Whenever we're asked something, we sometimes say, let me think about it, or I'll give that some thought, only to come back to what our first inclination was and answer that to the person. So if somebody says, hey, should we do this, that, and the other? And you say, let me think about it. But inside you're actually thinking, yes, I think we should, or no, I think we shouldn't. So you spend a lot of time in the business and mental space thinking about an answer that you're not really thinking about because you've already decided. So I've tried as a, as an exercise over the last couple of years just to say yes or no immediately when asked something. And most often the decision works out to be good. And sometimes I've said yes to something I should say no to, or no to something I should say yes to. But at the end of the day, Things turn out okay anyway. So try that the next time somebody asks you. Rather than say, let me think about it, say yes or no.
