Las tiendas online de mis clientes generan el 40% de sus ventas con email marketing, así es como

This YouTube tutorial by Pau Escrig Felis teaches a three-part system to drive large shares of online-store revenue from email marketing: (1) high-converting pop-ups to capture emails (simple offer: 10% off), (2) automated flows across funnel stages (welcome, product-view, cart & checkout abandonment, etc.) to recover and nurture sales, and (3) recurring campaigns (value-first weekly emails plus profit-focused monthly launches). The presenter shows dashboard examples and cites client results (e.g., 50%, 35%, 33% of revenue from email) and conversion-rate targets for pop-ups and flows. Resources and templates are available via a drive link in the video description.

In today's video, I'm going to show you a very clear and simple way to generate between 30% and 50% of your sales through email marketing. To do this, I'm going to give you three very clear steps. Pop up flows, campaigns. And I'm going to show you the ins and outs of the email marketing platform of different clients of mine. How we create pop ups flows and the results they give us and how we create campaigns both value based and sales based so that all our emails sell and the sales emails sell much more. In case you don't know me, my name is Power Crete and I help founders of private label online stores earn much more money with their store without depending on an agency, without depending on freelancers, without anyone external other than the store and you. And to make this video, I'm going to use this document that you can find and download along with all the documents in this drive folder in the first link in the description Description. So without further ado, let's get into it. First, to make money with email marketing with your online store, what do we need? People. We need people. And what we need to capture those people is the pop up. What is a pop up? It's the typical little window that appears when we enter an online store and says hey, do you want a 10% discount? Leave your email here, quote. But people do it very badly. Extremely badly. In fact. If you look at the conversion rates of your popup, it's usually around 2, 3 and in my consulting firm it's around 6, 7, 8% conversion. And now I'm going to show you how we do it. We make it really simple here in this document that you can download below. I've left you a link to a specific video of mine where I tell you exactly all the technical specifications and basically give you a step by step guide on how to build it. But I'm going to give you a very quick summary here. It has to be simple, damn it. It has to be a clear offer. We're just going to ask for the email and the X, which doesn't mean sex, but something I'm going to show you very quickly. What does our popup look like? Simple as hell. 10% off your first purchase. We don't tell stories. It's to receive email marketing promotions offers in the future. Nobody cares. It works much worse. We just ask for the email and ask for I want my discount. And instead of what it said here about the X, the X disappears. Why? Because of everything that overwhelms us in our day. To day lives that things pop up our finger quickly and without thinking goes to that X. And what we do is hide it so that the only way to close it is to say I don't want the discount, thanks. Quote, in other words, you're an idiot. I mean it's basically that you're asking your client, your future client, if they're an idiot. I don't want the discount, thanks. I'm an idiot, thanks. And then we have those open rates and I can show you more clients. I'm going to change accounts here. I had 6.8%. This client has a BCC. No, this one is 12.6, which is this one. New pop up discount. 10 new pop up from this guy who works with me. Uh, triple intent, Uh, I don't know, really good. 6.4. I could show you all the clients who wanted after dinner. Whatever, whatever, whatever. 7.2. If you see those open rates in your popup, they're not going to be like that. But if you do it like I do, they'll be like that. Or if you work with me, basically. So once we're capturing those people through traffic, through organic, through ads, they enter our website and through this popup they fall into our email marketing list. So what's the next leg? The spiderweb that I call them, which are the flows. The flows, what are they? These are automated emails that are sent when someone takes a certain action. For example, when someone has left their email and something is left in their cart, bam. They receive our abandoned cart flow, that is a series of automated emails. Email one day, email one day, email one day to remind them that they have their cart. Or when someone leaves their email in our popup, they will receive a series of emails separated by days, by time that will introduce them to our product, our store, etc. Etc. Etc. In other words, the welcome flow. You will also have a document with the flows here where I explain them all, give examples, etc, etc etc. You can download it in the first link in the description along with the entire folder with all the resources needed to scale your store. But I will directly teach you the basics of flows, which is that you have to have more than emails email flows in all parts of the funnel. Why? To recover that sale. If someone enters your website and leaves us their email, it's impossible that sooner or later they won't and I'll tell you why. And then killer mode, which I'll show you why now. Because people are very pushy and I'm not a pushy because what I Want is for my clients, the founders of online stores, to make money. So we do it this way. For example, Triple Intention, which is a spiritual product store. What do we do? As you can see, 50% of its email marketing is invoiced through email marketing attributed by Clavillo. And of that 50%, 60% are from flows. These are automated flows. And as you can see, we have all these flows and in the last 30 days we have all of these. We have the welcome flow, which we call here pre checkout started, the one that says, well, this is an email from a guide. Here we have abandoned browser, which is whoever leaves the product page, whoever leaves the site, I.e. whoever reaches the homepage does not even reach the product page. That is all that generates for us the flows. I can show you other