Behold the power hour. So it kind of sounds aggressive, and it isn't. The power hour is essentially the hour or hours where you do something that has a greater effect than if you did it at other times. So for me, the power hour is early in the morning. I wake up early naturally, and so between five and seven o'clock in the morning is when I do my best thinking. It's when I take time to. I go swimming and sit by myself with a tea and be quiet. That's my power hour. That's how I get started on the day. But a power hour could also be in the middle of the day when you either go for a walk or just close the door and sit by yourself in silence. It doesn't really matter when it is or where it is. What matters is if you have it or if you can find it, it will have a tremendous impact on how you go about your business and how you go about your life.
