselves about the brand. And we can do that through paid ads or through email marketing, practically for free. You just pay for the platform. So all of this has to be checked. It was just a quick reminder because today we're going to focus on creatives in this video, something we have to comply with when reaching the masses. A mentor of mine in advertising always tells me how to sell to the masses, how to sell to the masses. It's simply about fulfilling the discrepancy between the price we ask for this product and the value that customers perceive in what we're offering them. A mistake that many online store founders make is that they just sell the product and that's it. But how can we increase that perception of value? Personal branding, more than personal branding, Connecting with the audience, touching a very clear pain point, guarantees returns, types of shipping. All of that increases the experience. All of that increases the gap between the value that our customers perceive and the price we ask. And if we meet that, they will 100% buy from us. If we only go with a product like, hey, buy me this T shirt. And the description on my product page is 100% cotton. That's crap. I never get tired of seeing stores that are like that. And if you're seeing it, it's okay. Just change it, learn how to do it. Watch my videos on my channel where I explain how to make a good product page, how to increase that perceived value. Because if you don't, you're not going to sell with ads. You're not going to sell by going to the masses. Then once we've done this, which is a little bit before the ads, what we have to focus on is Pareto's law. This law is something I love. I apply it a lot in many areas of my life and also in ads. I focus on the 80% of what I already know works. Once you've got a track record in ads, you're already seeing what the product works best for you, the angle that works best for you, the audience. That's where we're going to focus on what works, making small variations, iterations. But that's where we're going to put most of our money. And the other 20% is on crazy tests that will rarely work. Although if you study your market, your competition, your client, above all, understand your client, this will be more and more likely to work for you. That this 20% will feed this 80% so that this 80% doesn't burn out things we can see is that the creatives are the most important with clients that I've had and that I still have. They started months ago. Months ago, I don't know, in January. And we were doing three creatives. Let's see, in January they already started, which was in December. Let's see, in December we had four active ads, five or six active ads. And they've tested them. Look at all these creatives that they've tested in just one campaign. And what has allowed them to go from being able to invest, let's say here, December 31st, €40, to what they're investing today, yesterday, which is €268, that is December 31st they were able to invest €40. And yesterday, well, yesterday, 268, they've multiplied their investment by six. It's been able to do more creatives, understand the creatives that have worked for my clients, which is a store for spiritual products, and understand different ways of selling the same product and different people to sell that product to and do more creatives about them. It's the fuel that will allow you to invest more and more in your ads. Obviously in a profitable way. Obviously in a profitable way, let's see. Because in the last 30 days they have been able to invest almost €5,000 with a roas that is profitable for them. Since they are artisanal, they need a ROAS of 1.7 and it is well above what we need. And that is why we invest more and more. So that is where we have to focus, to use different creatives, as we can see, different products. This is the angle, I think you can hear it, but it is a sentimental angle, evoking the spirituality that is inside a home. Then there is selling. We are selling the same product, but it is much more focused on it. But once they have found their format, my clients do not stop Iterating and this is the testing. Then here in their scaling, they put everything that works for them and this is what gives them a much better roas. But the fuel is always in more creatives. More creatives. And the more creative you get, the more you realize what works and the more you can scale up and the more you can invest and the more money you'll make in your online store. It really is simple. Then what you have to do is hit the nail on the head and keep going until infinity. That's what the big ones do. That's what the big ones do. The other day I was in my consulting room and I was giving him this exact example. I've analyzed many big stores and what they do and in the end it's hitting the nail on the head and then making variations on what works for them. Until infinity. For example, Fresly Cosmetus. I think everyone in Spain knows this case. They started from scratch and now they're a multinational company. I've heard interviews with the founder, she's a star. And the formats that you're going to see from Fresley Cosmetics are very similar. What is this? It's a person in ugc. Protect. Protect. I don't know what it is. Protected. Sorry, ugly. A UGC person with the offer written here and her telling her life story. UGC format. I saw two formats in freshly, which is the UGC format, UGC to the point of failure. And then this format, which is a person applying a product to their skin without their face being visible. And then something written there. And as you can see, you'll see that all the creatives are like this. Creative without their face being visible, applying it to their skin. The same thing. And Fresley must've invested millions in their business manager account. A person applying it with some music. I don't know if you're listening to the music. Do you see a person applying it? It's the same. It's the same. Then what other store did we see? Uh, DOCF Diet. What was that store called? Docf Diet. Yes. In the format they found there is a lot of ugc. UGC format. Well, this isn't ugc, but with an offer. A person with an offer. And on top of that, the tone is always the same. They always include dog transitions, but the format is always very recognizable. Like doc fight people explaining doc and then dogs will appear. You see? I mean, in the end what we have to do is work hard at the beginning to find the right key. But then it's what the big guys do. And it's very scalable. I teach this to my scalable consulting clients. With Nina, you can record scenes. Imagine that the format that works for you is video. Then with images, I'll explain how it's done. Scenes, imagine. I explained this to my client, who has a store that sells fabrics. So she's having a hard time getting started, because when they're starting out and learning how to do it, it's a challenge to get in front of a camera. And I work a lot with online store founders to overcome that fear so they can scale their online store. And my client is at that point. So I told him, you don't have to record yourself every day. You don't have to record yourself four times an hour. What you can do is record scenes. I don't know what to call them, but presets or something like that, where you have a scene of you weaving the fabric, a scene of