clients. For example, I don't know Tarman, which is a women's sportswear store. If we look at the flows. More of the same. More of the same. If we put it here for 30 days and filter it by revenue. Hey, we have the Play store, which is when someone buys from us looking for that repurchase. The welcome, the cart abandonment, the. Well, if you notice here, the name has not changed, but it is the checkout abandonment, the cart abandonment, the product view abandonment, the abandonment of the active font abandonment, which is when someone only reaches the homepage. And as you can see, all the flows convert us. And this is because they are automated emails that when someone leaves our email and takes a certain action, we are going to impact them. For example, here at Tarman, I take my client here, I don't know if the pop up will pop up because I'm already in. You see, it's a really simple pop up email, really simple. Then she puts her background in it, which wouldn't be necessary, but oh well. And here, when someone leaves the email here, boom. And I said, wow, Tarman, how cool. But they don't even go to the product page. They get this email which obviously converts the least. Why? Because it's the one that's furthest from the purchase. It's the one that's furthest from the purchase. Today I'm going to look at the product page. I like it. I think it would look good on me. I'm a girl who wants my butt to look good while I'm working out. Well, good, I like it. I'm going, I'm going. My mother called me and such. Well, this flow reaches them, the product view flow. It doesn't get away. Then there's a question that Many founders of Tendas Online have damn. How but if someone reaches my homepage, goes to the product page, adds their cart and then reaches the checkout but doesn't buy, they're going to receive four flows. Right? If you look at our, for example, this one, if you look at our flows, there are filters that we put in place so that if someone reaches the next phase of the funnel, that is if they're on the homepage and reach the product page, they're not going to be sent the flows from the previous phases, obviously. So, but, and I'll give you a little spoiler about the killers that we are. So that's the way that when someone enters our online store and one, they're almost certainly going to leave their email because our pop up converts and two, since we have purchase recovery flows in all phases of the funnel, your client is going to be impacted by your store at all times. And why do we do that? Because today it is very complicated for someone to buy from you just because they know you. In fact, as a consumer, think about the last time you heard about a brand and as soon as you heard about it, when an ad came up, you bought something, you won't even remember it or you've never done it. Why? Because consumer awareness has increased and we need to make slower decisions. Thinking, thinking about it, comparing, looking for reviews. So this is basic sales psychology. What people need is impact, that is they are not going to buy from you the first time. And you can make those impacts through ads at a high price. That is where the founders of online stores lose money or for free through these flows that are also automated. I mean you do it once and they sell to you for life. I mean when my clients come to me, I tell them look, this is a drag, but it's going to make you a lot of money. And I tell you two truths. They kill themselves doing this because in addition to being a lot of flows, they are a lot of emails. But then they never have to do it again. It makes them continuous money and on top of that the ads are much more profitable. And after knowing that we have to have flows in all the phases of the funnel, let's see these flows. Very well. This is another client called Carita Sobermesa who invoices 33% through email marketing. And the same thing, the flows convert her enormously. If we put the last 30 days and filter it by revenue, that is by the sales they have brought in, the same thing, the same thing, we have the flow. This is what I do with my clients when they come to work with me, they make me the administrator of Cladio and I copy and paste the winning flows. So all they have to do is change the emails. That's why they all have the same name. What happens here we have the welcome flow, abandoned cart flow, checkout site, view product. You see it's always, always the same. Let's show you for example the welcome series. That is when someone enters our website and leaves us their email in the pop up in exchange for that 10% discount. So look what converts this first email. Then we send them a reminder and recover some sales. It's the same email but we send another one to the people who haven't opened it. From here on, the more impacts the better. This is when someone is getting to know you. And here we are going to educate them about our brand, who the founder is, which in this case is Tiana, who the brand is, why she created it, history, best sellers, featured products, now, whatever. So as you can see there are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8 emails. You'll probably have 1, 2 welcome emails. Take the discount. Very bad, very bad, very bad, very bad. Now we'll talk about the mindset with the email of not wanting to be annoying because it's good. Lets talk about it now. Many founders and I know this because they've been my clients or have been. I mean I thought about this before working with me that a phrase that many say to me is how am I going to send so many emails if later I look in my inbox and people are very annoying or I only get spam? Uh, how do I know you? Uh, founder, what do you think? It's because I know you very well. The thing is that you have that thought because you receive emails that don't interest you. You signed up one day because you wanted to buy a computer and now you're getting emails from mediamark. You don't give a damn. You're not going to buy a computer in 80 years. Well in three or four years. So you don't give a damn. But, but if we not only sell but also provide value through our emails. Imagine you have a jewelry store and you say that, uh, you don't tell your story, you tell uh, which are the best jewels on the market. And apart from that we will see this in campaigns that we will send weekly emails where we will