The BEST JUNGLERS to CLIMB in SEASON 16 - TIERLIST + NEW SEASON Jungle Changes

In this video Perry Norman walks viewers through the major jungle-related changes introduced in League of Legends Season 16 and explains how they reshape the jungle meta. He details the reduction of the pet counter from 40 to 35 stacks, earlier camp spawn (55 s), increased Smite damage, a 4‑8 % jungle‑only movement speed buff, and the reworked Homeguard mechanic that now grants safe travel from base to the outermost turret. Monster damage amplification drops from 25 % to 10 % while jungle monsters gain 50 % more tankiness, making clears slower but safer. First Blood and first turret gold increase from 300 to 400. Perry then presents a comprehensive tier list (S, A, B, C, D) for all jungle champions, highlighting item builds, power spikes, and playstyle tips for each tier. He emphasizes that despite the changes the meta remains a full‑clear farming focus, and he offers practical advice for new players seeking LP, stressing that the tier list is a guideline, not a prescription. The video ends with a call to subscribe, like, and comment.

Hey guys, it's Perry here. Welcome to my Season 16 tier list and a little summary of the big changes you need to know if you're jungling on the new season. There's a few big changes. We're gonna jump right into those changes, what the meta kind of looks like, and the champions you want to play to get some LP. I'm gonna be honest, guys, not much has changed, but there are important things for you guys to know. Let's jump right into it. To start off, guys, the biggest change that you need to be really, really, really aware of is is the pet counter needed to fully finish. You have gone from 40 stacks all the way to 35 stacks, so now you have to clear 5 less camps. This makes your pet— in the time you complete this is really, really, really early on, okay? So before you'd finish your quest, your pet at around 14 to 16 minutes, okay? And the game started at 1 minute and 30 seconds for you to farm camps. Now farming camps starts at 55 seconds. Okay, so what does that mean for the quest timer, especially now that you have 5 less camps? It means you're expected to finish your, your pets at anywhere from 11 minutes to 13 minutes. Okay, so you're going to be getting your pet completed a whole lot earlier. Okay, so that's something that you really need to be aware of, that the game is a lot faster for junglers and it's actually a good thing. Okay, to add to this, your Smite deals a bit more damage when you rank it up. You have to get used to that. 1400 damage Smite is gonna help you big time, whether you're double camping or whether you're last hitting any sort of epic monster. Okay, the last thing is you gain some move speed. 4% move speed increase to 8% while just in the jungle once you complete your pet. Now, This is really important to understand. A lot of this move speed is going to help you get around the map quicker and make more plays all around the map. And you get this move speed if you're in the jungle no matter what, the 4%, even if you're in combat. Really nice buff overall to jungle. And then the only downside here is Gustwalker got kind of nerfed here. You get the bonus move speed for a little less. But anyway, the big pet completions are gonna give jungle a little bit of a power spike. Overall. Now the question here, guys, is what does the meta look like? Are we ganking a bunch now, or are we farming a bunch? Like, what's the meta look like? Because top lane's so broken, ADC's so broken, which is not necessarily wrong. They are pretty powerful, uh, roles. But the reality of jungle, guys, is we are still in a full clear farming meta. So the meta is still farming, okay? So we The farming meta is key. You need to understand that although the game has slightly changed, we are still farming. Not much will drastically change this. Okay, we're still focused on farming. Now, there is one thing to note. First Turret and First Blood give you a little bit more gold. So instead of getting first, First Blood and not getting extra gold, you're going to go from 300 to 400 gold now. So extra 100 gold. And Beats is completely gone on that subject. Okay. Now one of the next biggest things that changed, guys, you have to abuse this, is the Homeguards buff. This means Homeguards is no longer a duration that lasts out of base. Homeguards is pretty much now when you come out of base all the way from recalling to the end point when you enter combat or enter the jungle. And the way Homeguards works is it takes you to the outermost living turret in lane, slash where the outermost minion wave is. This means that if you recall frequently, you spend your gold, you can still make it to big team fights because you have the Homeguards. This also means to get to your Gromp, to get to your Krugs, to get to your camps, instead of walking through the jungle, you're gonna wanna walk through lane. Alright guys, this is a really important jungle change I have to highlight, can't forget this. Monster damage amplify used to be 25%. It's now at 10%. So you're dealing 15% less damage to camps. If you feel slow, this is why. But in return, Riot gave us a lot more tankiness to the large monsters that you're clearing in your, in your jungle. So junglers take 50% damage from non-epic monsters, meaning when you're clearing