Alexandra Stoddart said, you cannot be a resource for others unless you nourish yourself. And by that, of course, she means the taking care of oneself, making sure that you are happy and healthy and fit and get your rest is a prerequisite for you to actually be able to be something for somebody else. So if you find yourself sacrificing your own health and well-being, your own happiness in order to nourish someone else, you're doing it wrong. Take care of yourself first, make sure you're good, and then go and be something for somebody else.
