La diferencia real entre una tienda online que despega y una que se estanca

This is a YouTube video titled "La diferencia real entre una tienda online que despega y una que se estanca" created in July 2025. The content is a motivational and educational monologue by Power Scratch, who shares insights on the mindset and personal development challenges faced by online store founders. He emphasizes the importance of resilience, self-improvement, and managing adversity alongside practical business strategies like ads and email marketing. The video is filmed in Budapest and includes personal anecdotes and advice for entrepreneurs scaling their online stores.
How are you? Welcome to this new video. I hope you enjoy it because I want to talk about one of the topics that while I'm traveling and don't have my computer is the key issue where an online store founder will make the difference between scaling their store and not. After helping almost a hundred online store founders, I don't think it's about knowing whether to do a BO or CBO campaign campaign or whether to increase or decrease the budget or to do an email marketing campaign with eight emails. After helping almost a hundred online store founders, in the end, all of that is very simple. My clients learn it relatively quickly. But where I've seen the biggest bottlenecks in online store founders are in the online store founder themselves, their mindset, their tenacity in the face of life's problems, how they deal with advers, and taking several examples of clients whom I won't name or people who have wanted to join my consultancy but haven't been able to due to certain fears, a situation that I'm going to fix. In this video we're going to bring up one of the topics that is rarely discussed. If I were to talk, you'll have dozens of videos on this channel about how to make decisions, how to do good email marketing, how to have an optimized website. But in the end, where I work the most with my clients is with, okay, my husband is sick and I don't even feel like getting out of bed. What the hell do I do? These are situations that I've had to encounter when working one on one with my clients. As you know, I don't have a team, I don't have consultants, I don't have any members of anything. I'm simply me with my knowledge as a consultant working with my clients one on one. In case you don't know me, my name is Power Scratch and I'm dedicated to helping founders of private label online stores scale their online stores and earn much more money without depending on an agency, without depending on freelancers. And I do it on a personalized basis. And when you start working not so much on their online store, something that my clients really value is that I also work on the person. Just like when I've hired mentors to scale my business, to learn how to make my ads, how to structure my company well. Well, one of my most important mentors in my life is Mario Palaz, who is where I invest the most time and resources which is in improving myself. As you can see, I'm in Budapest and I'm on several trips and this is something I could never have done because I'm like, at the foot of the Danube R and here there's a path where people are walking by. And literally here I have four guys who aren't Spanish. And this is something I could never have done in my life a year ago, which is to stand in front of a path where a lot of people are walking by. I'm talking in front of a camera. It's something that very few people have the balls to do. For the founders of online stores and people who are afraid of standing in front of a camera, you see, nothing happens. These people, even if I were naked right here, would forget about me in three seconds. Literally, it would be a comment with their friends next to them. Look at this guy. And that's it. But the personal development of having worked on myself, for example, that's where the guy gets involved and gives it his all. Having worked on myself allows me to get a job with the money that allows me to travel the world by helping founders of online stores. I'm not afraid to use it for my personal development. Putting yourself in front of a camera in the middle of Budapest is personal development. And I'm simply mentioning all this because I've always emphasized improving the business. Okay, how to make better ads, how to try to improve my clients, but above all, to improve myself. And that's what I try to influence my clients above all and also well, in my free content through these videos. Because I insist that my clients, depending on whether they are better with numbers or more creative, some have a harder time saying okay, how I go blank when thinking of angles for my ads and creatives. And also other clients who are less numerical, well, they have a harder time. I don't quite understand Ro es Bricken. And when I raise and lower my budget, but in the end, they get it. In the end, I insist. And I'm on top of them and reviewing their ads over and over again because I have people who didn't even know how to share the screen the day we met. And I have two, three. They are usually girls. Right now the ones that come to mind are girls. Then I have Italian people who don't speak Spanish very well. Well, they do. Well. The prosperous one does speak Spanish well, but the language may be more difficult for them and they end up learning it. The thing is that in the end they learn it. But where I've had to work one on one with a client, the most is dealing with your partner, who is your husband, finding something strange and having to Stop the store and not even wanting to get out of bed or a dispute with our friend Pero Sanchez through the tax agency, where you get scared all over your body. That's what happened to a potential client that I met with. And she wanted to work with me, but she didn't want to make the outlay that my support entails because she was afraid of what she was going to solve with the tax agency. So I sent her an audio that I would have done with a client because I like to help as if I were a client. And I told him that it was very good, that he was concerned about that issue, but that he should not worry about it, but rather take care of it. That. Okay. That he focuses on what he can control. Like, okay, I'm going to send this document, I'm going to talk to this person who has to invoice me, and I'm going to deal with it. But my mind is not on, oh, what if something bad could happen to me? I'm not going. Because I'm not going to focus on the worst that can happen to me. Because in the end, everything