Rashid Ogundaro had a few simple tips for life. He said, feet on the ground, head to the sky, open heart, quiet mind. And I think for me it's a reminder— I'm walking next to a church today, but that's not why I thought of it. I thought of it because life gets crazy sometimes. I've had a week where I was sick and didn't get out of bed for 3 days. And when that happens, you lie around and you kind of think about and pontificate how you're spending your time, how you're using your energy now that you're lying there and you have none. So I thought of the quote and I wanted to remind you that the key to a good life is to feet on the ground, head to the sky, open heart, and a calm mind.