your regular camps, you're going to take way, way, way less damage. And that's what Riot gave us in return for making our clear a lot slower. All right, now you guys have the most important takeaways of the new meta shifts and what's going on with the jungle. Jungle's still in a great position overall. Don't feel like jungle's weak. Jungle's still great. Now let's jump into the in-depth tier list for the new Season 16. I'm going to talk a lot about these champions here, guys. We're going to go one by one, and we're going to start off with the S tier. Right now we're going to Slam Diana right at the top. Okay, let's talk about Diana for a second here. Diana has this new item that's very important to understand. It's very broken on her. This new item, Diana's new most broken item, is called Dusk and Dawn. And what Dusk and Dawn does is it gives you 70 AP, 300 health, 20 haste, 25% attack speed, and it gives you the Spellblade little bonus. After using an ability, your next attack deals bonus damage, and then it also makes your on-hit and, um, on-hit effects apply an additional time. So if I Q you and then auto you twice, that's gonna proc my passive. If I Q you, auto, E, um, auto again, it's gonna proc my passive. So this makes your passive proc quicker. Now this helps Ekko as well. You can proc your passive in literally just 2 hits. So it's really important to understand that Diana is really powerful from this item. After you buy your Dusk and Dawn item, you're looking to buy a more tanky, tanky item. Liandry's is one of the most broken items on this champion. And then after Liandry's, you can go for like a Riftmaker, and then you can still go Alternator if you want, or you can go Zhonya's and Rabadon's. Diana's in a really good state to be kind of bruiser-ish. We don't really need to be playing full AP Diana anymore. But if you want to deal a lot of damage on Diana, still buy this item first. And then after we buy this item, Dusk and Dawn, we're going to go for a Riftmaker and then like a Rabadon's, then a Shadowflame. So you still want like 2 HP items and then you want to go for the damage afterwards, if you go damage. Now important to understand on Diana, guys, if you go Riftmaker, you must take Red Pet because Red Pet keeps you in combat. And if you know how Riftmaker works, Riftmaker gives you the bonus if you're in combat for an extended period of time. So take Red Pet, it works very well with Riftmaker. All right, now the next S-tier champion we're going to be talking about here is going to be Briar. This champion deserves an S++ tier, to be honest. She is the rank 1 low elo noob stomper extremely broken, extremely busted. If you want to print LP, Briar is the LP printer. I think any new player can touch Briar, pick Briar up, and learn the details, the depths of this champion. As for why the champion is so strong, she is probably one of the best stat-checking champions in the game, if not the best. Um, and Briar just realistically has not much that she can get stopped by. If you want a detailed video to watch that so you can learn Briar, go watch the collab I did with Logan Jungle. That way you can understand that there are over 50 intricacies behind this Briar champion. Briar seems very straightforward, very obvious, very simple. Oh, just go in, hit W, you win the fight. That's not true whatsoever. There are so many things that you need to learn on Briar. But yes, guys, Briar is the LP printer. If you want a broken champion to play right now, pick Briar up. You'll gain LP. Now, the next S-tier champion here that has to be noted is going to be Gwen. Now, why would Gwen be sent all the way up to the S-tier? So there's one reason why she's extremely broken right now. It's simply because she clears camps pretty fast after your— after her first recall. And the weakness behind Gwen was getting invaded and being very low from your camps. But because they made jungle camps deal less damage to you, now you don't actually need to worry about getting invaded as hard. You're going to be more comfortable taking your camps, getting a solid early game. And when Gwen has a solid early game, you're going to dominate and actually 1v9 games. Don't go the new build— or don't go the new item on Gwen. Still go your Nashor's Tooth into the regular Gwen build. But Gwen is in an insane position right now because invading is not as prevalent, it's not as strong. Alright guys, the next champion I always, always, always mention this champion, OP champion, I love this champion so much, is going to be Amumu. Amumu is one of the most broken noob stomp champions in the game simply because of how good his team fighting is. If you're newer to the game, I always, always, always recommend this champ. If not, you should play Briar. But the reason why Amumu is so strong is just because of how powerful his teamfighting is. And League of Legends at its core is a teamfighting game. To add on, Amumu's mechanics are very, very simple, very straightforward. The catch here, guys, is if you want to win on Amumu, you need to make sure that you're only fighting when you have your ultimate up. A lot of people fall into the trap of fighting when their ultimate is not up, and therefore they lose way, way, way more games. And they end up looking really bad and they end up blaming the champion. Don't fight without your ultimate and