Trundle Is The New KING OF THE JUNGLE

Trundle is the new S tier champion on this patch. He's extremely broken right now, and I recommend you guys play him. What happened to Trundle is he got his W increased from his attack speed going from 30 to 90 to 30 to 110. Now last season they actually nerfed Trundle's W, and it used to be 30 to 110, and they brought it down to 30 to 90, and they kind of gave him that strength back. So the technique is you put 3 points into your Q, and then you max your W after, and you'll see it, guys. He's absolutely broken. He's super strong. I highly recommend you play it. Enjoy the video. But okay, anyway, so what we're going to be doing, like I mentioned, is 3 points Q and then put points into our W. Now let's talk about how we want to play on Trundle because I feel like a lot of people actually think the wrong way on Trundle. Trundle is an extremely fast power farmer. And I know you guys are going to be like, wait, power farming on Trundle? What are you talking about? You clear super quickly. And when you put these points into W, you actually clear way, way, way, way, way faster than a lot of other champions in the game. So your first clear is like kind of whatever, but your clears after that, once you get a Sheen, are actually extremely, extremely fast. I want you guys to play Trundle in a way where you're actually playing for more, more of your own resources, tempo, and speed, because that is what makes Trundle powerful. Trundle's not strong from perma fights. He needs gold, he needs economy, he needs the stats. And so I want you guys to play Trundle in that way. And again, 3 points Q into W max. We have to remember this. You could go Lethal Tempo. Just to talk about Lethal Tempo real quick, you could, but PTA is generally more consistent. And I'd go Lethal Tempo if the enemies have like a lot of tanks, like big bruisers. Then Lethal Tempo is like a little more valuable. This game, like you see, they're all very squishy. So I'm going for the PTA. Now, bot lane is fighting hard. I don't know if Kha'Zix is going to come or not. If Kha'Zix does come, I want to also be around here. I think the way they're pathing and positioning, Kha'Zix is coming, and so I'm also going to come down here as well. I think my, my, my Nautilus is actually kind of smurfing here. I have so much damage with my auto Qs. I have another auto Q here as well. Bang! Like, look at that damage. Does that make sense to you guys whatsoever? I do so much damage in the early game. Like, I don't know, your Q slows for 75% as well. Your Q gives you 25 extra AD. So look at my AD right now. I have 109 AD. That's a fuck ton of AD. These guys are kind of overstaying here and they're kind of being a little too aggressive. So I'm really curious if I can pillar him this way and kind of let my Ryze do some damage here as well. It's a little scary that the Kha'Zix is here. You know, that's fine. But I do want my Nautilus to come here and play with us. And the reason for this is, well— Oh, nice try. Okay. So if the Nautilus landed that, we would have been able to actually get a kill there. But he just completely whiffs. I'm going to recall. I don't want to overstay on the map. I need to return to my camps and just like I said, guys, play Trundle to farm. So we're going to go all the way back. So Trundle slows briefly for 75%. I believe it's like 1 second. So it's not a long time, but it does slow, which is huge. And then he takes AD away from them and he gains AD for himself. So it's huge. Fighting for crab is bad there. The thing about Kha'Zix is he's just going to one-shot the crab. So by the time I run at the crab, like it's just going to be dead and then I'm just going to accomplish nothing. So it will ultimately be a waste of my time. If I saw the crab and the RNG was a little bit better on the crab, I would have been able to look for the crab. Yo, Muchi, thank you for the raid. We're playing some broken-ass Trundle right now, guys. Like I said, points into W after our ult, or after our 3 points. So at this point now, we want to put points into our, into our W. So this Kha'Zix is trying to play for our camp here, and this means that we can hardcore play for this Kha'Zix here. And again, my, my Auto Q, look at that damage. Look at that damage. Oh shit, hold on. I might have inted. No, I didn't. I don't want to get hit by that. Nice. And now maybe his, his Raptor or Krugs are up. Yes, his Krugs are up. Big stuff. My bot lane's pushing the wave in. Okay, I'm gonna heal from the camp here. And then I'm trying, I'm trying to get my level up here. I'm trying to get my level 6 just in case ASOL's coming. There he is. And I can ult ASOL as well. Oh, he's dead. What I'm going to do here, I'm going to ult him and I'm going to one-shot him with my auto, auto Q auto. And although people are dying, it's all good. The Kha'Zix is level 5, he can't do shit to us here. Okay. King of trolls coming. This guy, the pillar, the pillar is too broken here. Oh shoot, if I landed that pillar a little, a little nicer We would have been able to absolutely kill them. Ah, that's that was just so sad. That was just just like right I right on the edge. If that's if that guy couldn't walk through, we