we fear the most attracts us, will attract us, and on what I'm waiting for. Because if someone grabs my phone, I mean, if they grab my phone, I don't get it. I'm too. I'm too relaxed. So where he really had to focus is on what's going to happen when it's solved, what's going to happen when they give me the verdict that nothing's wrong, that I've done everything right, and I'm going to focus on that online store. In other words, it's a mix between dealing with adversity by imagining yourself, visualizing yourself with everything already solved. Being able to focus on your online store, your ads, your creativity in the new collection, while you take care without getting emotional about what you can control. This guy I on his dead in vinegar. So I like. For example, I'm going through a time now. Even though I'm traveling in life, life is. Life is a. And even though I'm traveling now, everything seems very nice. Making the videos. And now I'm going through one of the worst moments at work, personally and physically. I've also earned it physically because I'm traveling and I'm not respecting my routine. But like. But if you follow me here in my free content or if you're my clients, I haven't missed a consultation. I haven't stopped answering my clients. I haven't stopped uploading my videos on YouTube, my ads continue talking to potential clients who want to work in my consulting. Why? Because my feelings about what's happening in my life, my problems don't matter. I mean, I've improved so much in myself that I'm willing to do whatever I have to do despite of how I feel. Because I know, and this is something I want to tell you as the founder of an online store, is that you may be having the best time of your life outside of your online store. You have just found love. You have reconnected with yourself. I have always focused on couples because in the end, it influences us a lot. You are in the best moment of health. Your family is fine, your parents are fine. Everything, everything, everything is temporary. In the worst moments of my life, I know that this is temporary. In the best moments of my life, I enjoy them to the fullest because it is temporary. So if you are going through a bad time, simply tell yourself that it is temporary. Just deal with what you have to deal with by focusing on only what you can control without getting emotionally attached and visualizing how everything is already okay. For example, I am now visualizing how I am perfectly fine. On a personal level, everything is settled. The trips are over. I am totally focused on my routine and my body will be totally clean again. So I focus on what I can control. And if you're having a bad time, don't worry, it will pass. Just like if you're watching this awesome video, it will pass too. So get ready. Get ready. Because in the end, personal development, is that being prepared for the worst that can happen to you. Why? Because when you scale your online store, I've seen founders who have had spectacular growth, and when everything is going well, life is really easy. You wake up with more energy, you record ads with more enthusiasm, you come to me for consulting, and everything is great. Of course, when that collection doesn't work, when those ads no longer work, that ad that was bringing you 10 seconds sales a day, great roas. Where is it? Where is it? It's gone. So that's when you have to prove to yourself that you really want what you said you wanted. That extraordinary life through your online store that you're probably selling your passion for. That's when you have to prove it, right? When the roas is really high, when sales aren't, they stop growing. Why? Because people fall. People fall. I mean, success isn't about getting it, it's about maintaining it. I mean, I've come across dozens of founders sharing mentorships and sharing mentors, and I've seen People who were going faster than me, who arrived using questionable practices. And I thought, if I'm doing things right, treating my clients well, I'm not getting that many results. Why is this son of a. Like this? But in the end, they fell. Why? Because they didn't bother to develop themselves personally, because they were thinking about business, business, business, business. And when the business is going well and growing like crazy. But when you have a setback in your health, relationships, money, I know the tax authorities. People fall. People fall. So I'm not telling you to start reading personal development books and not do anything with the business. What I simply recommend to my clients is that if they are going to work nine hours, eight hours, that they spend one hour, one hour a day. Imagine you work what I tell my clients. You work eight hours because of the children, whatever it may be, eight hours. Instead of spending eight hours in front of the computer, spend an hour before, after, at lunchtime, at the end of the day, developing yourself personally. Listen to videos like this one, which will surely give you a very high vibe, and you will feel very good through this video. Not only that, but also. Yeah, whether it's because of the background, this is Budapest, but also everything we're talking about that in the end, personal development is something that instinctively fills our souls for human beings who want to grow, since we're entrepreneurs like you and me, like going to the gym and feeling better about your body, and then feeling better through the camera with your clients, with your suppliers, everything. Listen to podcasts. I highly recommend my mentor, Mario Pelaes. He's completely changed my life. Understanding how to work on the spiritual side of the universal laws. For example, a case that speaks volumes about these topics is Ilya Tokoria, who today is on everyone's lips because he's a star. And then when he goes on podcasts like W Project and talks to Ib, to Gref, he says, when you want something and you say it with conviction, and you make an effort and behave like the person you want to become, given enough time, eventually you'll become that person and you'll have the result that you want. Your dream materialized here. I've always dreamed of working while traveling the world. I'm going to open a can of worms. Ah, it's a bit. I don't know if it's me, but it's a bit overrated. I mean, I'm very routine oriented. But it's a dream that many entrepreneurs, many people have of traveling the world. I just need a computer, a phone to work for me. Making this video at the foot of the Danube river is working for myself. And I've dreamed