make sure you're using your ultimate very, very, very well. Alright guys, the next champion we have here is going to be Dr. Freaking Mundo. Dr. Mundo is a really interesting one. Um, Dr. Mundo just has one of the most insane clear speeds ever and nothing really changes that. And I think Mundo's damage is also still a little overtuned. This champion is just great for your lower elo player who wants to clear quickly, still fight, still have damage, still have pressure, but also just want to play a tank overall as well. Um, and ultimately, guys, Mundo just feels good in this meta. Uh, while, while you deal less damage to camps, Mundo still does an insane amount of damage to camps. All right, guys, let's move along to A tier here. So in A tier here, we have to highlight a few champions being some of the stronger champions on the Rift. We're going to start off with Jax. Jax is one of those champions that honestly could deserve S tier, but because of how many, uh, counters and how hard he can be at times, I'm gonna leave him in the A tier list right here. Uh, you still go the normal build with Triforce and whatnot. You can experiment with different builds, but honestly, just go Triforce, you're happy. Uh, Jax is a just a really, really, really solid 1v9 fighter champion overall, but he can be a little bit difficult at times. So make sure you're a little bit careful with how you're playing Jax. All right, the next champion we have here is going to be Fiddlesticks. Now Fiddlesticks might be a little interesting. Oh, but Phylites exist, isn't it going to be hard for us to actually play the game? Guys, when you play in the new season, you'll realize yes, the Phylites are strong. Yes, the Phylites give more vision, but honestly it doesn't do so much to where it makes your champion unplayable. If you know how Fog of War works and you know how to teamfight, Fiddlesticks is a really, really, really strong champion. And the thing is, when you're in lower elos, if you master the craft of Fiddlesticks with your ultimate, you will stomp games because people don't know how to get vision in low elo. I think Fiddlesticks is one of those champions that has a lot of potential. I plan to make a collab Fiddlesticks video very soon, so look forward to that. Alright, the next A tier champion is going to be Kha'Zix. Now Kha'Zix got an indirect buff because of some item changes. The item change is going to be Umbral Glaive. Now what happened to Umbral Glaive is Umbral got a little bit more stats and costs a little bit more gold, but the big thing here is going to be Night Stalker. So after being unseen by enemies for 1 second, your next attack against the champion deals an additional 50% 150% lethality true damage. Now what this means is every time Kha'Zix uses his ultimate, he's going to deal extra damage on top of his passive. So he's really gonna start hurting pretty badly, plus the lethality ratio as well. You're going to start dealing a lot of extra damage. Kha'Zix is in a pretty good state because of that. Alright, the next champion we have here is going to be Nunu. Now Nunu, I've been a hater for a while, but he actually deserves a lot of recognition. And after learning from the rank 1 Nunu player himself, Pentalous, I came to understand why the champion is so broken. He doesn't have a very fundamental style of playing the jungle where you're full clearing all the time, but he does teach you a lot of things about how to play with laners and how to actually snowball the game. Get it? Snowball. But you literally have to be so observant of your teammates. You have to be so aware of what your teammates are doing. And ultimately, if you're able to do that, you're going to win a lot of your games because this champion can gank well and can also tank a lot and deal a lot of damage. Watch that video if you want some help on Nunu. Next champion we have here is going to be Jarvan. Now Jarvan is kind of like my baby, my prized possession. I love this champion so much, and a lot of people are actually playing the champion wrong. Maybe you saw some pro play, maybe you saw some Jarvan there, maybe you, you're looking at the regular builds of what Jarvan buys. If you're buying Sundered Sky first item or Eclipse first item even, you're missing out on a broken item right now, which is Profane Hydra first item. It's absolutely broken on Jarvan. I highly recommend you go Profane first. You can go Axiom Arc second, or you can go a different lethality item, and then you go ahead and you start buying, um, some tanky items, or you can buy more damage. Jarvan is really strong right now if you actually buy damage items. You kind of play the champion like an assassin in a way. At the same time, his clear speed is really, really, really fast. Make sure you're buying the right items on Jarvan. Next champ we have here is Nocturne. He's always going to be rated decently high. He has gotten nerfed a few times now. Your Q gives you a whole lot less AD, but he's still really, really, really strong. Okay, and Nocturne will always be in the A or S tier because he's good at teaching you good core fundamentals in League, but he's also just good with his ultimate and getting things going. One thing I'll say, my biggest tip for you guys on Nocturne is you need to start fights. You cannot be on the receiving end. You need to start good fights. And what