would have been able to actually completely fuck them up. Fuck. Okay, so we're trying some psycho shit here. Okay, the the main reason why I'm down to stay and and it's not like it's not exactly the best thing to do. It's. It's because I'm so close to my damn item and I really, really, really want it. So I'm like kind of like forcing pretty hard here to stay. The walls are falling. And it works out in our favor. And we kill this guy and we grab our item and we restart the clear all the way towards the bot side. Like I mentioned, guys, I'm still farming champion. I still want to CS nicely, but likely the fact that I've spent so long in the bot side means my top camps are going to be gone. And I'm going to accept the fact that my top camps are probably gone and just say, Yo, screw the top side. Let's go straight into the bot side and fight down here. Right, so we're just going to use our judgment call here and say like, hey, like that's going to be a waste of our time. Let's not waste any more time and let's go play towards the mid side. The Alistar's a little, a little safe here. I have my full Triforce. I have my ulti as well. I am like super duper strong. So anybody who comes to fight me will just die. And so that's why I'm full confidence. Like I can go play for all these camps here. Because I have a Triforce. We do want to ping our Sion a bit. And look at my top camps, guys. See how everything is taken, right? Point it to W now. And this is where, this is where the buffs really come into play. And this Jhin has just got himself killed. Hold on. I got you, bro. Get that wave in. The Jhin is going to use one Q on the casters. So we have to walk forward, Q this guy. I can ult him to kill him. He should be dead. Nice. Nice, my ult got the kill. There's Kha'Zix in the top side. Again, he had the red buff. He took my entire top, top camps. I took all of his bot camps, so we're actually evenly traded. We dove his bot lane, and now we're gonna grab this dragon as well. Should I get Grubs over Drake with Trundle? The thing about objectives is you kind of have to play what's good for the map state and not what's good for your champions. Sometimes you just can't play for the Grubs. In this, in this game here, playing for the Grubs is just not very easy for us to do. So my top laner is losing. I'm pathing towards the bot side. I lost my entire top camps. So you kind of play for what's best for the game, not necessarily best for your champions. Okay, we're gonna farm all of our camps. So fun thing about, um, Trundle's W, when an enemy dies near Trundle, he restores a fuck ton of HP. And then the cool part about Trundle's W is, is like he gains 25% increased healing in his W. I don't know if you guys knew that, but not only do you get attack speed and move speed, you gain increased freaking healing in your W. So if you guys are wondering like, why does this guy like heal so fucking much? Your ulti also steals their like HP. So it's like this champion is just so fucking silly because you're like giga tanky, you heal a lot, and when people die, they're fucking getting cooked. And this guy is dead as shit. You should have ran way, way, way longer. Oh wait, like long ago. Okay, well, this Sion is stalling the Kha'Zix. In that case, I gotta invade his bot camps. This is warded, let's go clear this. If the Azir's disrespecting, we can go kill his ass. He's not. Okay, my Ryze wants to recall, so we'll let him recall. I'm gonna set this pillar up just in case somebody's coming to stop the Ryze. I'm scared for his life. And the Krugs are a little bit too aggressive because my Ryze is recalling. But now we can go defend our bot lane, play through bot side, and the Kha'Zix is probably coming. Yeah, he's coming. Oh, the Kha'Zix is top lane. The Kha'Zix has item too, to consider that. Okay, the Kha'Zix is still here. Not good, not good. I'm kind of stalling Kha'Zix as best I can. They're also gonna TP in. Not good. This guy just kinda got clapped here. Like, actually, that guy just got like, he got rooted and just died. Look at my damage. Like, this is all you need. All you need is one little Triforce and then they're fucked. We're gonna W here, cause when things die, remember, you heal for way more. So look at my HP now. Like, dang, dang, dang. And we had our ulti on him as well. And then the approach velocity is That is the most insane part about everything going on in this game here. But also, guys, with our W, look at our attack speed and look at how— give me that! Like, fuck, like, this champion is just so fun. He's just so funny, bro. He's just so funny to play. And what are we going to do in this game state? They have AP, AP, AP. Honestly, we could buy a full completed item here, and I think I will just buy a full completed item. And the Kha'Zix is actually, actually in that bush right now. The Kha'Zix is in that bush, but it's not gonna matter. Let's go for this kill first. Get the kill, cool. And again, the Kha'Zix is up here. Doesn't matter. You can take all my top camps, I don't care. Your teammate just got killed, and now I'm gonna go take your bot camps. And I got my Raptors as well, so I don't mind that at all. Okay. Nice hit from him, but— okay. We're gonna