I wanted to talk to you a little bit about work-life balance this morning. So we all have different things that we do to kind of get our minds off things. And those of you who have been following me for a while know that the thing that I do is I go swimming in the morning. And so I'm walking down to the harbor here and we'll get in the ocean. It's quite cold. Granted. But the thing that it does when I'm not recording video for you is it allows me to go for a little walk, go in the ocean, be quiet just with myself, and then get ready and set for the day. And for me, that's the thing that works wonders. For others, it may be a trip to the gym. It may be sitting with a notebook. It may be going for a run. It may be just listening to your favorite piece of music. Whatever it is, kind of, or I believe you kind of have to find your thing that allows you to have something in your day that centers you and brings you calm. That will help you get a better work-life balance or work-life integration, as it were.