that means is you need to learn the skill of how to numbers track and understand where people are all around the map. If you know that you have a numbers advantage and you start a fight, you will win more games. The next champ we have here is going to be Zyra. Now Zyra is an interesting one because now that the game starts a little faster, Isn't it kind of weird that we actually put Zyra up here? I think there's one key reason why she deserves to be up here, and it's simply the matter of fact that everyone clears so much slower now. And if you clear fast enough, you can get an insane map advantage. You can start invading the enemies and you can start hyper farming all around the map. You can do dragons really easily. You can do everything extremely easily when you have a fast clearing champion. Okay, so you use Zyra and you play in a way where you're just farming really fast and you're outtempoing the enemies because you're still doing an insane amount of damage to the camps. And then you can beat the enemy to their camp, race them, fight them there, poke them out, get their next camp, get their next camp, get their next camp. So you, you play Zyra in a way where you get small camp advantages and then you slowly, as the game progresses, outpace them, and that's why Zyra deserves to be up here. Now, the thing about Zyra is you need to understand that Zyra is a very slow poke-style champion. If you like to fight fast and go in and engage and make it happen, don't play Zyra. Zyra's not for you. She's very slow-paced. On the same subject of Zyra, we have a champion like Karthus. Karthus works in the same way like Zyra, which he clears extremely fast And because he clears extremely fast, he's able to invade you before you're even done with all of your camps. Now the thing about a ranged champion invading you is a ranged champion can fuck with you, poke you out, and take your camp afterwards. If you're playing a fast clearing champion, let's say Zed for example, you kind of have to go all in if you're invading. You kind of have to like make it happen. So I wouldn't say that that there are better champions than Zyra and Karthus who full clear and can invade you. Um, so yeah. Alright, our next champion is going to be my best friend, Volibear. I absolutely love this champion no matter what, but they nerfed him over and over and over again, so he definitely feels a lot weaker. Now here's the thing about Volibear: his AP build and AD build still work, but there are more cases where you go the AD build than the AP build. Now the question is, when do I go which? I'm going to quickly explain it. You go the AP build if they have multiple melee champions that you can keep on hitting. So ideally you want 2 or 3 or more, and you go this, this AP build with Cosmic into Tank into Navori so you can keep getting your E's, your W's, your Q's. Now you go the AD build with Press the Attack if the enemies are ranged and squishy. Okay, so if they're ranged squishy champions, you go Black Cleaver, and you absolutely one-shot people. You shred them immediately, and you proc your, um, you proc your PTA really quickly as well. So Lethal Tempo with the AP build, PTA with the AD build. All right, the next champion we have here is going to be Zac. Now Zac is just a broken, broken, broken teamfight champion. If you guys are bored of Amumu and want an Amumu replacement, honestly, now that I think about it, Zac is the best Amumu replacement. Now this champion can 1v9 fights, can win fights, and can also just 1v9 the game in general. Um, Zac is very powerful because of his teamfight capabilities. Now the next champion we're going to highlight here is kind of interesting. It's not really the same type of champion, it's full clearing, it's Rek'Sai. Now Rek'Sai is an interesting champ that deserves to be here not because, um, it kind of follows the meta But because Rek'Sai's stats are inherently very, very, very, very high right now. So similar to why Briar is up here, Rek'Sai deserves to be up here because of how well she's able to fight. She's really, really, really powerful, uh, because of her fighting strength, and that's why we put her here. All right, now the next champion we have here is going to be Elise, and I don't normally put Elise up here this high, but what I have to emphasize, guys, is AP junglers and farming junglers in general thrive in this meta. Now you would think normally that Elise is a fighting jungler, but in reality I actually can, and it's possible to play Elise like a farming jungler. So you have options. Now Elise just does a lot of damage right now. She's really, really powerful if you can pick people off, and ultimately she's really good at snowballing the game. With the new Homeguards, you're able to make a lot of plays happen, and that's why I put Elise up here. Now the next champion we have is going to be Ekko. And again, Ekko is not one of the champions you normally see this high in the tier list, but I'm putting him up here because the AP champions just clear that much quicker in general. Spells deal a lot more damage than your normal AD physical damage to camps. So because of this, these champs deserve to be up here. And the big thing about Ekko is with the new item. And if you watch the Ekko gameplay video I did on my third channel here, you'll see that the new item on this champion is actually