go hit this turret some more, and then we're gonna go invade his bot camps after. But look at my freaking auto attack speed. Gonna break that whole thing. And now I'm gonna go ahead and play into the bot camps. We have this guy hit over. I'm gonna ult him now, and this guy should just die to my Ryze. Yo, Ryze? Yo, Ryze! Wait, I'm not gonna lie, my Ryze is kind of a moron. I just— he's okay, lowkey. Like, can we— he just gave me a portal. No, he cleared it fast enough. Okay, this game is definitely losable. And like I've been mentioning, guys, I want to be farming, so I kind of want to be a little more respectful about what's going on this game. But what we're going to do for sure is buy ourselves some MR. We want a Spirit Visage. We also want maybe a Swifty Boots. I'm thinking about— let's just go play everything in the top side here. I feel strong with my Kai'Sa. I feel good. It's just this damn Ryze who I think is kind of just like weak. Like Ryze is weak. We should dive this Jhin as a number one priority. That guy is dead as fuck. My Kai'Sa will kill him without the need of me. We can do so much damage to this guy, and if he disrespects like this, we take a kill. I take a kill for ourselves. Okay, I'm gonna kite down here. Put a pillar there, stop them from coming for me. I have my W movement speed, so these guys should not be able to catch me with the Dead Man's as well. Can still pressure camps too. Okay. Out of my way. I have this guy ulted here. It's not enough. Damn. I thought I had enough there. Okay, not great because I lost my ulti, but the Bard is 1 HP and the Jhin just got himself killed. What the hell? That guy's dead. Okay, let's go kill this Jhin. Kai'Sa, don't die. Hello, Jhin. Yo, what up, bro? You are dead as shit. Chomp, chomp, chomp, chomp, chomp. We killed that guy. Let's grab this blue and then let's go for the Herald after. And as you guys can see, it's not like I lack damage whatsoever. And again, like, Trundle is a front-to-back champ, farming champion. So you are playing to farm and get fed in that way. But at the same time, like, you are— you deal plenty of damage. Like, actually, you deal plenty of damage. So don't stress damage on this champion. That's probably the number one mistake I see people make, is they, like, they want to buy more damage. People are talking about, like, what item is that? Like, BORK. And like Ravenous, etc. Like, no, you just, you just need to get tanky. You need to use your Q and you need to kite well. Use your PTA or Lethal Tempo and you'll be fine. Okay, so the Kha'Zix was down here earlier. That's all good. How do you counter Trundle right now? I think he's just in too good of a game, like a state where I think he's actually maybe like an S-tier champion right now after I'm giving it another shot because the W attack speed buff just makes you deal so much more damage and it makes Trundle way more forgiving. And that's one of Trundle's like, like biggest things is like people didn't know how to deal damage on a champion like Trundle. And now with all these changes here, it's way easier to deal damage. Okay, so we found this Jhin here. Okay, that's fine. Let's go back to camps. I could invade, but I think I just want to do my own camps. It's just OP versus immobiles. I think that's where if you aren't good with your pathing and positioning, You will get screwed. But like, that's why in the early game you put more points into your W and you build like a tank. And you kind of need to play around your teammates. So what am I going to do here? Look at my Kai'Sa. Kai'Sa now wants to play the game. Ryze is overextending here. Everybody wants to play aggressively right now. Everybody's like, like everything is like a lot. There's a lot happening. So what I want to do here is I want to aggressively play. And this Kha'Zix should just die here. This LeBlanc just got herself killed too. Oh, she's dead. I'm gonna kill you here. I'm gonna, I'm gonna get your flash at least. Okay. Okay, and then my bot lane got those kills. My— the Kha'Zix didn't die, but that's all good. My Kai'Sa is blind or what? Okay, my bad, my bad. The thing is like, those champions are annoying to kill, but in all honesty, I just misplayed there. So I will say that people who have dashes and people who are mobile are harder for you to play against as Trundle. Now, we've lost 2 Dragons here. We're not farming perfectly. We're not playing a perfect game. If we enter a single team fight, you guys will see how terrifying Trundle actually is. And that's what we're going to be playing for, right? The team fights. A lot of what's happened is I've been getting caught. I've been playing with the wrong teammates or kind of just like overextending, overforcing. We're going to try playing a little more disciplined. Uh, this next, uh, like sequence of the game so we don't put ourselves in a worse position and end up maybe even catastrophe happening and us losing this game. I do not want to let that happen. So let's go ahead and lock in and make sure that every decision is well thought through. Fuck. I can go forward here. This is trolldown. That's fine. I kind of want to pressure his camps here. Oh, damn. That's so sad, actually. I casted my ulti