of this my whole life. Having an extraordinary life by contributing value to the world, having influence through my videos on YouTube, having a personal brand. This is something that the POW of 2020, 2021, 2022, when I was starting out as an entrepreneur, dreamed and dreamed about. And it wasn't until I understood the universal laws that I had to say it, but not to say it to your colleagues, like, hey, I'm going to set up. No, no, no. Tell yourself, believe it, write it down. And thus train your subconscious mind until your body feels the impulse. Your consciousness leads you to do what you have to do to record that. Creative. You are the founder of an online store. The MIM store is going well for you. But you know that if you were in front of a camera, you would sell double or triple the amount of the videos you are watching on my channel. You know that? I don't know. Do you have to go to the gym? Because if you felt good about your body, you would be with your partner, whether it is a woman or a man. I don't know if you are a woman or a man or if you like women or men. You would feel much better. Then I would go to work more comfortably. Because in the end, if we are comfortable at home, we are comfortable outside. Also, if you have a better body and you go to the gym, when you stand in front of a camera, you feel much more confident. These are things that in the end, when we believe in the person we want to become, the person we are today feels motivated to do so. So in short, what I want you to say, what I want you to do as the founder of an online store is okay. Watch my videos on how to make ads, how to do good email marketing, make money with them. But prepare yourself both to get out of the situation you're in and for when you face much higher level adversities. Because I also want to warn you about that when you're at zero, you have zero level problems. And when you want to level up, you're going to encounter problems at that level. And the problem isn't going to be bigger or smaller. It's simply the perception you have through that problem. For example, when we were little, it was a problem if our shoelaces came untied. I mean, when our shoelaces came untied, it was damn, you had to go to your mother to have them tied for you. Or when we faced that problem, we definitely had to Bend over, and according to what we had been taught about the tree, the rabbit turns around the tree and then goes inside the burrow. I don't remember how. Damn it it was. Well, we did it. It was hard, but we did it. And now I've just turned 25. My shoelaces come untied. I bend down without looking, stop, stop, get up and keep going. Because the problem or adversity is the same, which is that my shoelaces come untied. Problems aren't problems, they're just situations. So if you're below that problem, adversity, whatever you want to call it, it's going to seem like a pain in the ass, a super, a shitty situation. It's going to cause you anxiety, discomfort. But the point is not to want smaller problems. If, when you level up, you're going to find much bigger problems, that is to say, Elon Musk. Who knows what problems Elon Musk has if not that he is fighting with Donald Trump, who is a guy who has a missile that can blow your head off your house and your family. That is an Elon Max level problem. But Elon Max sleeps perfectly because he has become a person far above level 100 problems. Then Elon Musk comes with a level 5 problem, which may keep you and me awake and Mike laughs in our faces. So it is not about wanting worse problems. If I want bigger problems, it is because I know that they are going to make me improve. And I know that if I have bigger problems, it is because I am growing in level. The one who does not have problems is just sitting on the couch in his house doing nothing. That one has no problems. Do you want that? Not me. Not me. I want to have problems like, I don't know, being in Budapest and worrying while I'm making the video about whether some smart guy comes and steals my phone because I'm three meters away. That didn't happen in my house when I didn't earn money or I didn't have a personal brand. I didn't have problems with the tax authorities not letting me, ah, I don't know, set up a company because everything depends on me and I have to fight with the tax authorities. Those are problems that I didn't have when I was at home scratching my balls and going out partying. I didn't have. But I want those problems because it means that I'm leveling up. And when I want a level, I mean, it's not like, okay, I ask for a new level, and when I'm at that level, I'm going to get problems of that level. It's not, I want a new level. I'm going to face those problems of that level and I'll get the results. Like traveling the monthly money that comes to your pocket. As the founder of an online store, what do you want in the results? First, you need to solve problems and overcome them at the level you want, and then you need to get the material results at that level. So to summarize, since I don't want to make the video too long, you need to be very clear that you need to improve your ads, improve your website, and improve your email marketing. But you're going to run into problems both now and in the future, bigger and smaller. I'm simply telling you to prepare yourself to invest 10% of your day in improving yourself, in losing your fears of being in front of a camera, in knowing how to deal with problems, in feeling better about yourself physically so that everything works more smoothly, more efficiently, and everything runs much better. I'm simply telling you that. And that you should listen to people like me, like Mario Palaz, who talk about all this, because it really is very easy to scale an online store. The problem is when the ads don't work for you, when after three months of tripling your sales each month, then you have a slump. So you can be prepared for all that. So if you're sure you want to work with me in the first link in the description, you have free documents on how to scale your online store, how to improve your conversion rate, and how to measure if your conversion is correct. According to Aberture de Value, you have the entire first link in the description. And if you're sure you want to work with me, you have a link to schedule a meeting so we can get to know each other, so you can show me your store from the inside and I can see if I can help you earn a lot more money. So I'll see you in the next videos from here, from Budapest. And that's it. A big kiss.
