Albert Einstein said a mind opened to a new idea never returns to its original size. Every piece of information either expands your mind or adds useless fat. Mindlessly watching short video reels and scrolling trivial content bloats rather than strengthens your cognitive muscle.

Albert Einstein said, a mind that opens to a new idea never returns to its original size. And I think it talks about the plasticity of the mind, that no matter what happens, whenever you put something new into it, it actually changes, it actually grows, and it evolves. When you think about the stuff that you're consuming, the things that you're putting into your mind, Is it something that actually grows that muscle in the ways that you want it to grow, or is it something that causes that muscle to grow in different ways that are not advantageous to you? I'm also guilty of getting stuck watching reels and doing stupid things on the internet, but most of the time I think about that quote and I think about, is this something that is working the muscle, or is this something that is essentially just adding more fat to it?