you taking the fabric out of the box. I'm making it up right now. You hanging the fabric and combing it. I don't know. Then you have those preset scenes, and you can combine them. You can combine them and put a voiceover on them. Then you can have hundreds of creatives where in one, you speak in the voiceover, touching the angle of starting with the fabric, starting with the fabric, then another angle, and that only changing the voiceover, the angle of starting with the fabric, the angle of stress, the angle of anxiety, the angle of, I don't know, the quality of the fabric, all that with the same preset videos that you can combine with each other. First, I put a scene, and in the next video, instead of that scene, I put the scene three. So here you can find many ads where the important thing in the end is in the angle you touch on in the videos when you say the voiceover, that hook that drawing attention and filtering in the first three seconds. That's what matters. So once you hit the key, it's very scalable with that. This is with videos, okay? And then with photos, it's even easier. I mean, with photos, it's taking the same image and changing the title. I mean, for example, I give my clients a series of templates, which I think are maybe 600 winning photo ad templates, where they simply have to paste their products and what it tells them how I teach them to say how I teach them to change, how I teach my clients to use CHGPT so that they can tell them what to put in the photos. I mean, I give it to Them very clearly. But it's very simple. You take the photo and change both the product and what the title says, the subtitle, the pain points it touches, and that is super scalable photos. Escalabra to failure. Escalobre to failure. And then a mistake that I also see people make is that many times when we say, for example here, hmm, iterate to infinity, uh, many people think that instead of putting, I don't know, the title in red, put it in green. That's a mistake because it's not going to have an impact when we're on low budgets than we would like. So what we have to focus on is the angle, the audience, the format. What do I mean by angle? Well, this is you can sell the fabric as the angle of starting with the fabric, the angle of stress, the angle of anxiety. Sell the fabric from the angle that it's of much higher quality than what they sell you in Chinese. Then there are different audiences and going to different audiences. I don't mean going to the business manager and putting it in segmentation. I want to go to fabric professionals. I don't mean that you in the hook of the video when you want to reach the audience that is starting with the fabric and the audience that are already amateurs or professionals. So you in the hook of the voiceover that you are doing in this video. And I am giving this example, if you want to reach people who are just starting out the fabric, well, you will say if you are biting the bug to start knitting, then you are already filtering. You are already attracting the attention of that typical type of audience. But if you are going to reach professionals in the fabric, well, what are you going to say? You are going to say, hey, you spend hours and hours knitting, but hey, you knit crap basically. So there you are already reaching professionals who have been knitting for a long time. Because if they spend many hours knitting, it is because they will dedicate themselves to it or it is their favorite hobby. Well, I am making it up here, improvising. And then formats. There is the video format, there is the photo format, there is the UGC format, the S versus them format. There is the format, thousands of formats. You can say the same thing to start with the fabric or go to professionals, but with different formats of. There's the format of, for example, you can say through photo, say fabric for professionals, high quality, it slides better. I'll make it up later with video, with the voiceover that I told you about. Venice versus the M of the crappy fabric from the Chinese versus my fabric I'm making it up right now, but that's the idea. And then the structures. I recommend very simple structures. For example, this one about spiritual products that I showed you before is a bow for testing, one for retargeting and two for scaling according to the product they're making then. And in the last 30 days, they've been able to invest almost €5,000. Then this one about women's sportswear, as you can see, it's very simple. There are four campaigns, depending on the angle and purpose, because the founder is starting to understand complex structures. And I tell them, look well, one campaign per angle and you'll be simple. And so far in August, I've invested 1000 bucks and with 40 stolen, and in the last 30 days, 2500. And then there are even founders who are starting to understand how to make ads. And I tell them, well, one campaign and it, One campaign and it. And that's how we do it. And no, no more is needed. And the most important thing is the creative. And here I've put like, what's it called? An alert. But what's it called? An alert. A warning. A warning that many people, founders of online stores, who I meet with and talk to, many of them every week, tell me that when they see their ads, they try to hire professionals. That's crap. That's crap. One, because they cost money, and two, because the crappiest creatives are the ones that sell the most. Why? Because not when we're on Instagram, especially on Meta. We, which I recommend to 99% of online stores, start with Meta. It's a platform where people are going to enjoy themselves and we have to stop scrolling. So when a very professional piece of content or creative appears, you can tell that it's an ad. But if, for example, we do it with our mobile, focusing on it ourselves and simply saying it, or a voiceover. So since our aim isn't activated, they're selling something, something we retain that audience better. Meta already knows that they're interested. They stay to see it, listen to us. And since we know that our offer is good for that person, because Meta has also shown it to the right person, they're interested, they go to the website, get to know us, and sooner or later, if you're with, if you're my client, sooner rather than later, they'll buy from us. So this is a little bit of what I wanted to show you. I haven't gotten too technical how to be creative. They were simply concepts that I see many people fail at, especially in not focusing before the ads, focusing on what they shouldn't focus on, knowing that they only have to focus on doing more and more and more and not worry about super simple things and then test and focus on what's important. And I remind you that in the first link in the description you have all these documents, both the ones I've talked about in this video and many more to make much more money with your online store and if the video has been useful to you and you want me to take an in depth look at your online store and you know that you want to work with me, you also have a link in the description to schedule a meeting where we can look at your store, see what might be wrong and if I see that you're ready to work I'll explain it to you and you can make the decision or not. Okay then give it a like subscribe and I'll see you in future videos.