insane. And I highly recommend you, you try Ekko at least once if you haven't before. It's way easier to proc your passive now because of the new item. Alright guys, the next category we have here is the B tier. Now in the B tier, I'm gonna plop down right off the bat Mr. Udyr. Udyr is a farming jungler and it works well in the current meta right now, uh, with how kind of quick the game sort of is. This champion is always going to be decent as long as you understand how to use your awakening spells properly. Our next champion we have is going to be Mr. Talon. Now, Talon is a champion that's just good in general. Um, he's a little hard to play, but if you're able to play him decently, he's very powerful, especially with how broken the assassin items currently are. Assassin items are just pretty strong, and assassins are always very frustrating to play against. Next we have is Lillia. Now, Lillia is one of those champions that can almost be an A-tier champion but honestly can't really be A tier because you can't blind this champion and you can't really comfortably pick it early on. A lot of the S tier and A tier champions, I'm happy to pick early, as early as first pick for that matter. Like, I'll just pick it and I can play into anything. Lillia gets shit on by a good amount of champions. If they outrange her, she kind of sad. If they have, like, especially if they outrange her or they have a lot of damage with their assassins, you're really sad on Lillia. The next champion we're gonna have is a weird one, but it's going to be Mr. Cho'Gath. Now, Cho'Gath almost can literally be an S-tier champion. Now, you want to take the Tenacity shard and the move speed shard in the little runes you go. That's the— those two runes are really powerful on this champion. Um, you can go Rocketbelt and you can also go for the, uh, Red Pet, and you're going to just stomp people. Now the thing about Cho'Gath is he's a little hard to land your Qs. If you miss your Qs, the game won't be as fun. He won't be as— he won't be as good. He won't be as OP if you miss your Qs. I will be playing some more Cho'Gath soon down the road, but definitely make sure to take a look at the third channel if you haven't seen that already, where I post a lot of different gameplay champions there. Alright, the next champion we have is going to be Kindred. Now Kindred is one of those champs that can sometimes be A, sometimes be S tier. But right now in this meta where you need to clear camps quickly, Kindred is depressed. Kindred wants to invade your marks, wants to invade your camps, wants to take camps really quickly. You can't do that anymore. 15% slowdown on clearing camps really sucks because now invades are harder. Now stealing camps away from you is a little bit harder. This makes Kindred overall feel a lot weaker, and that's why we're putting her in the B tier. Overall, she's a strong champion. Yeah, but you're gonna have a hard time getting those marks. Next champ we have is one of my favorite champs. I love this guy, but he's not strong right now. He's a B tier champion, and Mr. Viego's B tier. Why? Well, look, Kha'Zix is in the A tier, Viego's in the A tier. Oof. Diana, Briar, Amumu— look at all these A tier champions that I do not want to play into. If I'm looking at all the A and S tier champions, majority of them I'm really depressed as the Viego playing into those champions. And that's kind of how these tier lists sort of work, where it's like, "Oh, if there's some things that are really, really good into my champion in general, I can't really argue putting this champion in the A or S tier." And in general right now, guys, AP champions excel, and Viego kind of struggles into AP champions in general, especially the ones that outrange him. Alright, the next champion we have here is going to be Ivern. Now, Ivern can arguably be an A-tier champion, but right now we're just gonna put him in the B-tier. And the reason why is his gameplay is a little bit funky in general, not fully easy to learn, not as straightforward as Fiddlesticks or Nunu. But if you learn Ivern well, then you're going to absolutely be able to stop games. And you'll, you'll understand why this champion is good once you play like 5, 10 10 games. You also have a lot of invade potential level 1. Now that the game sort of starts a little late, like a little earlier, not many people have enough time to set up and stop you from stupid little invades. So you can do a lot of funny things with Mr. Ivern. The next champion we have is going to be Wukong, King Kong himself. Now King Kong is actually maybe even a C tier champion. I might be giving a little too much credit here, The reason why Wukong is sad is because his passive helped him survive in the jungle. Now this means you're gonna be really healthy in the jungle when you're playing Wukong, but his clear speed has always been really slow. Now that they've made clear speed slower and they've given you health in the jungle, Wukong is like full HP, but he can't clear too quickly. So this kind of sucks on his— on the champion itself, but in general, Wukong's teamfighting is really, really broken. And that's why he still deserves some ranking. The next champion that follows the same idea is going to be Xin Zhao. Now Xin Zhao and Wukong are often normally A-tier champions, but because again, clear speed is a lot slower, they