there. Okay. I need to change how I'm playing or I will lose this game. I need to stop fighting in the way I'm fighting and I need to stop overextending and expecting my teammates to play with me. They won't. They've shown to me they won't multiple times now. So I need to now change what I'm doing or I will lose this game. It's my game to carry. This is what it means to take accountability and adapt to a really freaking annoying game. So yeah, your teammates are going to sometimes not play with you. It is what it is. They have their reasons why they're doing every single decision they're doing. So instead of me being so stupid and keep running forward and getting myself killed over and over and over again, I need to look and see who's strong on my team. Kai'Sa has 3 items. Kai'Sa is very strong. What does Kai'Sa need? Kai'Sa needs peel. I will not walk in unless my Kai'Sa wants to walk in and fight. And when Kai'Sa walks in and fights, I will be right next to you. I will be beside you. Okay. Kai'Sa wants this wave. Okay. We're with Kai'Sa. Let's go grab this top crab. We can maybe even grab top camps. And again, I will play with you, Kai'Sa. That is the name of the game here. I cannot play and make solo plays myself. I need to work through my teammate. Even Ryze is getting Yeah, he's still weak, but he's, he's getting stuff. And so usually when you're winning a game, it's not your teammates that are messing— oh, it could be your teammates messing up, yes. But if you want to actually win those games that are hard, you need to do something differently in order for you to win. Your teammates aren't going to change anything. And so you either get mad at your teammates and bitch and moan and cry like, why are you playing? You're playing so bad. Or you're like, okay, look, he has 3 items. He's playing in this way he wants to play. That's fine. Play how you want to play. I'm going to work around you and we'll win the game together because it's a team game and you need to use your pieces at the end of the day. Okay, so look, this is not good because Kai'Sa is there and she needs me. She needs me essentially. So even she's like, she's like pinging me like, yo, assist. Because if I'm not with Kai'Sa, she will die to one— like, both assassins, pretty much. And that means I need to just be there. Walking forward to Kai'Sa. Kind of blocking whoever. Getting this guy. Okay, cool. Watching Kai'Sa, watching Kai'Sa, watching Kai'Sa. Cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool. And you see how every, every situation here is just like, what is Kai'Sa doing? Who, who can hurt the Kai'Sa? And honestly, I should have been playing like this from the get-go, so that's my bad because the wincon is not necessarily me. Should I ult the wrong guy? I'm gonna be so honest, I ulted the wrong guy there. I also autoed the wrong guy there too. That's crazy. And then Kai'Sa is mid lane, so watch her. Like, honestly, staying with Kai'Sa is a little bit better, but Nautilus is with her. Now let's break the turret and then watch this guy. We lowkey have like supers, and these supers are so super duper strong. The fuck? The Kha'Zix went to the dragon. Well, then you just lose the game, bro. Like, unironically, the game is just over. Kaisa, Kaisa, Kaisa, where are you? A block for you, Kaisa. That's game. Trundle is absolutely in an insane state right now. I think this champion's ridiculous. You need to change your playstyle based off your build, based off what's working in a game as well. Hopefully you guys got to see a live adaptation of— yes, my teammates were fucking Inting. They were not following me up. I was extremely fed. We could have won so many of those fights, but they didn't follow up. And that's okay. They're just pussies. That's fine. I want to win the game. So next fight, I'll play like a pussy. And guess what? I won the next fight. And so that's how you have to shift your mindset, shift the way you're looking at the game in order to win. Now, let's say I was playing Trundle and I went Triforce, Blade of the Ruined King, and I went like pure damage. Yeah, maybe I would have been able to kill those guys. Maybe I would have been able to play in that way. And honestly, If I wanted to play aggressively, I could have done that. That's actually fine. There's nothing wrong with that. It's just a different style. Do I recommend it? No, you're too squishy. Can you do it? Yes. You just have to adapt your build, your champion, and make sure your style makes sense to that champion and build. So guys, if you enjoyed the Trundle game, well, I hope you guys enjoyed. I'm wondering why was my mid game so funky? And it's going to recommend things and say things like hey you you fought on full pockets here. So maybe I was fighting with a lot of gold. I fought into the wrong side of the map. Yeah, I was fighting with my Ryze and it catches it, right? So I fought with my Ryze and like, I just shouldn't be fighting right now here with my Ryze. If like— same thing here. I keep fighting against LeBlanc. LeBlanc is the most fed, like one of the most fed people on their team. And I'm just kind of playing disrespectfully. And it's just interesting to see like a breakdown of what's happening.
