So there are 2 things that will lead you to more learning, more discoveries, more aha moments. And those 2 things are being present and available. And I'll actually do them reverse. So available means that you're physically in the room or on the call or mentally available, that your brain is ready to receive. And then there's being present. And present is about not thinking about the past and what has gone wrong in the past or right, or not thinking about the future, but being in that moment where you're discussing or working with somebody in order to do something different. So if you do those 2 things well, you're available, you're in that conversation, and you're present, meaning you're not worrying about the past, you're not worrying about the future. You'll learn more, you'll discover more, and you'll make more breakthrough— have more breakthrough moments.