are not going to be as fast on the map. They're not going to be able to make plays as quickly. So we're gonna put them in the B-tier now. Um, Xin Zhao is still great at fighting, but can't clear as quickly just like the Wukong. The next champ we'll put in the B-tier is going to be Evelynn. Now Evelynn is a really, really, really crazy good noob stomper. She is extremely, extremely powerful still, no matter what. She's always going to be C or B tier. Now the reason why Evelynn is not like trash right now is because her early game was one of her weakest parts of the game. But now that Evelynn can safely kind of farm camps because invading is a lot harder and because you take a lot less damage from your camps, Evelynn now gets bumped up in the ranking. So kind of think about this way: any champion that struggled with clearing because they were too low and were scared of getting invaded can now get ranked up by a little bit. Alright, the next champion we're going to add to this list here in the B tier is going to be Zed. So like we talked about with Zyra and Karthus, Zed clears really fast and he can invade you before you're done with your full clear, but you kind of have to ult in if you are invading and In general, Zed is good with the lethality items, but ultimately this champion is just really hard to play. You can sort of see how in the B tier we're getting into champions that are more difficult to play and kind of have a— they're not as strong in the current meta. All right, next champion we're going to sneak in here on the tier list is going to be Mr. Nasus. Now why am I sneaking Nasus into the tier list here, guys? At B tier for that matter. It's simply because, again, we are scared of getting invaded normally, but because the jungle camps deal less damage to you, you can now be healthier and you can now be a little more secured in your jungle and not be as worried to get invaded. There's still opportunity for you to get invaded, but it's not going to be as easy. Okay, and that makes Nasus a lot happier to just farm and scale up, and that's why we're gonna sneak Nasus into the B tier here. Alright, the next champion we're going to add to this tier list is going to be Mr. Mordekaiser. Now, we did have a Mordekaiser incident a while back where I put him in the S tier, SS+ tier, and he did not deserve to be there. I think B tier is pretty solid. He's good at farming, he's good at fighting, he's really good for what he does. I ultimately think Mordekaiser is pretty solid at isolating enemies. Overall, pretty good champ. The next champ we're gonna add to the B tier is Trundle himself, the troll king. The Troll King, uh, his clear speed is still really good, and his fighting potential is also great. The problem with Trundle is he's not good into many AP champions. So if they pick AP champions, you don't really want to pick Trundle into that. But if they slam a Cho'Gath, they slam a Nunu, a Volibear, a Zac, Mundo, a Mumu, okay, boom, I pick Trundle and I bash their skulls in. That's kind of how Trundle works, so he's worth putting up here. For that reason. The next champ we're going to add here is going to be Warwick. Warwick kind of suffers from the failites because he does truly want to gank lanes, but overall he's so fast he can kind of dodge them. And if you play well around them, like, you can honestly probably still make things happen. But he is normally like an A-S tier champ, like he's up there. Because of the failites, he's nerfed. He's still an okay champ though because of how powerful his stat-checking is overall. The next champ we're going to add to the B tier is Shyvana, the Dragon Queen. I don't know when her new graphics are coming, but they're coming soon. Um, she's actually gonna be changed soon, so this champion might change over time where we put her. But right now she's a B tier champion. She's really fast at clearing. The same concept where you're scared of getting invaded playing Shyvana, you don't have to be as afraid now. You still want to get wards level 1, you still want to be defensive, but but you're a lot happier to farm your camps safely now. Next champ we adding to the list is going to be Master Freeh. Master Freeh is really good in the meta overall, but you have to understand that he doesn't like a lot of the A and S tier champions, but likes a lot of the other ones. So for example, he doesn't like the hard CC champions or the Jax style champion, um, but he is good into ranged champions that don't have a lot of hard CC. So there's kind of a mix match between how good he is. It depends on the comp. I always kind of see Master Yi in that way, but I would still say he's a really solid champ overall. Don't underestimate how strong he is in the fights. Next, we have Hecarim himself, the headless horse. The headless horse is really fast, really good at full clearing, and can make a lot of pressure on the map. The thing about Hecarim though in general, and I've noticed this over time, he's not really easy to understand and perfect. And the reason behind this is because the strength behind Hecarim comes from understanding his Q usage, understanding spacing, understanding how to use your spells correctly, understanding how to jungle track and invade. There's a lot of like, okay, I know Hecarim, but I need to have a lot of fundamentals after that. And if you don't