not only sell but also provide value. In jewelry store. What are the best pieces of jewelry from Fashion Week. Holy crap. How can you tell the difference between a good Gold, jewel and a bad one. Oh, I don't know. In a shoe store, what are the trending shoes of the summer? I make it up, I make it up. But since people will get used to not receiving sales about you even though they all sell right in all emails now we will see how we are going to do it. Since we provide value, people receive us much better. And that is how you sell three times as much. Selling half as much. You sell three times as much. But let's go back to the flows. If you notice, we send so many emails because it is time to educate. And as you can see, we sell the way we do right down to the last email we sell, especially at the beginning and at the end. But this end, this sale at the end is due to all the impacts it has had here in the middle. Then we could go into the customer silos later, but that might be for another video. So and all the flows, I mean it's not because this is the beginning, all the flows are equally deadly. Not so much 8 emails because there's not that much to count. But as you can see there are four emails here at checkout. It's the same abandonment of Product View instead of four. Well, there are three. There are many impacts when someone tries, I mean when someone enters our spider web ecosystem, which I call it of email marketing and then we have the flows, we have those people through the pop up, what else do we have to do? Campaigns. And these are those weekly campaigns, manually written emails that we send. Well, one or two a week and we are going to maintain a value to sale ratio of one. Why? For everything. I've told you about getting our clients used to the fact that we don't just sell, but in the end they all sell. I mean here I can give you another example. Like I don't know, we go back to triple intent where apart from all the flows selling like crazy, then we're going to look at the campaigns which are these monthly campaigns and if we put the last 90 days, we're only going to look at the titles. But we have, for example now he's doing a campaign which is what I'm going to tell you about now, which are campaigns to make a profit. That is to say what we do is provide value throughout the month because we know that once a month for all the free content. I've told you about how to scale in E commerce which is by getting customers profitably and making a profit from them once a month. When we make a profit once a month, we're going to blow them away with sales. And therefore during the previous days, that is everything that is not sales. Those three or five days of sales. We are going to provide them with value, connect with the audience, create reciprocity. So we are simply going to guide ourselves by the titles. Here they are talking about candles, your corner. And as you can see in the emails, it is simply, well, maybe that's what they are saying here. You see, it is, well, I don't know. But here they are not selling, but tools for your corner. That's how it is done. You provide value, a place where you can breathe light up little, I don't know what. And here, if you want, take care of your corner. Thanks for being there. View campaign. You see, these days we've been a little quieter. Not because we weren't there, but because I don't know what such and such and always visit the store. This is what I was saying that all emails sell, even if you're providing value, all emails have a CTA to the online store. And then we've talked about the mindset of not being annoying with emails. And then here in this document, I'm going to leave you a direct link to a video on how to create campaigns to make a profit, how to make a good offer, how to do it all. And you can download this document in the first link in the description along with the entire drive folder with all the resources. So what happens? And here I'm going to show you triple intent campaigns which when we do campaigns, for example, an email campaign which you see here, 2 times, 3 times, 4 times. This is when they're doing a monthly campaign that's the brand's anniversary. So look at the amount of sales they accumulate when it's the launch. Well, 19 sales. And we accumulate all the sales, but because of so much value that we send, in the end, they buy from us in all of them. We can also see this in Tamon, the online sportswear store. If we look at the last 90 days, for example, Tarman is just starting with me and still doesn't send that many valuable emails. That many valuable emails. But as you can see, we prepare the campaigns to take advantage of the fact that in two emails, an invoice of 1000, an invoice of 1500. But also because it provides value through other social networks, especially Instagram. Um, I don't know. She wanted to have a drink. Let's see. Oh h. Have a drink. See, it's value, value, value. Let's see. I'm going to put the last 90 days. See, she's providing value. She was tired. Well again, a stock is for selling what a week, huh? Hotel order. Why don't I put perfume? Those are valuable emails. Although she sells in every email. And then when she does those monthly profit making campaigns, she gives away gifts, gives away gifts, gives away gifts, accumulates all these sales, boom. Those are all benefits for Tatiana. So here you have a very complete video, very complete on how to sell 50% with email marketing. Here I'm going to show you my clients stores, what they invoice. Tarman, a sportswear store, 35%. I wanted a tabletop. A decoration store. As you can see, it's in all sectors. A textile decoration store, 33%. Triple intention spiritual products, 50%. All this is what you have to do. So remember that you can download the drive folder with this document and all the others in the first link in the description. And also if you want to work with me, if you want to have the same results as these clients and for me to tell you exactly what you have to do, schedule a meeting with me so I can see your store from the inside. Tell you exactly the problems you have in your online store because you're not selling more or what you would like. And there we meet. Okay? So apply all this free content to earn money and then I can make you earn much, much more money. See you in the next videos. Take advantage of it.