have those fundamentals, you're not going to play too well on Hecarim. That's why he's not an A tier champion. Next in the B tier here, we have Mr. Kayn. Kayn deservingly likes being in the B tier, but he honestly, honestly, honestly might even be a worse champion. And the reason for this is because Kayn likes a lot of chaos. But here's the thing, the reason why Kayn likes chaos is because as the game progresses, you get more stacks for your form. And here's the thing, the game used to start at 1:30, which means your gank window is around 3:30. but now your gank window is 35 seconds earlier at around 2:55. And what this means is the earlier fights you take, the less stacks you get from fighting. And that ultimately means that even if you fight a bunch, you're probably not gonna get your form until a little later anyway. And that kinda sucks for Kayn overall. I think he's still gonna be a strong champion. Shadow Kayn's broken, one-shot people. Red Kayn healing is insane. You're still gonna be able to do your Kayn thing. But it kind of sucks. He got like an indirect, indirect nerf because the game starts a little earlier now. Next and final champion we'll add here to the B tier is going to be Mr. Sylas. Now, Sylas is not an easy champion by whatsoever means, by like at all, but he's a great stat checker. And if you land your spells, just do your best to land them, he's actually pretty strong. Now, what made Sylas weak before was how unhealthy you were when you were clearing your camps. Again, they made you healthy now. You're extremely happy. You can clear your camps at— with ease. That's what makes Sylas a B tier champion. Actually guys, scratch Sylas being the last champion. I thought on it some more. We deservingly need to put Malphite into the B tier. Now Malphite is not the best blind pick, but he's a very strong champion if you see them pick 2 immobile carries or an AD jungler, Malphite kind of thrives right now because of how fast his clear is and how solid the champion is in general. If you see them pick AD champs, especially if they go like a Briar, a Bel'Veth, a Jarvan, a Kindred, boom, slam that Malphite, you're gonna have a blast. The problem, the catch, is make sure that Sylas is banned, and if not banned, they get Sylas, make sure your ADC is on ult at 4 and rage at you because you gave them Malphite ult with Sylas. The next champ we have that's a pretty honorable mention is going to be Rengar, and I'm pretty sure this tops off the B tier here. Rengar is just a strong champion in general, but the problem is how hard he is mechanically. There's a lot of really high-end things you need to do with this champion, and I think that's what makes it so fun to watch NaniNatt play and stomp his games, because Rengar is actually a very high-level champion, but he deservedly needs to be in B tier because you can one-shot people for fun. All right, moving on to the C-tier champions. These champions are champions that like you can still play. They, they, they still suck overall. We're gonna gloss over these champions pretty briefly, but I'm gonna highlight them and give them some spotlight. The first champion I'm going to start off with— I like this champion, but he's not strong enough— is Aatrox. Now that there's more AP junglers in the meta and there's less kind of bruisers Aatrox feels a lot worse. It makes me really sad to see this. And also, Aatrox is a lot harder to play than it would seem to most. Next champion we're going to add here is Rammus. Arguably, Rammus can be a B tier, even an A tier champion, again depending on the draft. He's a really strong champion. I'm going to put him in the C tier though because I, I'm not a Rammus fan. I'll be honest, I just don't like the way he plays. Maybe I need a Rammus OTP to show me the way, the same way I learned, uh, Nunu. But that's why we're going to slam Rammus here for now. I just don't think he's that strong. You guys can try him. He just feels too slow on the map. You don't really have any options to do. Like, at least Nunu, you feel really fast overall. Next champ we have here is going to be Sejuani. Now, Sejuani is like pretty close to D tier. Like, all these C and D tier champions are realistically to me in the same sort of category. But if You're talking D-tier champions. Seriously, don't even touch them. Like, those are just awful, awful champions. Sejuani is still something you can play. I wouldn't recommend, but you can play it, especially if there are immobile enemy, um, enemy champions. Sejuani is really, really strong. Next we have Bel'Veth. Bel'Veth just got nerfed over and over and over again, and now that camps are even harder to clear, invading is worse, makes Bel'Veth indirectly weaker. And again, AP champions are not fun for Bel'Veth to play against. Next up we have Vi. Vi has gotten again another indirect nerf because after the actual nerfs she's received multiple times, what's happened is the clear is slower and in general her teamfighting is not as good. So same thing with Wukong and Xin Zhao, clear slower. And Vi is really good at staying alive in the jungle because of her passive. She now suffers even more because I'm not gonna clear fast, and I'm kind of shit in team fights too. So that's why she's in the C tier. Next champ we have is Mr. Sion himself. Sion is an okay champion to play. I wouldn't say he's a D tier. I wouldn't say it's just like a never touch it. But he's definitely not like good. He's not strong. He's kind of like a one-trick sort of champion, and even then like he's not an amazing guy. I just want to throw him in the C tier though because he doesn't deserve He doesn't deserve D. Next up we have Teemo. Mr. Teemo is a happy little guy. Not amazing. Not great whatsoever. But he's a happy little guy and his shrooms will deal a lot of damage. So he deservingly needs to be in at least the C tier. I wouldn't recommend, again, any of the C or D tier champs. The next champion we have over here in the C tier is going to be Graves. Graves is a pretty shit champion right now, honestly. And I would even say he's a D tier champion. But he's okay in the sense that, um, if, if you can pick him into, uh, if you pick him, pick him with, with teammates that can fight, frontline teammates, you'll be doing all right. The same logic applies to a champion like Taliyah. Taliyah is not the worst. She clears pretty quickly, and if you can pair her with frontline, um, champions that want to skirmish, you're going to be pretty happy on the Taliyah jungle. Next up, we have the Morgana in the jungle. Her clear is really quick as well as all the other junglers are. So she's— deservedly has some potential. But the thing about Morgana is her teamfight power is just not as strong. Um, she's good but not amazing, if that's the best way to put it, I think. Next up here we have Skarner. Skarner is one of those champions, just like Sejuani, that's like strong, not amazing, not great. If you want tanks, there's better tanks to play in the B, A, and S tier. But Skarner, he's something, uh, he just really does not excel at anything. He's not the best tank, he's not the best damage dealer, he's not the best anything, and that's why he's in the C tier. The next champ we have is going to be Brand in the C tier, and Brand deserves a C tier because his clear is still extremely fast. You need to learn the clear, there's a little bit of intricacies behind the clear, but once you learn it, you're actually really fast around the map. The problem with Brand is his damage in general is not insanely high. It's not insanely overtuned, and you kind of need to play fights decently well to deal a lot of damage. At the same time, he's a suicide bomb. He can go in, tap ult, and just deal a lot of damage. But he, he kind of has some potential. Not a lot, not amazing. Alright guys, we're gonna jump into the D tier now. As you can see, all these champions get plopped into the D tier, and I'm gonna highlight a few of these champions here. Just so you guys understand what's happening in the D tier. I really want to emphasize that all these champions have one thing in common, and that's they're either way too hard to play mechanically, or they're just a little too crap because they got nerfed too many times, or they're just— they just suck compared to everything else. They're countered. Now I want to highlight Shaco. I don't think Shaco is gutted entirely, but for the sake of Shaco can't really start putting boxes down, I'm gonna freaking say he's in like the Shadow Realm. I mean, I hate this champion in general. He's gonna put him in the D tier, but Shaco really sucks. But for example, guys, Lee Sin, Jayce, Riven, Nidalee, Naafiri, um, Qiyana, Ambessa, Rumble, Olaf, uh, all these champions, Zaheen, Darius, um, all those champions that are listed in this row right here, they're very mechanically intensive champions. You might say like, oh, Nautilus, just like tap ult and go. Same thing with like Olaf, just ult it and go. I'm gonna be honest, if that's all you can think about when you see champions like this, that really means you don't understand the depth of these mechanical champions. And that's okay, but that's why you're probably playing them and struggling. Uh, again, I'm here to get you guys LP, not have fun, right? Fun, fun to me, fun to you should be winning games and getting LP. And if you look at the rest of these champions, Gragas, Maokai, Poppy, uh, we'll put Ornn there. These champions are just like tanks, but not amazing tanks. I mean, Gragas is kind of his own world. Um, not amazing champions in general. And lastly, Pantheon. Pantheon's his own isolated world. He just got nerfed too many times now to be a solid jungler. Fizz, again, mechanical champion, but also just doesn't really have a place in the jungle. Alrighty guys, that's the new season tier list. Again, please make sure— I say this in every tier list— don't let my tier list persuade you from playing champions that you already like playing and that you're like committed to. You're 200 games in. Um, use this as a guideline for yourself. Use this as like a baseline. Okay, I want to change things because I really want to drop my champion. This is especially important if you are like a new player, you don't know what to play, or you're really low rank and you just want a champion to print LP. If you want to print LP, follow this tier list. That's what I'm developing the tier list for, so you can gain LP the easiest. All right, if you guys enjoyed the rundown and the in-depth tier list, make sure you're subscribed. A lot of you guys aren't actually subscribed. And do me a favor, leave a like and comment, and I'll see you guys in the next tier list, in the next videos. Take care.
